Continous Spell
Add 1 Spell Counter to this card each time a Spell Card's effect is resolved (excluding this card). You can remove 3 Spell Counters from this card to draw 1 card. When this card is destroyed by the effect of a Spell or Trap, you can Special Summon 1 Reward Token (LIGHT/Machine-Type/Level 2/ATK 400/DEF 500) on your side of the field in face-up Defense Position.

This card can only be Special Summoned by the effect of "Reward Reaper". This card cannot be used as a Synchro Material Monster for a Level 6 or lower Synchro Monster. If this Token is in face-up Attack Position, destroy it.

It was mostly towards Black. I also added the Token.

The drawing could be dangerous in an exodia deck. And the tokens make an easy tribute for cards like the gods.

I set the token gain to 1 and put the draw power to spells. And I didn't originally plan it to help exodia.

That makes it slightly less abusive. But ALWAYS keep the original effect handy.

It gives you a draw with every spell you play. Sure, it's not broken outside of combos if you consider "This card + spells" to be a combo, but by the same logic Chaos Emperor Dragon isn't really broken unless you combo it with LIGHT and DARK monsters.

Well 9900 damage. Only 1 field is playable at any given time.

Toon Tables can search another Toon Tables because it has "Toon" in it's name.

No argument. I was just pointing out that Chaos isn't broken until it's summoned. But Now we have Stardust Dragon/Assualt Mode to negate that effect.

This card can be broken in the wrong deck. But in the right deck, this card could give a fair game. Besides, you only get the draw if your spell/trap's effect resolves.

But if your opponent runs this card in a quick draw exodia deck, you can just run that trap that lets you draw 2 when your opponent draws cards outside of the draw phase.
