wilson91
Well I am sorry, but if you were coming to see some cool cards and pics and stuff, you won't see it here. Instead, you will se my point, and I am sure it WILL affect you somehow. "Yugioh is for kids, grow up". I am sure that you at one stage, heard that sort of thing. Well I have. And I am sick of it. It usually comes from so called "gangsta's" and "chavs". Well guess what. It's THEM that has to grow up not you. Their is nothing wrong with playing a game. They probably don't have hobbies or interests and just probably waste their life away. How the heck can Yugioh be a kids game if SO many people play it around the age of 10-40+? "You won't have any friends". There is another favourite. How does that work out? I have TONS of friends who know I play Yugioh. Just because you play a game doesn't mean to say you are atomatically a nerd or someone who has not got friends. "You are a Nerd" That's another favourite. I am NOT a nerd. I mean I am strong, I play Rugby every Saturday and am popular. Sure i'm smart, but I am not a nerd. So tell me what you think and if you agree. tonisanoob
i totally agreeim 16 and yes also popularand GOOD LOOKING :o lol and i love yugioh plus the game is far too complex for children to play at an advanced level anyhow exept for some 7 year old i have seen at my local tourney plus anyone who says the game is stupid is obviously mentally challanged
OmegaWave
I agree 1000%. I've heard those multiple times. I proudly admit i'm a nerd though. Yugioh is not just a fun game, but it's also educational. It teachs Mathematics, Strategy, and improves your skill to concentrate.

wilson91
O and I forgot to say that you don't have to be a closet duelist*. It doesn't matter! *For Newbs! A closet duelist is someone who pretends they hate yugioh when they actually play it.

Donquixote Doflamingo
I don't listen to those guys. there is one guy who hates it and thinks he is sooo cool but he is very un popular. I played Yu-gi-oh for 5 years but never ditch the game!
The Slime Lord
It is technically a game. I think of it more as a hobby. I started playing when I was 11 and now I'm 16. And there are people at my local tourny that are mostly in the 13-17 age range. There are also two dads there and I'm guessing they're in their 40s. Static
Though it is, and will always be just a game, it is something to spend time on, and its not like we have anything better to do with the time outside of work, school, hanging out with friends, boyfriend, or girlfriend <-- (your preference, not implying all of them), and having time to yourself. Time is just a perception, an interpertation of ideas based on memory taken in a linear progression. It has no significance more than what you make of it, and if you have nothing better to do, or nothing to do, or even something to do, and would rather play yugioh, then go ahead and do it. The Slime Lord
plus anyone who says the game is stupid is obviously mentally challanged Or it means they have an opinion. Except they know nothing about Yugioh other than the mediocre anime series, that is a different story.

Silencerleader
I agree 100% as well. It's a game just like all the other ones (not g@y if you know what I mean). I play it for fun and because I got most of my cards because I just got them. (Mom=teacher=yu-gi-oh cards free, when the kids didn't want them back, but that was like 4 years ago...)
