In that case this card is more than a little overpowered. You basically wouldn't be able to lose as long as you have a storm card in your graveyard and this card anywhere. Link to comment

So it isn't all that easy to summon. Secondly, it can only be summoned if that card has been in the graveyard for five turns - of your turns - so that's ten turns in total. Which is highly unlikely. Thirdly - and this is something I am jsut going to edit now - it can only be summoned in that way once. [/color] Link to comment
