Oh, and my archetype is Molten, and it works by sending Molten monsters from your hand to the Graveyard to activate their effects, and at your End Phase you have to discard a Molten monster for every Molten monster on your side of the field from your Hand or destroy your Molten monsters on the field. The only multi-level tuner we have so far is 2-4 most of the time and heavily tied into an archtype to balance it. The fact is that simply drawing that card and normal summoning it gives too much utility is the issue, not how easy to actually get it is. And Cursed, can you post the Tornadoes? Link to comment

There's no reason to limit it, it's just got too much utility and gives an unfair advantage to the player that draws it, since it can turn a level 3-4 monster into just about any synch in the game. And there's not much to add things to your opponent's hand, so the new effect will very rarely trigger. You can remove the 'banish when added to your hand' thing if you want, that nerf wasn't affecting it's core mechanics. The level change effect itself could possibly stay, but the series of events, "Draw it, Normal Summon it, tune it with a level 3 and get a level 4-8" needs some serious drawback or restrictions. [/quote] Do you even release just how much burn your going to take from that nurf? 600 for starters + what ever the other materials are + the Synchro monster. For instance, we'll go for a level 8 Synch. This (600) + lv 4 (800) + lv 8 (1600) = 3000 damage You say who cares about damage if your winning and your not even thinking just how much damage your going to be dealt. -Shakes head- This card with my nurf is pricey and I already said I wouldn't change the general effect. If you want to ban it then that's fine. I'd rather it be banned then to even think of changing the general effect. Link to comment

The members of the project can make cards which will be accessed and added to the custom-card database which are the cards we duel with. We split our cards into sets, like the real game. So far, we have 1 set of about 150-200 cards (known as SET0) and we are working on our second set (known as Neo Olympia). We plan to place another 150-200 cards in the second set. The format we make the cards in is called YVD format. There is a stickied thread at the top of Written Cards with a program that converts your cards into YVD format. Link to comment
