SirtyStan
Alright. I got some staples made. Mostly Spell, a few Traps, a couple of Synchros, a Tuner and an Equip Spell (just for lulz)
Fortune of the Wealthy Spell/Continuous Once per turn, if you have no cards in your Hand, you may pay 500 Life Points to draw 1 card. You may only have 1 face-up "Fortune of the Wealthy" on your side of the field. The Price of Greed Trap/Continuous Activate only when your opponent draws a card by a card effect. Your opponent may choose one of the following effects: • Inflict 1000 points of damage to your opponent. • Negate the effect and destroy the card. Lowering the Numbers Spell/Normal Activate only when your opponent has 3 or more monsters on his/her side of the field. Destroy all monsters on your opponent's side of the field. Undermining Defenses Trap/Normal Pay 1000 Life Points. Destroy 2 Spell or Trap cards on your opponent's side of the field. Sacrificial Bombardment Trap/Normal Tribute 1 monster on your side of the field and destroy 1 card on your opponent's side of the field. Bill X-21 Spell/Continuous As long as this card remains on the field, neither player may Tribute Summon monsters. An Offer He Can't Refuse Trap/Counter Pay 500 Life Points. Negate the activation of a Spell or Trap card and destroy it. Your opponent may not activate any Spell or Trap cards in response to this effect. Passing the Buck Trap/Normal Activate only when you take damage. Instead, take the damage on the second Standby Phase after activation. Second Wind Spell/Normal Activate only when your Life Points are under 4000. Destroy up to 5 cards on your side of the field and gain 200 Life Points for each card destroyed by this effect. Stalemate Spell/Quick-Play Both players may not activate any effects until the End Phase. Monster Rejuvenation Spell/Normal Discard 1 monster from your hand. Special Summon 1 monster from your Graveyard. The Summoned monster may not attack on the turn it is Summoned. Line Change Spell/Normal Each player may select one monster on the other player's field and take control of it. The switched monsters are destroyed at the End Phase. Gravedigger Dragon Dragon/Synchro/Effect Level 8, ATK/ 2200, DEF/ 2500 1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters When this card is Synchro Summoned, this card gains 100 ATK for each card in your Graveyard. Zero Being Fiend/Synchro/Effect Level 8, ATK/ 2500, DEF/ 2100 1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters Once per turn, you may Banish this card to negate the activation of a card that destroys a card on the field and destroy it. You may return this Banished card to your field in face-up Defense position at your End Phase. Elite Assault Squad Warrior/Tuner Level 4, ATK/ 1500, DEF/ 1200 If this card is used in a Synchro Summon, you may draw 1 card and discard the top card of your deck to have all Sychro monsters on your side of the field gain 500 ATK. Corrosive Armor Spell/Equip The equipped monster gains 1000 DEF. Destroy this card after the third Standby Phase of activation.
Love, rate, hate, questions, comments, suggestions? EDIT: I'm doing this mainly for ideas and inspiration; you don't need to take any of these in the actual YVD. But looking at them at least would be appreciated. Next I'll be working on a Mystery set, not going to tell until they're released. Link to comment

You can activate this effect only once per turn.| Example for Synchros/Fusions: |Burning Flare Dragon|0|SET0|Dragon/Synchro/Effect|Fire|8||2600|1800|1 Tuner monster + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters - Once per turn, you can remove 1 FIRE or Dragon-Type monster from your Graveyard to destroy 1 card on the field.| NOTE: Add a (space)-(space) between the Synchro/Fusion Material Monsters and the monster's effect. NOTE: for Tuner monsters, you will have to write something like "Tuner/Effect" so that it can actually be read by the YVD program. Example 1: |Moon Archer|0|SET0|Spellcaster/Tuner/Effect|Dark|3||1200|1000|Once per turn, you can send 1 Spell Card from your hand to the Graveyard to destroy 1 face-up card on the field.| Example 2: |Magma Dragmored|0|SET0|Zombie/Synchro/Tuner/Effect|Fire|6||1200|1000|1 Tuner monster + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters - Once per turn, you can remove from play the top card of your Deck to Special Summon 1 level 4 or lower monster from your Graveyard. This card gains ATK and DEF equal to half the original ATK and DEF of monsters Special Summoned by this effect. Monsters Special Summoned by this effect cannot be used for the Synchro Summon of a Synchro Monster the turn they are Summoned.| NOTE: The same thing with tuners is with Gemini/Spirit/Union...any Subtype monsters that don't say "Effect". Example 1: |Reinforcement Gargoyle|0|SET0|Rock/Gemini/Effect|WIND|3||0|1800|If your opponent controls a monster you control no monsters, you can Special Summon this card from your hand. This card is treated as a Normal Monster while face-up on the field or in the Graveyard. While this card is face-up on the field, you can Normal Summon it to have it be treated as an Effect Monster with this effect: * You can tribute this card and select 4 monsters in your Graveyard. Add 1 of them to your hand and shuffle the remaining cards into your Deck.| Example 2: |Mariella, Lost Soul of the Sea|0|SET0|Aqua/Spirit/Effect|Water|4||0|2000|This card cannot be Special Summoned. This card returns to its owner's hand during the End Phase of the turn it is Normal Summoned or flipped face-up. When this card is Summoned, look at the top 3 cards of your Deck, place 1 card on top of your Deck, and return the other 2 to the bottom of your Deck. When this card is returned to your hand, you can negate 1 attacks during your opponent's next Battle Phase.|
XD This will help you guys out a bit on how we want your cards to look like. SirtyStan
You can't have Equip Trap cards... However, Continuous Trap cards work just fine, like Nightmare Wheel. Anyways, minor OCG fix: Equipped has 2 "P"s... Overall, you made a good staple card that can be broken. Link to comment

However, Continuous Trap cards work just fine, like Nightmare Wheel. Anyways, minor OCG fix: Equipped has 2 "P"s... Overall, you made a good staple card that can be broken.
Actually...there are examples of Trap Equip Cards and they aren't necessarily continuous (They just don't have the equip Symbol):

Fortune of the Wealthy Spell/Continuous Once per turn, if you have no cards in your Hand, you may pay 500 Life Points to draw 1 card. You may only have 1 face-up "Fortune of the Wealthy" on your side of the field. Okay, this one is actually balanced...except maybe with infernities but since we aren't running real cards this is a somewhat nice addition. The Price of Greed Trap/Continuous Activate only when your opponent draws a card by a card effect. Your opponent may choose one of the following effects: • Inflict 1000 points of damage to your opponent. • Negate the effect and destroy the card. Seems kind of specific...but I like the way you're opponent gets to choose his downfall. Promotes player-to-player interaction which is almost always a good thing. Lowering the Numbers Spell/Normal Activate only when your opponent has 3 or more monsters on his/her side of the field. Destroy all monsters on your opponent's side of the field. A much more potent form of Raigeki. This is TOO good against most of the decks (except the Flame Barriers because they involve their effects on destruction and if you activate this effect, you could almost say "I scoop" after you see the outcome.) Undermining Defenses Trap/Normal Pay 1000 Life Points. Destroy 2 Spell or Trap cards on your opponent's side of the field. Hmmm....1000 Life Points for 2 cards? I really can't tell whether this card is good or not. For me, it's in a foggy place. Sacrificial Bombardment Trap/Normal Tribute 1 monster on your side of the field and destroy 1 card on your opponent's side of the field. This card is good, but we already have something similar and it's this: Sacrifice Group: Trap Card Type: Trap Destroy 1 monster you control and 1 card your opponent controls. NOTE: I copied it directly from the YVD. Bill X-21 Spell/Continuous As long as this card remains on the field, neither player may Tribute Summon monsters. Hmmm...this is an interesting card, but may not see main play because we can still Special Summon most of the high level monsters, although usually there's a cost. An Offer He Can't Refuse Trap/Counter Pay 500 Life Points. Negate the activation of a Spell or Trap card and destroy it. Your opponent may not activate any Spell or Trap cards in response to this effect. Too good. A dummed down version of Solemn Judgement IS STILL a dummed down version of Solemn Judgement. Passing the Buck Trap/Normal Activate only when you take damage. Instead, take the damage on the second Standby Phase after activation. Now this is...useful. Not an immediate staple, but can be used with/against the current meta we have. Most of us will probably run or side 1 of these...or not at all. Still, this one is good to have. Second Wind Spell/Normal Activate only when your Life Points are under 4000. Destroy up to 5 cards on your side of the field and gain 200 Life Points for each card destroyed by this effect. Not with the current meta you don't. This card immediately makes Flame Barriers on of the most violent decks in the game (Yeah...I know...my creations can be devastating with the right support ^.^). Flame Barriers deal double damage and base their effects on their destruction. Usually, both player's life points tend to be at the same level if you play defensively with the cards, but they tend to have an aggro/burn style of play making them lethal if you let them gain their own effects. The way I see it with this card is a situation like this: Both player's life points are at 4000 or less. Player 1 has 5 "Flame Barrier" monsters on the field. Then he activates this card. Destroys all five of his monsters and deals 4000 damage to both himself AND the opponent (800 for each). However, Player 1 gains 1000 life points so that he is just above the 4000 damage point. BOOM! Game. Or at the very least a very deadly blow since afterwards, the monster's effects will chain and resolve in a certain order. The only time the Flame Barriers (as far as I have seen) they can miss their timing is when they are destroyed by a Counter Trap, as their effects can't chain to Spell Speed 3. Again, this card is not good for the current meta. Stalemate Spell/Quick-Play Both players may not activate any effects until the End Phase. Okay, this card is nice. Good against ALL the meta but it affects both players. I like the double edge sword technique. Monster Rejuvenation Spell/Normal Discard 1 monster from your hand. Special Summon 1 monster from your Graveyard. The Summoned monster may not attack on the turn it is Summoned. We have several monster reborn support...but this might be a good addition. Needs more input from others though. Line Change Spell/Normal Each player may select one monster on the other player's field and take control of it. The switched monsters are destroyed at the End Phase. This is a similar situation with the Flame Barriers, but it doesn't seem to be as powerful...needs more input. Could be abused by other archtypes though which makes is somewhat playable. Simple beater, see nothing wrong with it...except it has no attribtue. It's Stardust, except slightly better. >_> Elite Assault Squad Warrior/Tuner Level 4, ATK/ 1500, DEF/ 1200 If this card is used in a Synchro Summon, you may draw 1 card and discard the top card of your deck to have all Sychro monsters on your side of the field gain 500 ATK. Tuninware + Glow-Up Bulb + temporary gain, and it's a level 4 at that. This guy is going to be massively abused, and not in the good way. Still, needs more input. Corrosive Armor Spell/Equip The equipped monster gains 1000 DEF. Destroy this card after the third Standby Phase of activation. A defensive equipped with particularly nothing wrong. It just might not be used because it seems kind of...dull?

|Force Ring|0|SET0|Trap Card|Trap||Equip|||This card's effect can only be activated when your opponent selects 1 of your monsters as an Attack target and you have 2 or more monsters on the field. A: You can only submit up to 10 cards for an archtype per set. Meaning you can submit 10 cards for 1 archtype or 10 cards split between 2 archtypes (3 on one of them, 7 on the other OR 5 and 5...etc) As for the generic stuff, you can do as many of those as you can.
