Of course...

Also I have changed my card Fury of the Storm's effect, please tell me what you think off it

Old:
|Fury of the Storm|0|SET0|Warrior/Effect|Light|7||500|0|This
card cannot be Normal Summon or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by
removing from the Graveyard three level four “Storm” monsters off different
names. This card gains the Attribute of those three monsters. This card cannot
be destroyed by battle. When this card attacks, trap cards cannot be activated
until the end off the damage phase. For each “Storm” monster in the graveyard
this card can attack your opponent directly. If a card is used on this card
which adjusts its attack in anyway. Negate it and destroy it. When this card is
destroyed, returned all removed from play “Storm” Monsters to the graveyard|

|Fury of the Storm|0|SET0|Warrior/Effect|Light|7||500|0| This card cannot be normal summon or set. This card can only be Special Summoned by removing from play three level four “Storm” type monsters off different names from the deck. This card can only be Specail Summoned from your hand. This card’s Attribute is treated as the attribute of those three monsters. This card cannot be destroyed by battle. When this card attacks, trap cards cannot be activated until the end off the damage phase. For each different attribute on your side on the field, this card can attack your opponent directly. When this card is attacked, this card's attack becomes equal to the number off different attributes on the field x500 for that battle. Both off the previous effect ignore the EARTH attribute. If this card's total ATK would be changed by a card effect, negate the activation of that card and destroy it - excluding this card’s own effect. When this card is destroyed, return all removed from play “Storm” monsters to the deck.

I am also edited Riv, here you can compare them

Old:

|Rivsibaes Procelela – Nature's Fury, Protecting Storm.|0|SET0|Dragon/Effect|Light|11||100|0|This
card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned
when your LP hits zero and 1 'Fury of the Storm' has been in your Graveyard for
five turns. Summon this card from your hand, deck, Graveyard or removed from
play pile. This Summon cannot be negated. When this card is Special Summoned in
this way, increase you life points by 100 points for every “Storm” card you
have in the Graveyard. You can only Summon this card in this way once per duel.
The Attribute of this card is also treated as WIND, WATER, FIRE and DARK. You
take no damage while this card in on the field. When this card attacks, gain LP
equal to its ATK. This card can attack your opponent directly for each “Storm”
monster in the graveyard. When this card is removed from the field Special
Summon it during the end phase.|

New:

|Rivsibaes Procelela – Nature's Fury, Protecting Storm.|0|SET0|Dragon/Effect|Light|11||500|0| If your life points would be decreased to 0 and there is 1 "Fury of the Storm" which has been in your Graveyard for at least 5 turns, Special Summon this card this card and gain 100 Life points for each "Storm" monster of a different name that has been returned to the deck in this duel. This summon cannot be negated. You can only summon this card in this way once per duel. The Attribute of this card is also treated as WIND, WATER, FIRE and DARK. You take no damage while this card in on the field. During your battle phase, all of your opponent’s card effects are negated. This card can attack your opponent directly for each different attribute on the field. The EARTH attribute is not included in this effect. When this card attacks, increase your Life Points by its attack. During your opponents battle phase, change this card into defence mode and increase its defence equal to the number off different attributes on the field x750. The EARTH attribute is not included in this effect. When this card is removed from the field Special Summon it during the end phase of that turn.

|Blood Rage Dragon||SET0|Dragon/Effect|DARK|4||1800|0|This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by removing from play 5 monsters in your Graveyard. When this card is Summoned, destroy all other monsters you control. This card gains 200 ATK for each card destroyed this way. During either player's turn, you can place 1 Rage Counter on this card for each monster your opponent controls. You can only activate this effect once per turn. This card gains 400 ATK for each Rage Counter on it. During the End Phase, remove all Rage Counters from this card. When this card is destroyed, add 1 of your removed from play monsters to your hand.|

I feel like this is simply too much....

I agree. It really crams a bit too much into one card.
Also, it kills itself upon Summon and 'once' is bad wording. "Once while this card is face-up" or "Once per duel" is better.
Changed it a bit.

"Once during either player's turn" is wrong?

EDIT: Checked a few existing cards. It really is wrong =O And I used that wording all the time till now....

Yeah, very badly worded there.

I hope for yout that you were joking.

I think it is.

Oh, and as far as I can tell, it's a floater that, for practical purposes, has at least 2200 ATK and doesn't take a Normal Summon. I know it has a cost to Summon, but eh...

Oh, and I'm trying to minimize RFG-recovery. Being a floater, that really doesn't feel costly enough to get an RFG'd card back.

@Tempest:
Both of those cards feel really awkward. The first is 2500 ATK/damage that can be dropped at any time for no real cost, and the second is just weird. It'll probably get people annoyed about not having counted turns the first was in the Grave, and the 'save yourself after your LP hit 0' thing feels kinda cheap at times - that's the natural stopping point of a duel.
For both of them, while it might make sense to you, excluding the EARTH attribute doesn't make much sense. I get that Earth =/= Storm in some respects, but to many players it will just look like some random declaration, and it certainly doesn't have any merit from a balance perspective.
Again on the last card, you keep referencing 'the number of attributes on the field', but the number will always be 5, since it's treated as everything and EARTH is ignored (which I don't feel it should be), which is really redundant when you could just say '5'

|Nanotech Data Motherboard|0|SET0|Machine/Synchro/Effect|Light|5||2400|1800|1 Tuner monster + 1 or more non-Tuner "Nanotech" monsters
When this card is Synchro Summoned, remove from play all other "Nanotech" monsters you control. When this card is removed from the field, add 1 removed from play "Nanotech" card to your hand and return 1 removed from play "Nanotech" card to the top of your Deck.|

I can post 2 more cards for the "Nanotech" Archtype. Any suggestions for those 2 cards?

|Blood Rage Dragon||SET0|Dragon/Effect|DARK|4||1800|0|This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by having exactly 5 monsters in your Graveyard. When this card is Summoned, remove from play all monsters from your Graveyard and destroy all other monsters you control. This card gains 200 ATK for each card destroyed this way. During either player's turn, you can place 1 Rage Counter on this card for each monster your opponent controls. You can only activate this effect once per turn. This card gains 400 ATK for each Rage Counter on it. During the End Phase, remove all Rage Counters from this card.|

Ok, this has to be fine now. I actually wanted to create a Kristya-esque card...

*Shrugs* They are rather awkward I guess, but they are what they are...

Fury of the Storm is easy to summon, but when he is on the field - by himself - he can only dealing 1500 points off damage, and even with his ability at the full, he can only do 2500 points off damage. And his attack when attacked... well I've edited it so that it doesn't increase, it beomces, meaning that when attack his max attack is 2500, and there is quite a few monsters that have more then 2500 attack points so he is easily destroyed. However, if EARTH was taken into account, then he could do 3000 damage per turn and his attack increase to 3000. 3000 attack is too much, escapily when you take into account how easily he can be summoned. I think I am going to have to change his summoning condition so that he can only be specail summoned with his effect from the hand.

As for Riv? Well you do have to remember that Fury does have to be in the graveyard for a signifcant ammoutn off time, and he isn't the only guy that has an effect to do with turns - Sleeping Gaint Thud anyone? Plus maybe it is somewhat cheep, but I think off it as more off a rather interesting effect....
And yeah, it would be easier to say '5' and whatnot, but I'm not going to. Earth is going to be ignored in order to keep both off my cards balanced - and its needs to be in order to be balanced.

That's not all of them, but Photobucket bugged so I couldn't reach all of them.

EDIT: I could help writing a fan-fic. We should totally write one together.

Also, fan-fic anybody? I really want to advertise this a lot.
I had that idea as well, but wasn't able to post it (had the idea just before I went to sleep).

I was considering a fan-fic... but probably not until the summer (when we have a really strong showing of cards).

And personally, 3-card themes are fine in my books. GKs would be a fine Engine with just Spy and Guard. Flamvells can be an engine with just Firedog and Magician. Blackwings work well together with just a single copy of Zeph and Gale (totally pulled off nice combos because of that in 60CTH =o) - as long as being small doesn't make the theme terrible (because it needs lots to be good, due to the themes nature), then I'm okay.
