玄魔の王
After seeing Cosmic Blazar Mentioned in 149 of 5D's, I knew I had to use it for a fanfic. So, I needed to give it an effect: Cosmic Blazar Dragon WIND Level: 12 [Dragon/Synchro/Effect] 1 Synchro Tuner Monster + "Stardust Dragon" + 1 or more non-Tuner Synchro Monsters This card cannot be Special Summoned, except by Synchro Summon or with its own effect. If your opponent controls a monster after this card's attack, you can remove from play 1 Tuner monster in your Graveyard to have this card attack again. You can remove from play this face-up card to negate the activation of a Spell Card, Trap Card, or Effect Monster's effect that destroys a card(s) on the field, and destroy all cards your opponent controls. When your opponent declares an attack, you can remove from play this face-up card until the End Phase to negate the attack and end the Battle Phase. During the End Phase, Special Summon this card that was removed from play by its effect. When this card is destroyed as a result of battle, you can Special Summon 1 "Stardust Dragon”, “Majestic Star Dragon” or “Shooting Star Dragon” from your Extra Deck. ATK/ 4000 DEF/ 4000 And because we need a Level 2 Synchro... Arms Warrior EARTH Level: 2 [Warrior/Synchro/Effect] 1 Tuner + non-Tuner Monster When this card is Synchro Summoned, you can add 1 Equip Spell Card from your Deck to your hand. When this card is used as a Synchro Material Monster, equip this card to that Synchro Monster. It gains ATK equal to its Level x100, and if it attacks a Defence Position Monster, destroy that monster without applying Damage Calculation. ATK/ 800 DEF/ 800 So, what do you think? Link to comment
Blake
Arms Warrior grabs an equip? ._. Why? This is in the era of Turbo Duels, so, yeah... I understand it is Plot.device, but still. The Second effect for him seems a bit Extraneous. And we have Recipro Dragonf- *Shot* As for Blazar, First effect seems fine Second effect skips the whole battle phase? Bit too much. Nuke Effect: So, this is to Savior Star as Quasar is to Stardust Assault and SSD is to Stardust. Yeah, a one turn nuke is very powerful, hence why Majestic Star bounces itself, and, if you use its Nuke effect, it is in the grave, and does not revive Stardust. As for the final effect... Seems a bit situational, and who would go for Savior or Stardust? You need Stardust to be Re-usable, and Savior Star will return because they will just not activate anything. The only good of Savior is getting the Blazar material Stardust back. I'd go for SSD, unless I knew I could get a Stardust Evo Next turn. tl;dr: Powerful, but I would still go for Quasar over this. Much easier to summon. Blazar is a bit... eeh. Link to comment
Icy
> Second effect skips the whole battle phase? Bit too much. Yeah it skips it like T-Roar does but costs a hell of a lot more to do so. Suddenly it's a bit too much? Wtf, it functions just like the trap would too. "Wait 1 turn, then stop your opponents next battle phase." Not to mention this card doesn't revive after it does that. Yes the field nuke is way too much. And the last effect REALLY stretches it, just change the materials to Red Dragon, and have it summon a nerfed version of Red Nova. Oh and I <3 Arms Warrior. Link to comment

OK, one time only is too little. Link to comment

My personal experience has shown that unexpected things often require bizarre solutions. Let's say your opponent actually succeeds in killing this thing. Pull Saviour Star, so you have the ability to nuke their field if they do anything.
tl;dr: Powerful, but I would still go for Quasar over this. Much easier to summon. Blazar is a bit... eeh. EDIT: And you cannot use Equip Spells in Turbo Duels
I'll take your version of the effect under advisement, though I'm sticking with the every form effect. As for Equip Spells, Speed Spell - Buster Shot seems to imply Speed Equip Spells exist. Also, you could still use them for discard costs. Link to comment

Bringerofcake
Good crap, a Genma thread. And here I am without a comment: Warrior feels like a mini-offshoot of Arms Aid. It'd be cool to see in a fanfic equipping both to a monster and have it get DUAL ARMS OF DESTRUCTION or something similar. BTW, seeing how -Griffin didn't realize it until I bumped one of my threads, Cakeman reporting. Link to comment
CNo.101 S.H. Death Knight
it rather pretty good, if only konami could give us answer to Cosmic Blazar Dragon.... i felt that it would be a card that is won't be shown for us =_= Link to comment
