Well, most Asian countries do have Taoism as a Major Religion. Since Japan knowingly based the concept of Yin and Yang for the Legendary Pokemon this generation, then Kyurem's relation to Reshiram and Zekrom makes complete sense.

Yin and Yang is the philosophy that is strong in Taoism

 

Generally, Yin and Yang is based on the ideals of spiritual balance between Good and Evil. According to Taoism, whatever action you do places more weight on one side of the Tao. In this retrospective, in order to achieve success with this religion, you must be completely balanced in both. If you have too much Yin, then you will be too weak and lead to your downfall. However, if you have too much Yang, you will be very hated and lead to your downfall. There is one additional element as well: Wuji. Wuji is the absence of both Yin and Yang. It is basically the circle with nothing inside. It is a vessel that Yin and Yang is balanced out by.

Well that seems accurate to comprehend. It was never thought Kyurem was associated with the Yin and Yang Dragons, although I came up with the concept before the game came out.

Of course it was. Why else did it have the typing it did (Ice/Dragon sounds like a type for the Tao Trio) with a Legendary status and having the same Battle Music as both Reshiram and Zekrom? It's purpose of being in the game is the same as Giratina's purpose of being in Diamond and Pearl and Rayquaza's purpose of being in Ruby and Sapphire (confusing in the First two games of the Generation, but revealed in the version that combines them both).

There ALWAYS has to be a trio in these pokemon games. No matter where you look. Not only that, but there's always 2 different versions for a gen and then later a third game with a slight name change appears. It's not annoying but.......redundant in its own way.

I know what you mean. It's like you feel so great getting the newest game of the newest generation, only to find that there is a 3rd version that will come out that EFFECTIVELY combines both versions making you feel as though you wasted money for nothing.

 

Also, My Shinx has reached Level 15 and has evolved into a Luxio! Hooray for me:D

That's how the gaming companies make more money. They take a game then change the storyline a little then make it's title different or say something like a special edition. So it looks like the next one is about kyurem.

There already is a trio in Pokemon Black and White; Thundurus, Tornadus, and Landorus

We aren't sure but think it's VERY, VERY LIKELY that it'll be called Gray.

Well responding about the trios, there's always a mini trio, and then a bigger trio. I recall in Celestic Town where there was a ruin of a cave painting or hieroglyph of three pokemon. Cynthia says it could be Mesprite, Azelf, and Uxie, or it could be Dialga, Palkia, or Giratina.

 

There's already a trio is Pokemon BW, but there's a fourth if you count Keldeo in the Musketeers. Same with the weather genies, only they're not associated together, or that there's a main purpose.

They aren't Genies. They are the Kami Trio comprised of Gods from Asia (Fujin, Raijin and something that begins with an "I" for Landorus).

Gen 1: Legendary Birds

Gen 2: Legendary Dogs

Gen 3: Nature Trio & Regi Trio

Gen 4: Creation Trio, Lake Trio and Wormadam Trio

Gen 5: Freaking Tao Trio, Musketeer Trio, Kami Trio and Elemental Monkey Trio!

 

Nintendo must have a b0n37 for Legendary Trios.
