also, this is about the pokemon we have, i know some of them have moves that can only be taught by a move relearner, so how can we have a pokemon learn a move that way? (i.e Torterra and Wood Hammer, Electivire and Fire Punch)

Vibrava levels up

Electivire levels up and learns Low Kick

 

Once a Pokemon evolves it no longer has any access to its previous movepool and now has all the moves(for its Level) of the evolved Pokemon. So once you evolved Electivire you already had the chance to teach Fire Punch even without a move relearner. Since we have no limit on the number moves a Pokemon can learn you can have Electivire(or any other Pokemon for that matter) learn moves of a lower level just so long as it is listed on his move pool and not that of a previous evolution.

Alright well in the states they are showing a movie this saturday Pokemon Black: Victini and Reshiram. BUT the one that was in theaters was Pokemon White: Victini and Zekrom. WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON?!
