@Renegade: it depends on the pokemon tbqh, for example for a Salamence Adamant nature would be best since it increase its attack and lowers special attack

@Kurth: i didn't like the Pokemon Musicals either, Contests were better and they were much better in the anime

as for the EV training thing, i agree with it being boring, though then again i know some people who like to use the "power" items that give out 4 EVs of a certain stat in addition to the EVs from the fainted pokemon
