@Luxray: Well you get all moves it has learned prior to evolution. So for example I evolved my Eelektrik on Lvl 40. It was able to use Bind and Acid back then. So now my Eelektross can use them aswell. However, if it would reach lvl 49 (the level when Eelektrik learned Acid Spray) it would not be able to learn Acid Spray.
