[spoiler=Spoilers for Recent BW Episode]According to Bulbapedia (Which is where I read this), Iris's Axew learns Outrage. Outrage is one of the most powerful Dragon-type moves in the game. And Axew struggled for around 20 episodes (I think) to learn Dragon Rage, one of the weakest Dragon-type moves. Wth?

Using Chenille in the Elemental Contest, since both Bug and Poison were some of the types.
