Pokemon Online is an 'easier' version of battling over Wi-Fi. It lacks battle animation, but you choose everything from top to bottom. Your Pokemon, nature, EV's, moves, everything. You even get to choose what Tier you want to battle, so of course it's for competitive pokemon. Great way for testing teams / pokemon or battling as a whole.

I quote from the battling rules on the 1st page: "When you battle Paralyzation, Burn, and other Status Effects are not applied UNLESS the attack specifically says that it will cause the status effects." Meaning it doesn't burn, Freezes or Paralizes Zorua unless it will always happen.

 

Phobos is hit, but Fake Tears lowered the attack's strenght.

Now use another Fake Tears combined with another Scratch.
