The Olympian Blessing

Recommended Posts

Ok. All YCM rules apply here as anywhere. I have final say.

The plot:
Is set in Greece. There will be 14 characters and each will have a God card (One of the egyptian Gods). The people who have DARK and evil acrds are spreading hate and violence through the world. These people control cards known as the Titan Cards. They will stop at nothing to get their way and destroy the Greek Gods. A group of 14 must rise and fight this forthcoming evil. The 14 chosen ones. The 14 with the power to stop the Titans and banish them forever.
Characters live at Olympus, a giant palace of Light. The Greek gods can communicate to their holder also. Each holder is marked by the gods symbol.
Might also have people playing Titans. PM me if you want to do this.

Someone has and it died out but can I reserve a spot with apollo and one with artemis. I know about the older one because I was a part of it with my character having poseidon in it. By the way do we get to create the god cards or do you have them already created.

oh yeah... the Godly Cards.. i somewhat remember that. I had Artemis in it.

Here's my App:

Name: Blaze Yuki
Gender: Male
Age: 12
Personality: Kind, caring, intelligent, fearless, really fierce duelist, will do anything to save a friend, very noble, and often popular.
Appearance:
Bio: He was born near the ocean, and was always fascinated by the creatures that lived in it. When he was 4, he received his first deck from his father. It was a WATER deck, the promotional card being Water Dragon. He quickly became the best of all his friends, and they suggested that he move on to the local hobby leagues. When he was 9, he entered his first junior preliminary tournament. He became the junior world champion, and he retained that title for three years. Currently, he is still an excellent duelist, and is very well-known. He often feels like his cards are... talking. His duel spirit (other than Poseidon) is Water Dragon. He talks with a southern accent.
Deck and strategy: Swarmin' The Seas - Focuses on swarming the field with WATER monsters, mainly the ones that give out ATK bonuses and the high-level ones. He also uses many equip spells.
Ace cards: Water Dragon
Greek God card:
This card can not be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can not be Special Summoned except by sending three WATER monsters from your side of the field to the Graveyard. This card can not be destroyed in battle (Damage Calculation applied normally). While this card is face-up on the field, and there is no Field Spell card on the field, you can discard one card to treat the field as "Umi" (However, there are no ATK/DEF increases/decreases due to Umi's effect) This effect continues until another Field Spell is activated. Once per turn, you can Special Summon 1 WATER-attribute monster from your Hand with 1500 DEF or less. That card can not attack or be tributed that turn.
I feel I'm going to regret this, seeing as I haven't joined a YGO RP in a while but...
Name: Serene
Gender: Female
Age: 17
Personality: In a word, passive. To add another word, objective. Essentially, ask her an opinion, she will weigh the pros and cons and give what some call the most balanced opinion ever. Ask her to do anything that might involve a confrontation, and she will politely decline.
Appearance: At 5'4", Serene is not very tall, nor is she very heavy, weighing somewhere between 110 and 115 pounds. To go with both these smaller amounts, Serene has a lithe figure.
Serene has brown hair, which she normally hides under a light blue hooded cloak. This cloak also conceals most of her skin, which tends to get sunburned quickly. Hestia's mark is on her back.
The only things even remotely remarkable about Serene are her two brown eyes. They always seem to be glazed over, as if she was perpetually bored by what you were telling her. In reality, she is paying sharp attention, but she may not want you to know that.
Bio: Serene was born like a normal child Exiting, isn't it? She was always attentive, and this fact got her through seventeen years of life without much of a hitch. The only real reason that she started playing childeren's card games was peer pressure. Serene thought that if she played, people might like her more. However, now she thinks of these games as a confrontation and avoids them unless there is a very good reason to do so. To be frank, she'd rather tend a fire.
Deck and Strategy: Pacifism: A deck that revolves entirely around special summons and discards to stall as long as possible.
Ace Card(s):

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by Sacrificing a "Hearth, Eternal Flame" and discarding a "Vestal Virgin, Keeper of the Eternal Flame" from your hand.
Any time you would discard a card, you may have High Priestess of Vesta deal 500 Damage to you and return the discarded card to your hand.

Greek God Card:

This card can be Special Summoned from your hand.
You can discard three cards to Special Summon this card from your Deck, Graveyard, or Removed from play.
As long as Hearth, Eternal Flame is in play, this card cannot be destroyed by battle. Damage calculation is not applied.

Is it ok if I call Hestia Vesta? There's more tradition in the Roman name than the Greek one.

Bios are now done and sorry if they are nearly the same but the twins have lived together all their life so there isn't much else different to say in either.

Name: James Lyo
Gender: Male
Age: 17
Personality: James is brave to the point of being reckless and will fight till the end and never surrender. He isn't the strategising type but can pull off the strategys in place in his deck with ease. He tends to attack first and try to defend only when absolutly necesary, creating some hard situations sometimes when he gets down to the last few life points, but will usually get Apollo, God of the Sun out in time to restore his life points. He is also very protective of Jess and will do his upmost to stop her from being hurt.
Appearence: James has pale european skin, short gold hair, amber eyes and wears a long white with gold trim robe. His duel disk is a white and gold trim duel academy style disk and his duel runner is a white Harley.
Bio: James and Jess are fraternal twins, Jess born as the Moon went down and James born as the Sunn rose on the morning of the 1st of January. Their parents were killed in a card crash when they were 7 and they were sent to live with their eccentric grandfather. Once there he taught them how to duel and gave them their Incan Decks, Jess with Moon Dragon Quilla and James with Sun Dragon Inti. They managed to live there peacefully for a few years until they were both 14 before their grandfather died of a heart attack and left them the house and the vault underneath it as their inheritence to go with the money and the house they had got from their parents as their earlier inheritence. This was big as he had never let them into the vault so when they entered, they found lots of relics from different religions, and two glass cases, one with Apollo in it and one with Artemis (The Yugioh cards). With the new god cards and the gods from them, the twins went in tag duels and won a lot of money from them, to add to the fortune they already had from the two inheritences. To this current day James still tries to protect Jess from harm, even in duels, and will try his utmost to listen to Jess.
Deck and strategy: Incan Deck focused on summoning Sun Dragon Inti and Apollo, God of the Sun and cycling the two of them between the field and graveyard. Uses the Ancient Forest field spell. When the twins are Tag Dueling, they focus on summoning Sun Dragon Inti, Moon Dragon Quilla, Apollo, God of the Sun and Artemis, Goddess of the Moon and cycling them between the field and graveyard as well as summoning up Chaos Sorcerer and Chaos Goddess (From Jess' Deck).
Ace cards: Sun Dragon Inti
Greek God card: Apollo, God of the Sun

Lore: This card cannot be Set. You can only Normal Summon this card by tributing 3 LIGHT monsters on your field (Gellunduo's effect still applies). You can special summon this card by destroying one Sun Dragon Inti on your side of the field. When this card is destroyed on your side of the field, you can special summon one Artemis, Goddess of the Moon or Sun Dragon Inti from your Graveyard. When Sun Dragon Inti's effect activates that summons Moon Dragon Quilla to the field, you can Special Summon this card instead. When this card is destroyed by battle and sent to the graveyard, you gain life points equal to half the attack of the attacking monster

Name: Jess Lyo
Gender: Female
Age: 17
Personality: Unlike her twin brother, Jess is much more of a strategist and will pull of her strategies to bring her usually easy victories. She is much more conservative, both in and outside of duels, and will defend more often than she attacks. She can use both her and her brother's cards to good effect during Tag duels, even including a couple of Chaos cards and LIGHT monsters in her deck for such eventualities and will make the most of all her cards to win the battles. She also hates being beaten or defeated during a duel and is a chess master as well as a duelist.
Appearence: Jess has pale european skin, long black hair, silver/grey eyes and wears a long black with silver trim robe. Her duel disk is a black and silver trim duel academy style disk and her duel runner is a black Harley.
With the new god cards and the gods from them, the twins went in tag duels and won a lot of money from them, to add to the fortune they already had from the two inheritences. To this current day Jess always dictates the duel strategies and can usually turn a duel around even when it seems desparate because she has the time and protection to do so.
Deck and strategy: Incan Deck focused on summoning Moon Dragon Quilla and Artemis, Goddess of the Mood and cycling the two of them between the field and graveyard.
Ace cards: Moon Dragon Quilla
Greek God card: Artemis, Goddess of the Moon

Lore: This card cannot be Set. You can only Normal Summon this card by tributing 3 DARK monsters on your field (Double Coston's effect still applies). You can special summon this card by destroying one Moon Dragon Quilla on your side of the field. When this card is destroyed on your side of the field, you can special summon one Apollo, God of the Sun or Moon Dragon Quilla from your Graveyard. When Moon Dragon Quilla's effect activates that summons Sun Dragon Inti to the field, you can Special Summon this card instead. When this card is destroyed by battle and sent to the graveyard, deal damage equal to half the attack of the attacking monster.
You may discard this card from your hand to activate one of the following effects:
•Search your deck for a card named Hearth, Eternal Flame, and put it into play
•Search your deck for a card named Extinguishing Ritual, and put it into play.

You've already seen the other two, so I was just wanted to add these three to the public eye.
Also, can we see your Zeus, ED?
