With just being told "Power Rangers" and shown the clip, with all the colours flying around...it seemed REALLY appropriate. It was kind of scary. I didn't find it that scary, but yeah I suppose some people were probs thinking "I just watched the latest episode. I wonder how long it'll be before someone makes a Power Rangers pardoy." sure it'd only be a minority of people, but I bet there was a few. I wonder who is Durbe going to end up dueling in the end? Nasch/Vector are obvious Yuma targets and Mizael vs. Kaito has been hyped for a looong time. But Durbe doesn't have an obvious enemy. That and the fact she essentially killed Tetsuo, and she knows her fellow Barian Lords killed Anna, Fuya, Droit, Gauche, the old dude, the guy who had Crimson Shadow, and that her brother will most likely kill IV. I am ipressed though that they all were able to defeat the base Barian Numbers, when only IV actually had any Numbers. I can actually see Merag defecting. evilfusion Posted October 14, 2013 Report Share Posted October 14, 2013 Wow, this episode was good. A lot of dialogue that I didn't fully follow, but it seemed like an amazing episode, regardless. Interesting that all the losers went to the Barian World. That probably IS the equivalent of death. Every other person in flashbacks and history that went to the Barian World had died, starting with Nasch's army. But it's a death that's easily reversible. The lore of the Barian and Astral Worlds imply that people with Chaos power in their heart were forced into the Barian World, and that it became a fully fledged world when it expanded. Chaos power is drawn from the desire to protect and care for people other than yourself. All the people defeated in these Duels made some sort of last words comment pertaining to Yuma, and they had faced off against the Barians to protect Yuma and co. Needless to say, that means they probably had some element of Chaos, which is why they went to the Barian World. Preview for next episode makes me wonder whether IV really DOES have Number 88. His purple crest reappears in the preview, and it had previously appeared only when he used Argent Chaos Force. All the Barians Ranking Up their Over-Hundreds was just so epic. I noticed that the order the Rank-Ups happened was in reverse. Mizael's Number 107, then Gilag's 106, Alit's 105, Merag's 103, Durbe's 102, and then Nasch's 101. All the names of the Chaos Numbers lately seem to be "evil" versions, though. C15 = Serial Killer C40 = Devil's Strings C101 = SH - Dark Knight C102 = Unholy Lightning... Why would fans be that heartbroken and/or enraged when she became Merag? She's basically the same person but with the sense that she now fights for the Barian World. In fact it would be the opposite as people like to see the "other side" of these protagonists. Anyways, IV has to be one of the best duelists in the anime so far. He's always got room to Xyz Summon another Gimmick Puppet and actually managed to narrow down Nasch to at least 200 with a pop and burn strategy than just cliche over 9000 battle tactic. Pretty much this duel would be very unpredictable as now the tables have turned for IV and Shark/Nasch's relationship. Please do. :D And yeah, I know no one ever said he didn't have it, we just never got any indication that he did, either. Granted, I've always been an advocate of "just because we didn't see it, doesn't mean it didn't happen", such as when Shark beat IV at the WDC, and we had no indication of what happened to IV's Numbers, whether Shark got them (and lost them to Yuma), or if IV still had them and Tron recovered them. We did find out that Shark did lose his Numbers to Yuma, though, as Number 32 was among the Numbers taken by the Sphere Field. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
