heraldry_lord Posted October 6, 2013 Report Share Posted October 6, 2013 This is the effect for the RUM on the wiki: Target 1 "Number 10X" monster in your Graveyard, on your side of the field, or in your Extra Deck (X is any number from 1 to 7); if that target is in your Graveyard or Extra Deck, Special Summon it, ignoring the Summoning conditions. Its effects are negated. Then, you can Special Summon from your Extra Deck, 1 "C" Xyz Monster that is 1 Rank higher than that monster you control, by using it as the Xyz Material. (This Special Summon is treated as an Xyz Summon. Xyz Materials attached to that target also become Xyz Materials on the Summoned monster.) Shark and IV's battle will be very tense seeing that IV will immediately get C40 and Nasch will revive 101 to get C101. since Shark returns to Human form in the preview, the strain of the Rank-Up Magic would be responsible. Maybe cause he gave the power of Chaos Draw to give each Barian Emperor? From some sights of the new op/end, Dr. Faker and Tron may make a slight appearance, but probably only for background support to boost morale for Kaito/III/IV/V. Well, at least other CXyz at least were variable. Level 4 may be most common since you can SS a monster with one effect and normal summon another Level 4 easily. Anna, Fuya, and Gauche easily have some of the most overwhelming decks in the series, and Misael's going up against 2 of them at once. I'm a bit surprised that Vector isn't doing anything. You think he'd be happy to chase after Yuma and try to mix it up. The previews don't seem to give him anything to do in the next few episodes, either. After all, he did just learn that Nasch, who he previously killed, had been reincarnated as Shark, but without his memories, and had just returned. C104 gets more, but not by much. I watched the new opening, only to find that 104 itself, doesn't appear in it, only C104, unlike every other Basic + Chaos Over-Hundred Number.
