LARGE EDIT: Fixed version of UltimateICD
"Iron Chain Dragon" + 2 other "Iron Chain" monsters
This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Fusion Summon. All Fusion Monster Materials are removed from play rather than sent to the Graveyard. This card gains ATK equal to half the total ATK of all Fusion Material Monsters, except "Iron Chain Dragon". During battle between this attacking card and a Defense Position monster whose DEF is lower than this card's ATK, inflict the difference as Battle Damage to your opponent. If this card attacks, remove the 3 top cards from your opponent's Deck from play before either player may activate card effects. In addition, if the attack is successful, send 1 card from the top of your opponent's Deck to the Graveyard for each multiple of 1000 Battle Damage dealt by this card.
Also @Aesirson: You don't mind if I take control of Bjorn, do you?

Putting my idea on UltimateICD up for display. Hopefully it's not too broken as it is (I tried to balance it :( )

In addition, if the attack is successful, send card from the top of your opponent's Deck to the Graveyard for each multiple of 1000 Battle Damage dealt by this card. If no Battle Damage was dealt, you may instead send a number of the top cards from your opponent's Deck to the Graveyard equal to the difference between this card's ATK and, if applicable, the ATK or DEF of the attacked monster (relevance to the monster's Battle Position) divided by 1000. If you do, this card is switched to Defence Position, and its Battle Position cannot be switched until the end of your opponent's next turn, except by a card effect. The following effect cannot be negated by any card effects:
- When this card is removed from the field, except by the effect of "Interdimensional Matter Transporter", Special Summon an "Iron Chain Dragon" from your Removed from Play Zone in Defense Position, and return the other Fusion Material monsters to your Deck and shuffle it. Until your next Standby Phase, the "Iron Chain Dragon" that was Special Summoned by this effect cannot be attacked or Tributed, and is unaffected by your opponent's card effects.
That is WAY too OPed!!!
Yeah, I got my hopes up... Good thing this is still a draft, aye?

Anyway, I'll just send the first three cards to the Graveyard rather than actually removing from play, and the battle damage mill effect will be optional, with the side effect of switching to DP. Won't bother with the other mill effect.

Also, should I make the "summon ICD upon defeat" effect actually negatable as well?

I think this works better, you just put to much into it.

Is it okay if i plan to have Raven appear on the Atlantis side and Haseo on the Mu, the reason for Raven is because he's from Atlantis just use some fluke that DiTra didn't recognize him.
Also I'll do Haseo's into post in a second.

Idk why, I just feel like making a second character--one that'll actually take a side. I apologize if the app feels a little garbled, but I was sort of just writing whatever came to mind that made sense.

Character's Name: Huang Ma
Character's Age: 20
Character's Gender: Male
Character's Appearance:
Height: 5'6''
Weight: 140 lb.
Body Type: Slightly fat, mostly sinewy
Skin Color: Caucasian
Hair Style and Color: Black, tied into a long, thin braided ponytail
Eye Shape and Color: Green and narrow
Usual Clothing/Appearance: Huang is most often seen wearing a flowing red robe, embroidered with fancy gold patterns. When he needs to be active (i.e. dueling or traveling) he will wear a more practical blue two-piece outfit, with his Duel Disks carried on his back. They resemble a pair of bagua, with Monster Zones on the one on his left arm, and Spell and Trap Zones for his right. The deck is stored in the left, the Graveyard in the right. He has a habit of shifting which hand he carries his hand of cards in at random times.
Scars, Tattoos, Unusual Birthmarks etc.: A tattoo of his deck's ace monsters is covering his back, in their respective positions.
Character's Origins: Huang is of Chinese descent, or what would be China if it weren't Atlantis. He is the heir to the Stellar God Cards, a line of cards less well-known than some of the other divine card sets (this is due to them being weaker than the others). His family has lived on the outskirts of Mu for a long time, and he is the first one to actually set out.
Character's Deck: Stellar Gods (custom)
Character's Ace Card(s): Xuan Wu, Stellar God of the North; Qing Long, Stellar God of the East; Zhu Que, Stellar God of the South; Bai Hu, Stellar God of the West; Huang Long, Supreme Stellar God of the Center
Character's Pre-RP History: Hearing of the Babel Tower Tournament, Huang had decided to head off to participate. As the current head of his house, no one could stop him, so he had no trouble getting out and finding his way around. He wanted to take part in this tournament to beat down some Atlanteans, dreaming that he could get some land in China claimed for his family.

I figured that, since the WC series has Speed Spell equivalents of real-life spells, why not have normal versions of Speed Spells? One off the key issues Graceful Charity is banned is that it discards cards from the hand, so I nerfed Angel Baton by having it negate the effects of the cards it discards, and then some.
