I know but i had a monster on the field with enough attack to win and with her own cards their was no visible way to stop it, i thought about taking your guy out but then we'd just get the same results next turn when her field is emptied again.

Also you guys need to read posts especially while your dueling.

Um... no you didn't

Your guy had 3100ATK
Messiah has 500ATK
3100-500=2600
DiTra has 2800LP
2800-2600=200

Wait, hang on... that means DiTra wasn't beaten the whole time!

If the monster you summoned is destroyed by a card effect, Special Summon the monster you Tributed to Summon it.

That is what your Opposite Element says, nothing about no Battle Damage. The rest of your post is okay, though.

EDIT: I see you tried to edit the effect to better suit the situation, but it makes even less sense now.

You wouldn't have been able to activate Opposite Element at all if Cold Wave was still in effect. Also, you still lose battle damage since Opposite Element clearly states that the effect only activates if its destroyed by a card effect. Changing a card effect after its activation is considered godmod.

My months doesn't count since I changed their summoning condition before I actually played any of them.

Well, so much for a quick ticket to Mu. Shoku's still tying to figure out what's going on. Any ideas on how to get more info from their side of the story? I mean, I've already received Atlantean info prior to the RP, and hearing it again from the knight or the Messiah won't help his character develop. At least, not much.

Thanks for remembering me though, Aesir.

Trimage, stop being so adamant. You didn't win the duel and that's that. As people have stated before, DiTra is the main villain/hero. She ain't getting beaten by some rogue in "episode" 1! Besides, knowing how OP her deck is, she'd probably pull some giant turnaround if you tried attacking her again.

On another note, I find it interesting that this duel didn't use the standard Tag Duel rules. If you look here, you'll find that the partners traditionally share a field and Life Point count. As such, you are allowed to use you partner's cards for Tribute material with permission. I realize that these rules are no longer officially sanctioned by Konami, but they still make the most sense to me. Just my opinion.
