My reason for saying yes is this: If it's effect isn't nerfed down, it will be a broken card. A person from my locals also brought this up. If it is wrong, please someone let me know so I may correct the person who first said this. According to the person, when Priority is changed, then Frozen Fiztgeralds effect of "this card is uneffected by Spells and traps." will be an instant effect the minute Frozen Fitzgerald is summoned, meaning BTH and Solemn will be useless on him, and then you'll have to contend with a card that will not die. [/quote] Solemn still works, since Fitzgerald has to be Summoned face-up for his effect to work, as Solemn Judgement/Warning negates Summons. I learned this when someone told me that Jinzo can be Solemn'd, and tested it out on a game. I was very surprised that you can. Also, I looked him up. He isn't unnafected by Spells and Traps. Your opponent just can't activate any while he is attacking. [u]Frozen Fitzgerald[/u] "1 DARK Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner Beast-Type monsters If this card attacks, your opponent cannot activate any Spell/Trap Cards until the end of the Damage Step. It's easy enough to kill with a Spell or Trap, since it only stops them while attacking (ala. Pitch Black Warwolf, Mirage Dragon). Not banworthy. [/quote] What are you talking about? 1) Frozen Fitzgerald's effect has NOTHING to do with Priority, changed or otherwise. 2) It has the Ancient Gear clause, not outright immunity. 3) Even if it had outright immunity, it would only apply while it's on the field so Solemn could kill it, unless it had Obelisk's "the Summon of this card cannot be negated" effect. The card is horrible. It's been released in Japan, and its revival effect only can be used when it dies in battle, for a discard, and you have no monsters, plus needs a DARK Tuner and a Beast.
