Time to judge! The task was to retrain this!

My first impression is that the effect involves tokens which some people but others had their own creative ideas. Lets take a look.

Psychic Almighty

Fiend Reflection #2

LIGHT

Level 4

Winged-Beast/Effect

Once per turn, if this is the only monster on the field, you can Summon 1 Level 4 or lower Winged-Beast type monster from your hand or deck. When a monster Summoned by this card's effect is removed from the field, you can Special Summon 1 "Fiend Reflection # 1" from your hand or deck.

1100/1400

It is a bit weird because Fiend Reflection #1 by itself is a pretty worthless card to summon. You should have used the ability to send in an optional support card in the form of a re-trained Fiend Reflection #1.

Special summoning a quick monster from the deck seems pretty powerful, even if it is restricted to a certain type. Hand and graveyard may have been a bit more balanced. I do like how you can only activate it though if it is the only monster you control. Prevents massive swarming my summoning 3 Fiend Reflection #2 by each other's effects. Overall its effect would probably be used to get quick level 5-8 synchros which could include BlackWing synchros if you summon one of their tuners.

Small problem with the effect. It never states where the get special summoned from? Hand, graveyard, deck, extra deck, remove from play, opponent's graveyard, opponent's deck, etc.? So I am going to have to assume as a default it is from the hand.

Being able to summon 2 monster during your opponent's turn after already having this one out seems a bit powerful but then again it is situation triggered. It would be a big cost to your hand size too (assuming it is from the hand). Special 2 Shield Wings would be annoying if you can switch them to defense with another card. Or maybe 2 Mist Valley Falcons for beatdown.

It might have ended up under-powered but going with 1 Winged-Beast might have been a better way to go.

Gister Knows

Simply put not a very good effect. Cold Enchanter and Dark Crusader are similar but better. Plus it really doesn't fit the theme of the card at all.

DarkPlant

Its special summon effect seems decently fair unless you summon a high-level monster like Blue-Eyes. Probably should have had like a level 4 or lower restriction. The reflection counters seem a little slow but only costing 1 counter would be way too powerful so it balances out well with its special summon effect.

Well it is good, it would most likely be used to cheeply summon a high-powered monster from your hand, possibly even before you take your first turn. Might have been better if there was a level restiction and maybe if it it couldn't be attacked while the monster it summoned was on the field.

The Wicked One

Not much I can say, this is a really balanced and yet flavorful effect.

Most likely it wouldn't go past 1 counter and would be used as a fast way to special summon a level 1 monster from your deck. Which makes One For One seem outdated then but you still need to use a summon to get it out. Vortex the Whirlwind now has a new fast way to get out!

Waterwhip

It seems weird that the LP cost is based on the level of the attacking monster but the effect doesn't really affect it. 2000 LP is the average cost which is way too expensive. It would have been better if it was once per turn when attack pay 500. Then the attacker must attack the monster summoned instead.

ANBU

Not too bad. Honestly I don't think you really needed the level 4 or higher restriction. This would make it combo well with Ojama Trio but I think it would have been ok. Even at that rate it is only a level 3 or lower fiend from graveyard or hand, a good effect but not as abusive as some others.

Maha Guns

Metro Fiend Reflection #2

LIGHT / Level 4 / Winged Beast / Effect

ATK 1100 / DEF 1400

When this card is destroyed by battle, you can Tribute 1 Fiend-Type monster you control to add 1 Fiend-Type monster from your Deck to your hand. You can remove from play this card and 1 other Fiend-Type monster in your Graveyard from play to Special Summon 1 Level 6 or lower Fiend-Type monster from your Graveyard. When the Special Summoned monster is destroyed, it is removed from play instead and you take 300 damage for each card you control.

This thing does a lot and is all over the place. The first effect seems like it would never happen unless you ram it in to something because your opponent would just attack your fiends first. The grave summons sounds a bit fair and balanced. You need at least 3 monsters in your grave to activate it, Stygian Street Patrol can activate with just itself. But I am not sure if the negative draw back was need. Being removed from play ok but the burn effect seems really random and unrelated. If it was based on the level of the monster summoned it would make sense but I don't even think it needs that.

This Winged Beast seems very heavy into the Fiend support. Now some other entries support fiends as well but this one seems a bit overboard seeing how it needs at least 2 other fiends in the grave to work. Maybe throwing some sort of Winged Beast support in addition to the fiend support might have leveled it out.

Dwarven King

The problem with this is that they see it coming. You use Barrel Behind the Door or Nature's Reflection because your opponent doesn't expect you to reverse it. Hence why I think Damage Eater is a terrible card. If this is out, they simply won't burn you until they kill it. Also the wording makes it sound not optional, as in if you have a card in hand you must discard it. If so they can repeatedly activate small burn effects that do say only 300 damage just to kill your hand.

Oh tartar sauce! Haha. I was trying to give it an effect that went with it's name (Reflection). Hint the reason why it's effect is to send damage back at the opponent. But now that I think of it, it would have been better if I had made it's effect this - "During your opponent's battle phase, when a monster declares an attack, you may choose it's target. This effect can only be activated once per turn on one monster." Or something like that. Dang it. >.>

I'll do better in #3 though! :D

P.S. Good job everyone else on the cards!

You are a good sport. You could have made it like Hanewata or Life Harmonizer. Discard it from the hand to ether make the opponent take the same amount or negate and inflict a set amount.

That is why there is always Retrain that Vanilla #3.
