We understand you're a newbie so instead of going over the technicals, I'm going to show you what I would have done. Outlined in the picture shown. You could have added some musical scores to set this tag apart and set the tone to what it is (and what you called it) a Tag of Gumi from Vocaloid a singing group.

Having it follow her arms would be pleasant and keeping the focus. While drawing the Light Source around it to create kind of a melodic atmosphere, with some notes above her head just to add a little cherry on that sundae.Take advantage of your characters form and where it's from, and even with a simple stock you can create an amazing piece. Be sure to save as a .PNG instead of any other file type as well. I hope to see more from you, and to see you improve.

How come I never got tag-teamed by NW and Josh? T_T

I always got 0 comments and 20 views....

Anyway, everything has really been said. It would help to know what program you use so we can be of greater help. If you do decide to continue and grow as a GFX'er, I have a plethora of tuts and .psds/.xcfs that would be able to assist you.

I used GIMP, but I couldn't save it to be put on here. So, I copied it and pasted it in Paint to save and upload. I didn't think of saving it as PNG. though, I'll do that. These guys are right about everything else. I was thinking of musical notes and I was still working on it. This was what I had so far.

I like your idea Icyblue, but how did you make the stars near her head? Please tell me. ^_^

EDIT: I'm waiting for a reply because I have no idea how to make those

I was using Windows 7 Paint to show you, the Stars represent musical notes. Don't worry about it.

A little better? I saved as PNG., moved the text, and added musical notes, which is everything (I think) that was suggested. If there was anything else, let me know. I want it to be way better than this:

Ummm, how you should do it at this level you are at is find some good star and music stocks. Transform them to the correct flow, and erase the unneeded parts. Set on screen or multiply... If you give me the stock, maybe I can make a tutorial that shows Icy's advice more clearly?

Oh, I tried that. I don't know if can do it though. I always take out some parts that I should't. It's kind of harder at my computer because of my mouse. But I can't do it anywhere else because I can't use one of the programs that's needed. I'll try again when I get home. (But my mouse)

EDIT: It worked better than I thought it would.
