[REQ] Renders, and an unusual request

OK, I have a simple request and a not-so-simple one. Both of them involve rendering from this image:

The simple request is for a render of the character holding a sword in the extreme upper-right corner of the image.

The not-so-simple request is for an edited render of the dude holding the staff, altered in such a way that removes the logo from the image.

You see, rendering it normally would no doubt result in something similar to this render I found on Google:

I was able to find a video that shows what's supposed to be underneath, but it's low-quality:

So yeah, somehow putting that image together is the second request.

I have absolutely no idea what a reasonable amount to pay for this would be, so anyone who wants to do it can just tell me how much to pay.
