[color="#000080"][i]Three face downs and one of them is that scarecrow...and with the cards right now...I'm screwed.[/i][/color] he thought as he drew his next card. I used the Quick Play Spell, Mystical Space Typhoon...and it'll destroy that scarecrow of yours!"[/color] he said sending his spell to the grave, watching as it destroyed Jason's trap. [color="#000080"]"Next, Warrior Returning Alive is activated so I can add a warrior to my hand...so return E-Hero Ocean!"[/color] Yoh then quickly took Ocean from his grave and added it to his hand, which he then summoned to the field. [color="#000080"]"Next Mini Shogun is tuned with Ocean, for my next hero!!"[/color] Yoh said snapping his fingers. Both monsters disappeared in light, as they went upward. [color="#000080"][i]"Born from the cold hearts of the world, comes a lone warrior to protect us! Strike swift and true, Elemental Hero Blizzard Samurai!"[/i][/color] he yelled as a new hero appeared next to Mecha Master. [color="#000080"]"Finally, I'll use the field spell...SKYSCRAPER!!"[/color] he said as he the card in the field card slot and buildings surrounded him and Jason. Though, if fifteen hundred attack points is the best you've got, and you're not attacking with Lava Golem like you said, it certainly doesn't look like that something is going to be in your advantage," he said. I sacrifice Caius the Shadow Monach to return Chaos Enperor Dragon - Envoy of the End to my hand and then remove from play Caius and Kuraz to Special Summon him to the field; Arise the Last Monster of all Chaos Emperor Dragon - Envoy of the End. Now I'm going to normal summon Infernity Guardian from my hand, reducing my hand to zero and allowing Infernity Guardian's effect to activate and spare him from any destruction on the field as long as my hand remains at zero. I activate the effect of Chaos Emperor Dragon to destroy every card in our hands and on the field b sacrificing 1000 of my own life points. Go, Chaos Emperor Dragon, World Nuke." He couldn't believe it...the plan that he had thought about was now dissolved. [color="#000080"][i]Dang it...why??[/i][/color] he thought to himself. His face collided with the floor, which probably hasn't been buffed up in a while. He got up with a groan as he noticed what hit him. It was another student, a girl. She had on a blue jacket, meaning she was also part of Ancient Fairy. He then got up and rubbed part of his face. "I'm guessing you got lost too?" he asked as he offered a hand to help her up. Keo Agreed, "Yes, Undasonum Frequencer doesn't fit the bill but it wasn't said iI will be using him." Keo activate a spell card from his hand, now his hand diminish to 4 cards. He declared, "Now I activate Two-Sided Battle, since i have 2 or more monsters and you have none, so I can give you a monster of mine to you and I choose Lava Golem!" Lava Golem release Keo from its cage and went to Hayashi's side, now it like his monster return to their rightful owner. He Smiled cheerfully, "Be grateful, his effect is negated though so you're not likely to get burned from him anyway," Lava Golem and Undasonum's ATK went down from 3000 to 2000 and 1500 to 500. Keo recalled, "Oh, the second effect of the Two-Sided battle that i have to choose a monster of mine along with your monster and both ATks lower by 1000 for a turn." Keo raise his hand in the air, and his face which was cheerful, turned to expression of fierceness. He declared once again, "Next I'll tune Undasonum Frequencer to Kaize limiter!" The golden wind gusted up around Keo and both his green mobile suit monsters jump into the sky. Undasonum Frequencer disperse into 3 stars and coils then Kaize limiter become transparent with green outline. Keo Chanted, "Carry the Remnant of my pasts onto the wind, fallen them into the essence of combining a life!" the Stars infuse the transparent Kaize limiters and the coil surround it as it created a flash. A blue mobile suit with golden plate of armours on its body, its left arm consist of arm shield and its right arm equipped with a plasma sabre. The Blue machine warrior burst up energy as plasma blades sprung on its knees, elbows and its back. Keo called out, "Burning Throttle! Take off! Accel-Stigma Azuresonum Enforcer!" Azuresonum Enforcer speed up from the sky and land to the ground with a trembling impact. The blue machine warrior rise and looking ahead toward Lava Golem. He Explained, "When Azuresonum Enforcer is successfully Synchro Summoned, it gians 100 ATk and DEf for each Accel-Stigma monster in my grave, so he is raised by 500!" Azuresonum Enforcer glow with green aura and he grew a little bigger and his stats raised by 500. He continued, "lastly I set 3 cards face-down including the strike of Stigma among them." Keo inserts cards in three slots and he confirmed one more thing, "Last thing you should know before i end my turn, as long Azuresonum is on the field, Spell cards are to be set on the field but cannot be use until next turn." He informed as he end his turn. "Okay, but first, I have to clear something up," he said, drawing his card. "First: is Lava Golem's effect lost until he's destroyed, or does it return sooner?" he asked, looking at the card he just drew. "Second, you mentioned something about Face-up Spells and Traps being negated. I'm guessing that since you passed up an attack, they reactivate?" He ceased talking for a few seconds. "I'll switch Lava Golem to defense position, and Set one monster. Your turn," he stated. Keo viewed Hayashi's settings as hayashi set in a monster and switch golem to defence position. Hayashi confirm his turn has ended then Keo draw a card. He stated, "Now spell and trap can reactivate once again." He look at his hand, he chuckled. "First i Summon Raitelum Stunner once again." A beam flash up fro the ground and Raitelum Stunner reappear again. He continued, "Then I activate Strike of stigma and proceed the same combo." Of course, if I choose to wait until next turn, I may be able to do some more damage with them. Will he attack my Set monster? Perhaps he will. If he does, then I'll definitely be able to hit him more. Of course, even if he doesn't, the next round may be the last one regardless of what happens. He may call out multiple monsters. Lava Golem's attack returned to three thousand, did his burn effect also reactivate? He didn't mention it, but... I can't risk my Life Points falling below one thousand. He said I can use my traps now, that's good. Though, Strike of Stigma doesn't send anything to the Graveyard, so that one doesn't do anything. But wait, he said that Nightmare's Steel Cage reactivated, so he can't attack. That's a plus to my Life Point situation. I'll be able to use my planned combo either way, so this could prove to work to my advantage. All I need is to draw the right card.[/i] "I have no response to your activation. You may proceed." I have it now...[/i] He resumed, "Next Divine Wind of Mist valley trigger, so I'll special Summon Rubeus Swifter in defence Position!" A beam flash up fro the ground as a red mobile suit with a figure of insect-like and long claws. He declared, 'Next I activate Stigma Barrier on field, which allow me to select 1 Accel-Stigma monster i control, I can to return 1 or more Accel-Stigma monster from my field and my hand to deck and the selected monster's effect is negated which means he is back to 2500 ATK." Keo returned Rubeus Swifter and Raitelum Stunner to his deck and shuffled it. "The effect of Stigma Barrier is that i can negate activation of a card effect and return that card to its owner's Hand and since i returned 2 monsters to my deck i can perform this effect twice per turn as long as it equipped to my Enforcer however since nightmare's steelcage is in effect he cannot attack." He stated as the trap card, Stigma Barrier equipped to Azuresonum Enforcer. As his expression turn to a smile, "Since i had to skip my battle phase onto my end phase, i can now activate Sunset of the Showdown from my hand by paying half of my life points!" The sabre began to charge as its readying its attack. "well I reveal a face-down quick-play card, Empowered Burst!, by paying 800 life points as if your monster's ATK is higher than my monster's ATK, i can remove from play all my accel-Stigma monster then Enforcer gain 500 ATK for each monster removed!" He stated. the 5 Accel-Stigma monster reappeared in transparent form by Azuresonum Enforcer, then infuse into it. Azuresonum Enforcer grew bigger than before as his ATK raise to 5000 points. He continued "Next i can temporary freeze 1 set spell or trap per each by sending 2 cards from the top of my deck so I'll send 8 cards from my deck!" Spell card Empowered Burst! glow as it send a shockwave to Hayashi's set cards. "I forgot to mention, If this attack fail, my Enforcer will be destroyed as I will take damage equal to its original ATK. Keo chuckled embarrassedly as he know this card is a double edged sword that can either win or lose. "You might plan on freezing my traps but remember that the higher Chain Links resolve first, so their effects activate before your monsters are removed from play!" Hayashi grimaced a bit. [i]I wasn't going to use these until next turn. But I don't have much choice do I?[/i] "One Cemetery Bomb inflicts 100 points of damage to you for each card in your Graveyard, and I've got two of them for double damage! And to follow up, I'll use Activate Coffin Seller! And since your discards are the cost to activate, if any of them are monsters, you'll take an additional 300 damage!" He respond," Oh, there one problem, if you had activate them in respond of sunset of showdown, then I'd certainly lost but since you attempt to trigger them at Empowered Burst!'s activation while the End phase had already turned to a Battle Phase, therefore, they cannot be trigger in respond to it, heh" He chuckled as he know the difference that "Empower Burst!" is chain-able when it not in a specific phase such as main phase. "Empowered Burst!" spell card's emitting waves as to keep preventing the face-down to triggers. "Now AzureSonum Enforcer! Enforcing Stigma Joust!" I choose 5 monsters from my grave and add them to my deck, shuffle it and then draw 2 more cards. I choose the monsters Ocean, Sparkman, Sangan, Morphing Jar, and King of the Swamp!"[/color] Yoh then took the five monsters from his grave and added them to his deck. After he shuffled them, he drew two more cards. "Well, if that's the case, then there really isn't a whole lot I'm able to do about it, now is there?" He watched as AzureSonum Enforcer rushed toward Lava Golem. "Well, I'd say that I didn't do [i]too[/i] badly overall." He smiled a bit as he looked over the field. "Well, I can guarantee this one thing: Next time, the duel won't be this easy for you." The difference between the attack points of Lava Golem and AzureSonum was two thousand, and Hayashi only had eighteen hundred Life Points. Unable to do anything, Hayashi was about to lose. Azuresonum Enforcer shoot a pillar of plasma from its sabre. The attack connected as Lava golem exploded then fade away. Azuresonum Enforcer and the field card dispersed away as the duel is over and the duel disk went offline. Keo stretched and release a sigh. "Well that was exhilarating, glad we have this match." His expression sill show the essence of gentleness like a swaying wind. Myaku suddenly felt a jolt in his head as he felt a presence of some sort. He recomposed himself to focus on the goal, and tend to ignore the unknown spurs. "Mark, let go, I'm sure Ayame is waiting for to play with the audiences." He chuckled, as he began to walk out of the alley. Sukimo, sat on her desk, pulled out a roll call sheet, as the room filling with a lot of students already. She stand off the seat, and introduced, "My name is Sukimo meino, I will be your teacher for the year, I will start out a roll call from this list. As she held up the list and begin to call out named one by one to ensure everyone showed up. Regardless of how long she been teaching, it never seem to ease the "Start-of-the-year" jitter. Jason walked forward with his hand outstreched ready to shake the hand of his opponent if accepted. Lucy was still waiting for the duels to end, checking the clock impatiently, before looking again and seeing that Jason's duel had finally finished. Lucy looked around and saw a couple of Black Rose Red students in the classroom. "All students in Black Rose Red should get to your classroom because the Black Rose Red teacher is rather strict and if you don't get there before her, you will get in a lot of trouble for being late on the first day." Mark quickly fell into step with Myaku and walked next to him. "Ayame can be troublesome if there isn't anything to keep her entertained." After a few more steps, Mark turned again to speak to Myaku and said, "Do you know how to perform the ritual to summon the King of the Underworld yet or are we just getting the tablets and then figuring out the ritual." Keo tapping his fingers against each other as he look a little embarrassed, He confessed, "Actually... I only know where Archfiend Black, Suki-sensei only recall Stardust white and Archfiend black beforehand, so... I don't know where is Black Rose Red is!!!" His eyes shrink of embarrassment for not knowing a lot of the school. Myaku chuckled, as he agree to mark's observation. "Well then we will take the underground route to the school's display gallery, that where we will await for Ayame's actions." He stated as he believe that everything will go smoothly as planned. He continued, "This operation surely need no more than 3 people, in case there ever someone were to follow us, that where we split up though I'll be a diversion while you take the tablets." [color="#000080"]"But like I said, one of the many strong duelists here at the academy."[/color] Then he heard the Archfiend Black instructor say to the Black Rose Reds to get to their class, before they're instructor has a fit. [color="#000080"]"Sorry Jason, gotta run!"[/color] Yoh yelled as he ran out of the room. He then ran towards the Black Rose Red room and entered the room, but Yoh tripped over his own feet and fell down the room's small staircase to the bottom, where the instructor was.
