A large number of purple vans were near a bridge. Duelists had their decks being checked by men in red suits.

Canis was already in a van. She was currently alone inside her van, as she was first to arrive and had her cards checked early. She was curious who would end up with her. Her key cards, and best friends, DoomCrystal Dragon and Psychic Nightmare was on top of their respective decks. [color="#FF0000"]"This will be fun. How do you think we will fair?"[/color] [color="#8B0000"]"Wonderful, my queen."[/color] [color="#00FF00"]"Why do you always call her our queen, DC?"[/color] [color="#8B0000"]"I'LL CALL HER WHAT I CHOOSE!"[/color] [color="#FF0000"]"Now, now. Calm down, my pet."[/color] She rubs her thumb on DC's card. [color="#8B0000"]"mmmmmmmmm... As you wish, my queen."[/color] [color="#FF0000"]"You love being petted, don't you?"[/color] [color="#8B0000"]"mhm."[/color] Psychic Nightmare rolls his eyes. [i][color="#00FF00"]Teacher's pet![/color][/i]

Jane Redwood and her rival, Xeno Amor Wolvis, were, unfortunately, heading towards the vans. But they had no clue they were almost side-by-side.

"WAIT, IM HERE!!"Darkheart yelled as he ran up to the red suits.He was really late, 10 hours actually.He had his deck checked as he looked around.Wow, he thought.He saw Dark Lucifer Outen hanging out by a Dark Lucifer he never saw before.It was definitely a boy.After they where done, they zoomed into card versions and zoomed into his deck.The red suit was freaked out, but he handed it back.He looked to the bottom of his deck, and saw the new card.[img]http://img340.imageshack.us/img340/2662/379066.jpg[/img].
He couldnt find the ritual card, so he knew he couldnt summon him.He grabbed his key card.He was also given a strange, handheld machine.He opened it up to a screen, lots of buttons on the right, and 2 strange pockets.Inside them where two cards each.Two of them had images of a strange, red head he never saw before (the crimson dragons head).And another was an id card, and the last one had an image of a fallen angel.He walked to the van he was supposed only to see Canis.He reopened his handheld thing and pressed a power button.The screen flickered to life only to view a menu of duel things like "Edit deck" and "Create your own Duel Disk".He waved at Canis and said "Looks like me and you are roommates.My names Darkheart.

Yuri watched as her deck was checked. The red suite nodded and handed her deck over. Yuri sighed and walked over to the van she was supposed to be seated in. As she walked, a young man in a tattered cloak appeared next to her. "What's wrong, Yuri?" he asked. Yuri rolled her eyes down, and took a second before speaking. "Nothing, I guess I'm just a bit nervous. What if people... don't accept me?" she asked. The young man smiled, "Don't worry, they will. After all, these people are duelists. As long as you don't give them a reason to reject you, they won't." Yuri smiled, and continued walking. "Thanks, Survivor, I needed that." The young man vanished into her deck, as Yuri walked up to the van that was to be her ride to the academy.

Jane and Xeno sit in Yuri's van. Cross-Sword Beetle was on Jane's shoulder. [color="#FF8C00"]"Hmmmmmmmmm..."[/color] [color="#808000"]"Wait... XENO!?"[/color] [color="#FF8C00"]"Oh hell..."[/color]

Canis looks over shyly. [color="#FF0000"]"H-Hi. I-I'm Canis Necrophades."[/color] She shivers when she and Darkheart can clearly hear a voice. [color="#A0522D"][i]LET! ME! OUT![/i][/color] [color="#FF0000"]"No. I can't!"[/color] She shivers, scared.

Darkheart didnt see Yuri enter.He had no idea what the sound was.He was just toying with his machine again.He heard nothing but the door opening and the sound of his machine

Yuri looked over to the person who'd just spoken. "Ummm, hi. My name is Yuri. Yuri Mioshi," she said. It was then she noticed the Cross-Sword Beetle on their shoulder. "You have a duel spirit?" she asked. "See there, making friends already. There was no need to worry, after all, was there?" a voice said. Survivor had seated himself next to Yuri in the van. "I wouldn't say that just yet, but I have begun having conversations with people. I hope I do make friends, though," she said quietly. "So, may I ask what kind of deck you use, Canis?"

Jane nods. [color="#808000"]"Mhm. Me and Cross-Sword Beetle have been friends for over a year."[/color] She hands her Duel Spirit a slice of an apple and Cross-Sword Beetle chews it.

Canis shakes her head. [color="#FF0000"]"Do you want a powerful, unbeatable, card? I have been trying to get rid of him for years."[/color] [color="#A0522D"][i]YOU'VE BEEN WHAT!?[/i][/color]

"Ummm, no, thank you," Yuri said. She smiled a bit, placing her hands in her lap, hoping that her body would not betray her secret as she looked at the girls sitting with her. "I prefer using the cards I've got already. I'm sure it's powerful, but I don't think it'd fit in with the cards in my deck." She looked out the window, watching as other students looked for their vans. Yuri looked at Jane, smiling. "Ma'am, I don't believe I caught your name. May I ask you what it is, miss?" So far, there was nothing to indicate anything beyond what her long sleeved pearl snap shirt and knee-length skirt would indicate. "I wonder how much longer we'll have to wait before we get moving to the academy..."

Canis nods. [color="#FF0000"]"Okay. Do you at least wanna see him?"[/color] [color="#A0522D"][i]Not sure I would fit in? What kind of deck does she use, I wonder.[/i][/color] Canis removes a purple and black wooden box from her pack.

Jane looks over. [color="#006400"]"My name is Jane. Jane Redwood. And probably when when everyone is in their vans."[/color]

Up in the sky above the vans, a helicopter was flying by with the Speed Wheel logo on the side. Inside two females, both sisters and both tall with blue eyes and long hair and each wearing jeans and t shirts, were discussing the duel academy.
"Do you really think that they will still accept me, even though our parents are famous" the blond haired one said.
"Of course they will, just because all your old friends graduated doesn't mean you won't make new ones" replied the black haired one "I'll be coming around to check on you as well occasionally too so you better not get in trouble"
"I thought you were coming to drop me off and then just leaving in a few days like usual"
"Not this time, this time I'm staying around for a while longer until I'm sure that this place doesn't need more money for anything new, besides, I got offered a teaching job but I'm not sure if I'll take it or not"
"I guess I'll be seeing you more often then for a while"
"Yep, this time you aren't getting rid of me as easily as before"
"You make that sound like a bad thing"
"We're here any way" the black haired girl finished, "so let's get off and wait for those vans we saw waiting to arrive."

James walked up to the red suited men to get his deck checked, already knowing that it would get in, and received his room number and roommate, room 3B and Trisna, the second daughter of the owners of Speed Wheel, the highest rating D-Wheel company in the country. He was also given his own handheld computer device, his ID card, a card with a picture of the devil and two cards with the red dragon head on them. He could see that the vans were being packed and instantly knew that he was last so, without further adu, stepped up into the van only to find Darkheart, his rival and the one who had killed him at the end of last year inside. In a way Dakheart had done him a serves by killing him which allowed him to reappear as a dark signer, although hidden for now.

Darkheart just noticed Yuri."Hi" he said."Whats your name?Im Darkheart".He stuck out his hand to Yuri.In his other hand, the machine showed a deck editor.

As an older car pulled up to the bridge, Emilia stepped out of the car and turned facing her parents, "[color="#FF00FF"]Well, this is it! Wish me luck[/color]!" Both parents stepped out of the car and gave her a big hug saying, "[color="#008000"]Just be safe for us and write us some time whenever possible okay[/color]?" After trying to escape the grasp of her parents death hug of love, Emilia waved good bye, grabbed her things and walked over to a one of the men who was checking over every ones decks. Once her's was checked out, She stepped into one of the vans and started to shiver. A voice called out to her saying, "[color="#FFA500"]You shouldn't feel too worried. It is going to be your first day is it not[/color]?" Emilia looked through he deck and grabbed a Buddha looking creature and replied with a smile, "[color="#FF00FF"]Your right Sempi. I shouldn't worry, I mean it's duel academy! What can possibly go wrong[/color]?" Her Buddha card bowed to her and said, "[color="#FFA500"]Thats the spirit. By the way, how many times must I tell you not to call me Sempi[/color]?" Putting a finger on her chin, she starts to think and after counting, she answers, "[color="#FF00FF"]I think about 7 times? Why[/color]?" Buddha just sighed and said, "[color="#FFA500"]Never mind[/color]." Giggling a bit, Emilia took up his card and gave him a small kiss saying, "[color="#FF00FF"]Your just too cute Sempi[/color]."

Darkheart felt a jolt, and he pulled his hand back, thinking that he's not getting a responce.He started editing his deck, and added the Ritual card he needed.It costed him $55.99 because it was the rarest card ever.Plus, this card dealer sold cards for lots of moneys.He opened up a program and started dueling as he looked off to see more late peoples."well, atleast im not the only one" he said.He was dueling a master, and it was 2300 life points for his opponent and he only had 1000 more life points.His next card he drew was the ritual card, so he had 500 life points as he summoned his new Dark Lucifer.He beat his opponent awesomely.He saw a program in the menu that said "Duel Monsters Virtual World".He pressed it, then the screen grew to fill the entire machine, and it was a Mini-Laptop with everything that he need to play it.He kept playing while he felt the vans start driving.He decided that this game was super fun.

Canis looks on her machine and chuckles. [color="#FF0000"]"Silence, Idoun!"[/color] [color="#A0522D"]"Yes, my queen."[/color] [color="#00FF00"]"Why am I the only one of us who refuses to call Canis 'queen'?"[/color] [color="#8B0000"]"Yeah. Pretty much."[/color] Suddenly, the van makes a sharp turn and Canis leans on Yuri because of it, making her blush lightly.

Jane was messing around on her machine. She was dueling a card spirit which looked a small black dragon hatchling. It's lower jaw and underbelly were red as well as it's eyes and feathery wings. He had rabbit-like feet, all of his feet had red pawpads. A green stripe was over both his eyes. His tail had a pinkish-red spade. His horns are think and round and his eyes had a greyish outline. [color="#808000"]"So easy."[/color] It was 900 to 8000. She drew her card and chuckles. [color="#808000"][i]Game set.[/i][/color] She summons one of her key cards, Insect Queen. Suddenly, her eyes widen as her opponent reveals a face-down Last Turn, destroying every card on the field, except for her opponent's Hyozanryu. [color="#808000"][i]Oh?[/i][/color] She Special Summons Dreadscythe Harvester and wins the duel. [color="#808000"][i]I win![/i][/color]

Xeno yawns and places her hands behind her head. [color="#FF8C00"]"So, any clue who our teachers and dorm masters are?"[/color]

Darkheart saw a building rising in the distance."HEY, CANIS AND YURI, I THINK WE ARE APPROACHING DUEL ACADEMY"He yelled.The van started slowing down a little as they got closer.He looked to Yuri and Canis."i guess we are-" thats all he could say before a sudden jolt sent them all flying down to the ground.Their cards ended up getting mixed up in one big pile in the middle of them."are you guys alright?" Darkheart said.

The whole time on her way to duel academy, Emilia kept to herself until one of the other van riders mentioned that they could finally see the academy. All she could see so far was one building but Emilia knew that the place was going to look like a wonderland. Then out of no where, something happened with the van that everyone in the back went crashing onto the floor with almost everyone's cards everywhere. Trying to help out picking them up, Emilia looked at the few people that was there and said, "[color="#FF00FF"]Here you go guys. I hope none of them are damaged in anyway. By the way, my names Emilia Rose[/color]." Reaching her hand out in respect, "[color="#FF00FF"]Whats yours[/color]?"

Darkheart got up and looked at Emilia."my names Darkheart".Darkheart shook the girl's hand.When he retrieved it, he noticed a small movement in the corner of his eye.He saw a closet door burst to pieces and a strange bot came out.Darkheart practically fell down when he noticed the bot had a duel disk and a deck.The bot looked like Evil Hero Black Neos.He looked at Darkheart, then activated his duel disk.Darkheart did the same.They both yelled "GAME ON!!!" at the same time."My move first" said Darkheart.He drew a card, making 6 cards in his hand.Darkheart summed "Dark Lucifer Outen" to the field in attack mode. Attack: 1300."I ACTIVATE HIS ABILITY!!! NOW HE ACTS LIKE A FUSION SPELL AND A MONSTER!!! I FUSE MY OUTEN AS A MONSTER AND THE SPELL, DARK LUCIFER DOUBLE ASSASSIN, AND DARK LUCIFER CARA VARI TO FUSION SUMMON DARK LUCIFER DOUBLE TEAM IN ATTACK MODE. ATTACK: 3800.I NOW DRAW TWO MORE CARDS!! I end with a face down.Your move.The bot drew.His smile grew bigger. "I ACTIVATE THE SEAL OF ORCALES!!!"The seal made the van explode because everybody ended up zooming away."I SUMMON CHAIN SAW INSECT!!! AND MY SEAL LETS ME RAISE HIS ATTACK BY 500!!!"Attack:2900."I ACTIVATE DOUBLE SUMMON, AND I SACRIFICE MY CHAINSAW INSECT FOR MY KAZJIN!!"The bot ended his turn.

Canis chuckles. [color="#FF0000"]"Be careful, Darkheart."[/color] She easily knew which cards were hers when the mess was made. She picked them all up and placed them in her decks again. She smiles and places her decks in deck holders on her hip. She looks around. There were four buildings she could see.

One had a red roof which had black smoke-like marks on it. (Bang Red)

The second one had a gold-yellow roof with sky blue lightning marks on it. (Thunder Gold)

The final one had a dark blue roof with musical notes painted in white all over. (Note Blue)

Suddenly, a rev is heard. [color="#FF0000"]"Hm?"[/color]

Darkheart drew, and then he activated his facedown."I ACTIVATE MY FACEDOWN, RAGEKI!!"He discarded one card, and his opponents field was empty.He sent his Monster and ended the duel.The bot blew up, and that sent everybody into the air.Darkheart landed on his back."EVERYBODY OK?"" He yelled.He go up with a sore on his back from the fall.He noticed that all the cards where in a 12-foot pile.He ran to it and started putting the cards into decks for everyone.

Yuri picked up her cards, carefully examining each card she picked up to make sure they were hers. She didn't say anything while she worked her way through her cards, and then smiled once her deck was completed. "This had better not be a sign of things to come, otherwise I'm going to be in trouble," she said. She looked over to Darkheart, who was dueling against someone she hadn't met yet. She sighed, looking through her cards, and counting them carefully. "Okay, at least I got all of mine," she said, looking around at the buildings. She saw the one with the dark blue roof, and the music notes. "So, that's Note Blue, isn't it? So, now I know where I'll be staying." She looked around at the other students. "Will we be led off as a group? Or will we head off individually? Why couldn't we have been told after our decks were examined?"

Canis nearly faints as a duel runner flies off the main building's roof. (Think of main building like the on in YuGiOh GX except roof is pure black with purple hourglasses making a ring)
She hides behind Yuri silently as it lands near everyone and the rider gets off.

He removes his helmet, his redish-orange eyes look at everyone. [color="#800080"]"Hello everyone. I am Ruga Aih Qwarrcall. I am the owner of Geosolar Duel Academy. I will be your principle and secondary consular. The machines given to you, which are all on your arms, will say which dorm you are going to. Unlike other academies, we don't choose your grade by you dueling, we judge by using a simulator of your decks against a deck I designed. As well as your deck structure. I must say, I was impressed by everyone's results. When you get to your dorms, you will be greeted by your main instructor/consular as well as your first opponents."[/color]

Canis nods and walks from behind Yuri and looks at her. [color="#FF0000"]"What dorm are you?"[/color] She smiles shyly.

[color="#800080"]"Now, everyone has a Duel Runner already. But just so you know whose is whose, we placed your Duel Runners in a stable near here. Your names are over your Duel Runner's stall."[/color] He jumps back on his Duel Runner and salutes as he places his helmet on. [color="#800080"]"That is all!"[/color] He rides away.

"Morning Canis." James said, walking over to greet her, "You here for another year then." James then turned to Yuri "I'm James, a 3rd year student from Note Blue." He turned once again and saw Darkheart, "What are you doing here Darkheart, did the school let you in again, regardless of how bad your deck is."

Jess walked up to them, nervous of how these people were going to react, and said "Hello all, I'm Jess, I'm a 2nd year student from Note Blue and since this seemed to be where you guys are gathering, I thought I'd come and say hello."

Naomi, meanwhile, walked up the the principal, "You always have to make a dramatic entrance don't you Ruga, never happy with just walking up and saying hello."

Ruga chuckles. [color="#800080"]"Every year when new students arrive, yeah. Why? These students could use someone who they find 'enjoyable' as a principle."[/color]

Canis looks over at James. [color="#FF0000"]"Who are you and how do you know my name!?"[/color]

Ruga looks over. [color="#800080"]"I'm curious about that female. The one with the long lilac hair. She seems 'off''."[/color]

With my unbeatable card in my deck!"[/color] She walks on arena and turns on her Duel Disk. She removes her box and places it in her deck, which she places in her Duel Disk. [color="#FF0000"]"Or are you scared!?"[/color] She snickers and her birthmark flashes black.

Ruga chuckles. [color="#800080"]"A duel already?! This should be a fun year!"[/color]
