"Vul! Vuuul!!"

Noriko looked up from her thoughts wondering why Pixie was making so much noise. "What is it?" Pixie made some more noises while lifting her paw and pointing to the side. Noriko looked in the direction and smiled widely, instantly hopping to her feet. "Awesome the bus is here!" She tapped Lyla - who still seemed to be thinking about which option to take - on her shoulder. "Lyla the bus has arrived, are you coming? Or did you choose something else?" Noriko hoped she didn't sound to forward, but she really wanted to get to know her a bit more. Lyla was the first person she spoke too, and despite seeming to be a bit closed-off Noriko hoped they could be friends.

Micky sighed in relief as Regianna forgave him. He was also surprised when Cage randomly just walked up to them, as was slightly confused when Cage did another random thing, and nodded at Micky, confusing him slightly. "Erm, Hello there. I'm Micky, Micky Anderson." Micky asked, completely bewildered by this man. Must be some Punk or Something like that. Not my side of the Rock scale, it seems. Micky thought as he started to offer his hand. However, he'd barely lifted a finger before Regianna, as he should have probably predicted, started bursting out in a rant. It's going to be a long day. Micky thought, sighing again. He also noticed the agression of the Arctix, but was surprised when Sparky shot a thundershock at the Larvitar. Luckily, Larvitar was a Ground type, so Electricity didn't work on it, but it also seemed to cause the agression of Sparky, an Electric type. "Sparky! Stop it now!" Micky called, his voice becoming serious and very threatening, most likely shocking everyone in the group. "Oh, sorry." He said, scratching the back of his neck anxiously. "I dont know what came over her."

Tyrant did something odd for once, he giggled. "Electricity makes him ticklish, natural ground type reaction." Cage gave Regianna her space, "Yeah yeah, relax. Just trying to be friendly here." Tyrant seemed to have a newfound interest in Sparky, and the larvitar had it's eyes locked on her. "Not like anyone would want to be near you..." Cage muttered. If she caught wind of what he just said, s*** would hit the fan. At least he thought it would.

Of course, he still needed to be friendly for now. Get to know them well enough, then split off and find his own little group he was comfortable with. They didn't really seem like a smart lot so far.

Unfortunately for him, Valena caught wind of what he had said, and she did something she rarely did; she headbutted him straight in his buttocks, which was perhaps unfortunate, but that was the result of lack of height. Regiana rapidly spun and, having just realised that he must have said something foul, proceeded to give him one of the most dignified telling-offs she had ever done, without vociferating or resorting to swearing. If she had been any brasher, she would have slapped him, but as a lady with "high standards" and every inch of elegance, she restrained herself with ease, and progressed onwards, ignoring anybody around her.

"Honestly, how common do these people get?" she mumbled under her own breath when she was a good distance away from them. Valena, who was just as offended, had overode her desire to use Ice Brush, and instead was following with an equal air of being offended.

"That would be me." Sammy apologized, stepping forward to take his Growlithe back. "I'm sorry that Seth here almost tackled you- normally, he's not so...erm...forward. Must be something about you." After waiting for a second as Blaine petted his Pokemon, he took Seth back and saw Illis.

"That's what must have excited him!" Sammy exclaimed. "Seth always get excited around other Fire Pokemon...it probably wasn't a good idea, bringing him to Cinnabar...Alright, me and Seth will come with you." Sammy still wasn't too happy about riding with this character, but in light of current events he thought it would be best to accept the guy's owner. "I'm Sam, or Sammy, whatever you prefer. Sammy Oak. And you are...?" Sammy asked, looking towards Blaine.

"Blaine. Blaine Cinnabar," he said casually, walking out into the parking lot. He pulled out his keys with a flourish, a long silver flame-symbol charm dangling decoratively from it, and smiled a little.

"No sweat about the tackle. I'm pretty popular with fire types," he said as he pulled astride a convertible, vaulting over the door and sitting in the driver's seat without opening the door. He jutted a finger at the shotgun seat, which like his own, was customized with a red flame-print leather covering.

"She's the second most important woman in my life," he said, smiling as he drew a hand by the dashboard. Illia raised a lazy brow, "Right behind the little lady, of course. It's Unova design, built in Jhoto with metal from Hoenn, regular little multicultural baby. I've reworked her innards till they sparkled, man, you don't even know..." he chuckled. "Man, she's one more session from being able to pump MAGMA through that hot little engine of hers... Mhm..." he rested his head against the leather a little, smiling.

"Well, let's go. Burning daylight and everything..."

She saw the bus had turned up, Blaine had lied to them. Better not let Myst know otherwise he'll make sure that playboy magazines will be off Blaine's to-do list forever. Lyla herself was quiet as she ran off at an undignified speed from Noriko to the bus. Literally skipping each second step she ran to the back seat of the bus and camped there. Stupid, so stupid why was she telling that girl so many pointless things? She held her face in her hands. 'I'm so stupid' she thought. Her bag was taking up the other seat, nobody was going to sit there.

Amaya had completely missed out on all the drama and the fact that there had been someone new joining them. A beautifly had caught her interest and with it she ahd drifted away into her own little world. She was only woken up by her fluffy day dream when Sparky, Micky's Mareep, suddenly shot a jolt of electricity at a larvitar. She shook herself lightly and then blushed, realizing she had completely spaced out and probably looked very foolish as a result. She could hear Medea laughing from the air as the Larvitar was hit by the attack and even more so as a boy, most likely the owner of the larvitar, was headbutted in his behind by Regianas pokémon.

As Regiana walked away, after a scolding and still muttering she just looked from Micky and to the new boy in confusion. This was way too much drama way too quickly.

"What was that all about?" she asked, with a risk of sounding stupid, and then slid her backpack off to have it on the ground. There was no need to tire herself out when they were not moving.

Micky just noticed that Amaya had spaced out, but he seemed to like that. Mainly because he did occasionally. He looked at Mareep for a moment, who had calmed down slightly, then explained the situation to Amaya. "Well, that Regi....Regi.....Miss Ice had one of her 'posh fits' when this new guy." Micky motioned to Cage. "Came up to us in an ordinary fashion which her and her posh upbringing probably though treated her like a common person, and she started shouting at him while her Arctix attacked him. And then Sparky here attack the Larvitar, presumably because it's a ground type." Micky said, taking a big gulp of air after his explanation. "Again, sorry about that. She's normally quite nice." Micky said, rubbing the top of Sparky's head affectionately. She lowered her head, ashamed, as Micky explained. She also had no Idea of what she'd done. Shifty, however, found it exceptionally funny, just like Medea, and was just holding back a fit of snickers.

"She is pretty sweet." Sammy said admiringly, resting his hand on the engine for a second, before taking a step back and, in a movement similar to Blaine's, hopped into his seat. Growlithe, slightly put off by the fact he couldn't sit with the people, was forced to jump into the back.

"Man, I wish I had a car like this..." Sam murmured, before finally snapping back to the present. They had to get to the School, right? "So..." Sammy said, turning back to Blaine. "Where is the School at? Is it far away?" Just then, Sam heard a noise and he swiveled his head around to see what it was.

"Hey, looks like the bus is here..." Sam said, blue eyes scrunched as he examined whatever had just pulled up to the other kids.

"So that makes it, like, what? The fifth one in less than an hour?" Amaya said, rolling her eyes a little over the behaviour of little miss high and mighty. She'd probably never understand her but she had to admit that she and Medea was terribly similar, Regiana seemed to lack any sense of humor though.

She knelt down a little to examine the Sabelly that was standing in the shadow of his trainer. "You must have quite a brave Sabelly, I heard they avoid being out during the day to such an extent that they sometimes actually put themselves in danger rather than flee into the sunlight" She stated, reaching her hand out a little to let the sabelly examine her first before she would actually attempt to touch it.

While many would be quite wary of a pokémon such as Sabelly Amaya wasn't at all. She knew that as long as you treated ghost pokémon with resepct and carefulness they were no more dangerous than a Igglybuff. Of course there were exception, like not approaching a hostile ghost pokémon, but those exceptions could always be avoided by using your common sense. If you approach a Gengar that's obviously in some kind of fit you're just asking to get hurt.

"Nah, he's just a bit over confident and cocky. If you've noticed, although he's out during the day, he hasn't actually come out of the shadows since the boat." Micky explained, looking back at Amaya, nearly blushing again just looking at her. "Ev....even now, he's in my....my shadow." He stuttered, obviously not really listening to what he was saying. He shook his head slightly, trying to stop himself from exploding. "Anyway, you seem to like Dark Types. What with the Murkrow, and the fact you get along quite well with my Sabellly." Micky said, noticing how when Amaya knelt down to greet Shifty, the Sabelly already moved over into Amaya's shadow. "He rarely goes into anyone's shadow but mine or Sparky's." Micky explained, looking down at Shifty, who looked as if he would stick out a tongue at Micky any second now. I'm gonna kill him. Micky thought, obviously in a friendly way. He looked back up at Amaya, and noticed how much Medea seemed to act like Regianna had. "Well, your Murkrows got an Interesting personality. Seems to like to laugh at other's misfortune, and seems a bit uptight. reminds me of someone else." Micky said, reaching his hand out for the Murkrow, and getting a nasty Peck in return.

"Yeah... I have no idea what's up with her. One second I'm walking and trying to make conversation, the next I get a jab in my butt and hey, here I am." Surprisingly, he was not too annoyed at the incident. Well, at least he was trying to hide his annoyance. Tyrant hadn't attacked the artix for tackling his master. In fact the idea of that seemed a bit silly. His problem, not Tyrant's. "Oh and it's Cage. Cage Brenner. Made a trip from Johto to visit this school. You guys?" Tyrant was now standing beside Sparky, and poked the Mareep once.

Regiana was still mumbling and huffing under her breath as she continued to the school on her own. For a lady like her, she was going at a surprising speed, considering how she was used to riding on the backs of Tauroses, Kangaskhans, Mamoswines, Stantlers, etc, as you normally do for a lady of very noticeable, and certainly noble birth. Valena was doing a good job keeping up too, although that was a different case altogether.

"Arctix," she purred suddenly. Regiana looked down at her, and then watched as she darted ahead, somewhat impatiently. Figuring that she wanted to reach the school earlier, Regiana ran after her, though she was going at a jogging pace instead.

"Well, I guess," She admitted, smiling as the sabelly crept over to her shadow and allowing her to pet it slightly. "I just thought of the fact that it's so bright and sunny today that any sabelly might get a bit freaked out, but I wouldn't know exactly as I don't own one myself" she continued and looked up at Micky, who seemed to have a bit of a studder.

"As for how I get along with dark types.." she said, drifting off a bit again but thankfully Medea saved her this time by brushing a wing in her face. She could be helpful every now and then, but in this case it was probably just because she would consider Amaya making a fool of herself would embarrass her as well. "We had a lot of them back in the village, I-I'm from Maiden's Peak, so i guess I just have gotten used to being around them," she explained, smiling down at the sabelly in front of her. "And Sabelly is part ghost type, which the village is swarming with, so I've known from a very early age how to act around them," she added, her hand lingering by the diamond on the sabelly's stomach. "so pretty" she thought to herself and she didn't get how people could find thse creatures scaring.

When Medea suddenly pecked Micky, she flicked her across the beak. "Manners Medea!" She growled at her, the murkrow looking away from her as if she wasn't even worth her time. "I'm terribly sorry, she has a bit of an attitude problem and seems to think that she's the queen of the universe." She said, glowering at Medea and then smiling apologetically at Micky. "I wouldn't be surprised to find her picking a fight with a dragonite for invading her air space," she added and then got up from the ground. "I hope she didn't hurt you too bad, she's usually not too rough" Amaya said worryingly. Medea had made people bleed from biting them but luckily she had just pecked this time, something which had become more common so Amaya guessed she was improving, albeit slightly.

She turned to face the newcomer, Cage, "hello Cage, pleased to meet you. I'm Amaya Kurosawa from Maiden's Peak, but you can call me Maya" She said, bowing her head slightly in a greeting.

Noriko watched Lyla run off, her face shifting from surprise and then disappointment. Why did she run off like that? Noriko turned to Pixie who supiciously sounded as if she was laughing, "Do you think I was a bit to forward?"

"Vul.."

Noriko dropped her head sighing a small mushroom cloud, "Yeah I think you're right. Well I guess we should get on before the bus decides to leave us too." She got on the bus, Pixie trailing behind her as always, and when Noriko spoted Lyla she waved, showing her that she wasn't put off by her sudden rush to get away from her. Noriko decided to sit in the middle of the bus, instantly goind to the window seat while Pixie occupied the other chair. It felt nice to finally sit down, but it felt like it was almost hotter inside the bus than it was outside.

Blain twisted the key, and the car roared to life; waking Illia in the process, who lazily hopped from her perch on Blaine's shoulders to the back, where she curled up again directly behind her master, paying absolutely no attention to the canine that was seated beside her.

"The school's not too far away," he said after a moment, "Just around the corner from the UV. Pretty straight path there, really. Just a long road. Not too busy. Well-paved, straight, great traction..."

A strange smirk crawled onto his face, as he pulled up parallel to the bus. He waited for the doors to close, and then purposely, slowly, drawing out a loud roar of the engine.

He let the car quiet for a second, then dragged out another roar; the convertible bounced very slightly due to the power of the engine. Illia curled up more, her tails covering her face, and gave a slightly tired sounding cry, as if this kind of thing were normal.

When the driver of the bus turned to look, Blaine gave him a broad grin and that universal hand-sign- pointing to the sky, then pointing to the finish line.

As the ship came to it's end at Cinnabar Island, Sophie slowly got herself ready. After making sure that Ringo was comfy, Sophie took the handle of the trolley and left at a brisk jog. Leaving the ship, she headed down the road towards the school, being helped handily by a road sign. A little way down the road, she passed a small group of people. After realising that she recognised one of them as Cage, she turned around and headed back.

Stopping by them, her trolley dragging her along another metre or so, she said jovially, "Hello, Sophie Mariness is me! Are we all headed towards the trainer school?"

She gave a nod to Sophie as she came up to them, joining in their little group. "Yes, we're all headed towards the school and I really think we should get on the move again. We've abrely made any ground at all with all that's been going on here" She answered her, picking up her backpack from the ground again and swinging it up on her shoulder. "You all can stand around and chat more if you want but I really want to get to the school and find my dorm room" She stated blankly. She had nothing against any of them but she just couldn't bare standing around any longer and so she decided that she'd start moving and they could choose whether or not they wanted to join her on her treck towards the school.

She started walking a little and then tured around to face them again, "Are you guys joining me or are you just going to chill here for a while?"

Micky had no other option. Follow her. "Well, I'm coming." Micky answered. She walked quite fast - even with the heavy Bag - already gaining a lot of distance. "Nice to meet you, by the way." Micky said, turning to Sophie. "I'm Micky Anderson, and I'm a guitarist, if you haven't noticed." Micky grinned, pointing at his guitar on his back. "Anyway, you two coming along? Because we really should get going. Dont want to be late there, do we?" Micky said, laughing nervously. "Anyway, you came at the right time Sophie. Or else youd've had to suffer the wrath of Drama Queen." Micky joked, although he knew she wouldn't get it. "Come on then." Micky said, walking towards Amaya, who seemed to know the way to the School. Micky had forgotten, so he was relying on someone else to lead the way here.

Vector stood at the school's multiple battlefields and took a smoke. He was waiting for the regular Battle teacher, Mr Donovan Thames, while Private was running around chasing... something. She's blind, you can't blame her for running around without any reason. Vector looked at her and smiled.

"You're not allowed to smoke here!" A man's voice said from behind him. He turned around and saw the teacher.

"I'm sorry, sir." He threw the cig at the ground and put it out with his foot. "Are your students coming here soon?"

"No worries, I fancy myself a smoke every now and then too. But it's strictly forbidden on these grounds because of the danger connected to it" Donovan said as he walked up closer to the man. He was much shorter than him but he had never let his height put him down and given that he had a build that even men in their twenties envied he didn't have much to be ashamed of either. "Mr.Hawk I presume?" He asked, not being entirely sure that the man in front of him was who he thought. In his defense, he'd neer actually seen the man. "I'm Donovan Thames, Theoretical and Practical Battling Teacher here at the school" he introduced himself, offering his hand to the man so he could shake it. "You'll mostly be working alongside me during this course, but we might have you give a lecture or two in the other classes. Given that you know anything about cooking, cleaning, surviving in the wild, tending to injured pokémon and history of course" He continued and then looked at his watch to check the time. "Well they should be here within an hour at least for the introductions, but you never know with the first day." he said, knowing that the boat as well as the bus often was late and he didn't really trust that young punk they'd sent off to find the students.

-------------------

Well at least Micky was following her, she guessed the others would too. They had to get to the school so they could get sanctioned to their dorms as well as attending the introductions. She guessed they wouldn't have real classes but since it was such a short and intensive course you could never be too sure. Amaya guessed that they would most likely just be given a brief run through of what would be asked of them to pass the class as well as being given some course litterature.

"I'm your man." Vector replied, reffering to Donovan asking him wether he was the person he thought he was, and shook the man's hand. "And this is Private."

As Vector said her name Private stopped, looked in his direction and ran to him. She didn't actually stop though, and crashed into Vector's leg. Vector smiled and gave her a pat on the head.

"I met her during my mission in Unova. I did have another Pokémon once, but he was taken away from me when I left the Black Ops., we didn't like each other very much anyway." He looked at Donovan again. "I have no problems with being in the other classes, as long as I get to enjoy the battles that your students will wage against each others I'm happy!"

"What are you doing...?" Sam, having grown up in a small town in which the longest road was a dirt road connecting the various houses, could not make heads-or-tails of what Blaine was doing; the bus driver on the other hand, by his erect posture and narrowed eyes, knew exactly what was happening. Inside the bus driver, a conflict was taking place; the natural urge to accept Blaine's challenge was warring with his inner public servant, who wanted to reject the challenge and make sure his charges got to the school safely. Finally, just as the light started to turn, one side won out.

"Woah!" Sam said in surprise as the bus, in a squelch of tires, suddenly rocketed forward, driving all the students into the back of the seat. It raged forward as the light turned green, making a couple of the cars behind it honk their horns in surprise and annoyance.

"Hey, why is he going so fast?!" Sam asked, bewildered.

Noriko was staring out of the window wondering when the bus was going to be moving. It was becoming quite boring just sitting there looking at one thing the entire time. Pixie was sitting calmly in the seat. It was then the boy from earlier came up riding in some really cool car, but he wasn't alone. There was another boy, the same boy with the growlithe - It was the same Growlithe that tackled the boy while they were waiting. Noriko heard the trainer's name once, so she knew his name was Sam, but that was all she remembered about him. She noticed the boy driving trying to do, and glanced at the bus driver seeing his eyes narrowed. Noriko saw where this was going before it happened. "Come here Pixie." Noriko mumbled holding the small pokemon to her.

"Vulpix!!" Pixie protested, but Noriko ignored her pokemon's distress. Good thing because as soon as the light turned green the bus driver shot off - much faster than she ever believed a bus should be able to go - and was pressed against the seat. "
