[IC] Pokémon Rewind. Arc I [PG15/Started/Not Accepting]

Blue rushed out of the room after everyone started to depart, he had to find C.B. before someone else did. The teen quickly dashed out of the dorm, only to see the Larvitar from earlier rushing towards his Wynaut. "C.B.! Use your counter attack now!" C.B. held a quick shine, only to be bitten by Tyrant in the forehead a few seconds later. However, the Larvitar didn't stay there long, as he was quickly deflected down to the earth, leaving a small crater and a fog of dirt. "I don't know who you are, but you have some nerve for sandstorming a whole room of people with your friend there. Not only that but you also decided to attack my best friend and that I simply cannot let you get away with."

"Well, it seems like you've had an eventful afternoon." Micky stated, surprised to see that Amaya was blushing aswell. He grinned slightly before turning to the source of a strange yet wonderful sound. As he looked, he noticed that it's was Regianna's Arctix, and the sound seemed to be coming from the intricate headpiece that seemed to be an almost permanent attachment to the fox's head. "I think Miss Snob's sent a scout." Micky said, nodding towards the Arctix, which seemed to be trying to communicate with his Mareep.
Sparky was just as Intrigued with Arctix as Arctix was with her. She cocked her head to the side, before smiling and jumping up and down, her tail bouncing massively. "I'm Sparky. I'm a Mareep. I dont think I've seen you before? Who are you?" She asked, still smiling.

Cage blinked once. In only a split second, the Wynaut had sent Tyrant crashing to the ground with a counter attack. Tyrant still seemed to be awake, but as he got up he spun around, as if he was dizzy. He rolled his eyes and returned the Larvitar. There was no point in keeping him out, as soon as he recovered from his dizziness he would sandstorm and proceed to bite the Wynaut until it gave in. As he returned Tyrant, Cage walked past the Wynaut, standing by the side of the trainer. "I didn't command Tyrant to bite your Wynaut, but I'm starting to wish I did." With that he walked back inside, leaving the trainer.

Regiana looked coolly at Micky. "It is very rude to talk like that. I do have a name, and it is Regiana Ice."

Valena had ignored Micky, and was instead focused on Sparky. Her coat looked very pretty - in fact, Valena was a little bit jealous of how sleek it was - and she could hardly ignore the warmth and sanguineness of the electric Pokemon. When she spoke, her words were pronounced and honed with a degree of poshness. "It is lovely to meet you. My name is Valena, and I am an Arctix." There was no smile on her face - just an unpenetrable deadpan look that was slightly twined with vain felicity - but the way she spoke certainly suggested that she was pleased with her new acquaintance. "I wonder, how long have you been with Micky?"

Amaya had wanted to facepalm when she heard Micky say that as she had heard Regiana walking up behind her. If she had known Regiana was there how could he possibly have missed it!? She had restrained herself from actually doing anything though and kept silent as she approached, not wanting to risk making anything worse. Instead, she fished up her pokéflute from a pocket on her Kimono and then looked at first Regiana and then Micky. "Excuse me, but I'll be going outside for a while" She said, giving them both a slight nod and then starting to walk towards the doors to exit the girl's halls and then later on the dorm.

She passed her old room, seeing it was still a mess and as some of the people that hadn't been inside during the sandstorm were covered in sand she guessed that another one had been caused somehow. She shrugged a bit at this, it wasn't her problem if it had, she hadn't caused the first sandstorm and she had certainly not caused another one either- All she cared about at the moment was finding a spot on the field outside, preferrably underneith a tree where there was some shade from the setting, yet warm sun, and play the flute for her grandmother's spirit, as she always did.

As people were leaving the sand-covered dorm, Blaine was thinking.

"You know... with all this sand around, this wouldn't make a half bad sparring area..." he murmured. Ilia raised her head just long enough to cock it with confusion at him, ever so slightly- the question of why he'd need another sparring area, aside from the one that was directly outside, came to mind.

He waved his hand. "Not pokemon battles. I mean human to human combat- after all, a trainer has to keep in step with their pokemon. That's one of my rules," he said with a grin. He looked around and nodded to himself.

"The sand would wreck my jacket, but then again, I've never needed an excuse to go shirtless. Yeah, it could work... and it'd just be a waste to get rid of all this sand..." he mused allowed. Ilia did something dangerously similar to an eyeroll and went back to sleep as Blaine muttered to himself, not-so-quietly planning out a miniature Fight Club in the middle of the girls dorms without seeing any obvious logical flaws in that idea.

'What? Oh, right' she mumbled, before returning to her own room. Showers weren't uncommon in Lavender, for the newer houses anyways. Many of the Yureist were traditionalists, prefering to take baths. But, there was still little knowledge in using a shower, any idiot could use one really.

After finishing her brief shower, Lyla began to dry herself off. The privacy of it all was very contenting, it felt like back in Pokemon Tower. Just being alone, with a multitude of ghosts watching your every movement, there's nothing better. She slipped into her kimono, sadly, her bow was wrecked as well, guess she'll just have to go without it until it can get washed. She left the bathroom in a cloud of steam. 'It's free for you' she said to Noriko.

Sam resisted the urge to hit Blaine. Being an intellectual sort, Sam found fighting to be outdated and never really able to solve anything, in the long run at least. The fact that this boy was planning out fights as though he would actually enjoy them made Sam think that he deserved a good punch to the gut, but then again, that would be completely hypocritical, so Sam quelled the feeling.

"I don't think the girls appreciate all us guys being in the girl's dormitory." Sam said, flicking his eyes at the door, just in time to see Lyla slip by, decked out in a kimono and seemingly fresh from the shower. His heart thumped as she passed. "So, anyways, why don't we go inspect our own dorm, yeah?" Sam said, returning to what he was saying, and, without further ado, began subtly pushing Blaine and C.B. out of the dorm room.

By the time Lyla was finished with her shower, Noriko had all of her things ready. She looked up and did a double take at what Lyla was wearing. She hadn't seen too many kimonos where she was from, but she had always wanted to wear and own one. "You look really beautiful in that kimono Lyla." Noriko smiled before heading into the shower. It was a quick one, with cold water instead of warm - seeing as cold water helped her sleep better for some reason. Noriko then fixed up Pixie's coat, washing and drying it lightly before brushing it out. "Looks like both of us are ready for a good nights sleep." Pixie yawned, accompanied with a prolonged "Vulpix", before running out of the bathroom and curling up by the head of the bed. Noriko had changed into a simple light pink night gown, before leaving the bathroom and heading to the bottom bunk. "Night Lyla."

"Well done, Mr. Flirt. I see you have no more business here - you were only interested in Amaya, I can tell - so why don't you go and find her? Goodnight." Valena, upon hearing these words, said "Goodbye" to Sparky before darting back into the dorm. Regiana promptly shut the door, and waited by it, in case Micky was about to bash it open in some kind of protest.

As she waited, Regiana thought back to Amaya's appearance. She was vaguely aware of other religions other than Regism, but there was something unique about Amaya in a kimono. Regiana herself had a secret desire to do some sociological work; she knew how religion could impact on Pokemon, Valena was a perfect example. She might be the daughter of a baronet, but she had to do something with her life; she couldn't spend it bossing servants around, what point was there to life if that was all she ever did?

Regiana made a mental note to try and talk to Amaya when she returned. She knew she had to come back, otherwise she would find herself locked out of their dorm.

Cage had quickly found himself back in his dorm, or well, their dorm. He decided to give Tyrant a break, he knew the Larvitar would find the small dorm interesting to poke around. He could especially see him attempting to break Mickey's guitar, arguably Cage would encourage it. But with the little monster down for a bit, after that Wynaut's counter, there was no point in letting him romp around in the room. He was probably trying to sleep off the pain anyways, or whatever goes down in a Pokéball. He had changed into much lighter attire, a simple white t-shirt with some sweats. His shades were still plastered to his face, although if someone payed attention you could maybe see his eyes half shut.

He had claimed the bottom bunk of the bed closest to the window. Any view is better than drywall, that's for sure.

((I thought I said I'd claimed that Bunk Rarity! >.<))

"I guess being quiet pays off after all. Keeping my mouth shut may help later on in life." Micky mused, watching Regianna walk away. "Though it would've been helpful not to make an Enemy on the first day." Micky said, sighing. He turned and walked away, sort of put down by the way Amaya had left suddenly, and Regianna had already shown her distaste for him. And she can see right through me. Something that's going to be a big problem in the future. Micky thought, again sighing. As he walked down the Hall, he over heard Blaine talking about turning the trashed room into a fight arena. "You sure that'll work out? Because I dont think them Girls'll want some boys fighting in the middle of their dorms." Micky stated, before continuing to walk. He entered the common room, and realised it wasn't so bad after all. Just a bit plain. He grinned and jumped into one of the arm chairs, getting out his Guitar and a Guitar Plectrum in one swift motion, dropping his amp onto the floor, on a quiet volume, for his Mareep to charge. He softly plucked at the strings, creating a tune similar to the Rise against song, Hero of War, that wouldn't be created for another 40 odd years.

"I've been with Micky for about 3 years, and he's been a great partner." Sparky said, smiling. "Shifty, the Sabelly you saw earlier, has been with him longer though. Nice to meet you, by the way. And Nice coat. You look very nice." Sparky stated, before saying goodbye to the Arctix and turning to follow her master. She relaxed next to his chair, charging the Amp Absentmindedly. She enjoyed it, it was like a massage, and it caused her Master to be happy, which couldn't make her happier. She slowly drifted off to sleep while listening to the song.

Blaine chuckled a little to himself. "I know when to take a hint, Kid," he said with a broad smile to Sam, walking out. Micky's comment, however, took him a couple seconds to think of a proper response to.

"I wouldn't see why not. That room's not used to anything else, anyway, and it's not like it'd be used while they're trying to sleep or anything," he added, smiling as they walked collectively across the yard over to the male dormitories. Blaine was slightly concerned when he realized that he'd have to remove his sunglasses in order to sleep, around other people.

It was a rather weird concern, but in Blaine's mind it was significant. He began formulating a plan, labelled in the same 'Crazy Hijinks' corner of his mind as his nightly-girl-visitations plans were field.

Regiana sat down, with much poise, on her bed, and Valena jumped onto her lap. The Arctix could sense there was something with Regiana, and sat very still, her large eyes looking up in wonder.

She had been right; Regiana ran her hand over the headdress. Her urge to revolt was suddenly alive again - though admittedly, the feeling was not as strong as beforehand. Did she really need the headpiece now that they were away? Sure, she had already announced to the closed world that was this school that she was the daughter of the Ice Master - but what use was it outside of the Regism community? Absolutely eff all, to put it brashly.

Valena was keeping quiet, and Regiana sat for some moments in deep decision. She eventually sighed, and resorted to just stroking her only Pokemon ... and the last souvenir from home.

Shifty groaned quietly, too quietly for anything to hear, before awaking to the door opening. Originally presuming it was his Master, he was about to crawl out from under the bed. However, just looking at the shoes on the Trainer's feet, he could tell it wasn't Micky. "Intruders." Shifty hissed quietly. "Get out. GET OUT!!!" The Sabelly cried, merely uttering a loud "SABELLY" to human ears, before bursting upwards through his Masters bed - which the Intruder was resting on - ripping apart the Matress, ruining it for everyone, before landing on the Trainers Chest. "Get Out of here!" He shouted, scratching the Trainer multiple times, many times on the chest and once on the cheek, before jumping backwards and powering up a certain move. "Night Shade." The Sabelly uttered, a large black beam emerging from it's palm.

Cage had actually fallen asleep, so the instant the Sabelly jumped upward was the instance he woke up, very briefly, only to fall asleep again. As soon as the Night Shade hit him, he had shut his eyes once more. Given that Sabelly was only a juvenile, the scratches were child's play and did not immediately make him kick the ghost off. That and of course getting hit by the Night Shade. That too... At first nothing seemed to be off, then slowly realization crept in that he was standing up, not laying down. That and the fact he was standing on snow, something that Cage had not seen in YEARS. Olivine city was coastal and generally very sunny, so snow was extremely rare. Whats more was that Cage had not traveled much before, so standing in snow was quite something for him.

Except that was it. Snow. Snow for miles on end...

He began walking, he didn't exactly know where to walk so he merely went forward.

Then, humming. He could hear humming, but where? Was it behind him? No... It was to his side! Yes!

He turned to his side, to see a figure standing in front an obelisk of sorts. The obelisk was made of pure ice, and seemed to be as clear as spring water. The figure appeared to be a girl, a girl that seemed awfully familiar. She seemed quite beautiful, at least, that's what he thought. No, wait, she does seem familiar... The girl seemed to notice him, as it began to turn around, this is when he realized this girl was actually Regianna.

Before he could physically jab himself for calling the she-devil beautiful, the obelisk in the back creaked. A crack formed from the top, and descended downward to where she was standing. She seemed to open her mouth to say something, but all that came out was...

Black smoke and...

A dragon.

A gold plated grey dragon, with pitch black scarf like appendages and red stripes twisted and coiled out of the smoke. At first it was the size of a worm, but rather quickly it began to grow. Before Cage could react the gold plated dragon roared and lunged towards him, aiming one of his appendages for his head.

---

He awoke with a jolt, scared shitless and uncertain if he was truly awake or not. He noticed the Sabelly on the ground, seemingly glaring at him. Without another word he got up, and headed straight for the bathroom. He sincerely hoped he did not run into the she-devil on the way there. He would never look at her in the same light.

But Cage's words didnt register in Blue's head, he was didn't like to listening to one who would random attack others. "C.B. I know you don't like it, but I need you to sleep in your ball tonight..." The Wynaut sighed, but he knew he was tired and simply complied. "Thanks buddy..." He had said, grabbing his bag and quickly plopping it in a room which held a sleeping Kage. Before leaving he quickly grabbed a book from its compartment and rushed out to the roof. "I've had this book for years now but I've never actually read it, then again I've never really understood religion but the people here all seem to hold different religions.... I wonder if theres even a right religion for me." Blue sighed, he knew this wasn't going to be easy, but it had to be done. The teen quickly sat by the enterance to the roof and turned the first page of the book, it was going to be a long night for the lonely island boy.

Lyla blushed a little, she hadn't really had too many sincere compliments before. Myst himself crept out of the cupbaord and saw an unknowing back. Taking the moment, he seized it and licked her up the back. The hairs on the back of her neck stood up as the horrible sensation filled her. Myst snickered as he revolved around her. 'Myst, I thought we agreed that you wouldn't do that' she said through grit teeth.

Myst snickered again as he flew back to his cupboard. Lyla sighed, that ghost could be a handful sometimes. After quickly forgiving him, she crept into her bed, the curtain wasn't put up, but, it was her parent's idea anyways. It was still warm, so the sheets weren't even drawn over her, leaving her splayed out on the bed. She heard Noriko leave the bathroom and uttered 'good night' 'Good night' she replied and drifted off to sleep.

Before her was Pokemon Tower, however, it was five times taller than it was before. An unknown moaning came from the top floor, which she immediataly sought. Running on some stairs to the next floor, she came to the first floor again. The stairs she had just used vanished. Trying again, she repeatedly came to the same floor.

Sam simply threw down his bag onto one of the random beds left, thinking about Lyla. Why had his heart pumped when she passed the door? And why had his face flushed...something, Sam hoped, looking around guiltily, that no one saw. The last thing he wanted people to see was his face as red as a tomato.

But back to that girl. Before, he simply acted with mild interest towards her, but when she had passed...something seemed to have changed. He got all hot and sweaty, another thing he hoped had gone unnoticed...Could it be that he actually liked Lyla?

Sam grimaced and threw himself onto the bed, quickly sliding itself under it's covers. He couldn't go around thinking like that. It would be fine if it was any other girl...but Lyla? Sam instinctively shifted on the bed as he thought of her name. She had acted with nothing but disgust towards him. It would never work out...falling head over heels with her would only make things more painful. Sam decided this as he felt sleep come over him, but the last thing he thought of before he journeyed into Dreamland was of how cute Lyla looked in a kimono.

***

Seth, on the other hand, didn't want to fall asleep. He wasn't done playing yet, especially since Sam had ripped him from his sand dune fun. The boy Seth only had the greatest love and respect, but sometimes Seth just wished Sam would let him do what he wants. His master falling asleep was the perfect opportunity to do so.

Most evenings, Seth was so tuckered out he curled up at his master's feet on the bed, and since Sam appreciated the companionship, he never shut Seth up in his ball for the night, as the big lut was content to stay in a ball at Sam's feet for most of the night. This night was different, though- visiting this new place had given Seth energy to spare. And so, with very stealthy movements, Seth slinked off the bed.

He made his way over to the part of the room near the window, where something purple and small had attracted his attention. The thing, of course, was Sabelly; but Seth, having lived in Kanto his entire life and having never visited Hoenn, didn't know what species the Pokemon was- only that it was someone else to play with.

"Wroof!" Seth said, which was the Growlithe equivalent of a hello. The next barks translated into this; "I'm Seth! You wanna play?"

Blaine picked a high bunk, and took his glasses off only once he was certain everyone else was asleep. He stretched out, and for possibly the first time that night, reflected back.

What had he done that night? Well, he wasn't at his home anymore, that he knew. And that we good- he'd always wanted to distance himself away from the Cinnabars, and that was the first step. He'd been planning it the most of his recent life. This was living the dream- finally getting to do what he wanted, getting away from the expectations of his home life, the shadow of his siblings...

So, no reason to feel homesick. Really, he wasn't. Blaine was sure of that- even if he missed his bed at home, that didn't mean he missed everything, right? Even if he missed stealing his brother's research papers, and spending the nights just reading up on interesting facts about the world that everyone in his house also seemed to know, and be ready to discuss at a moment's notice...

He'd only been gone one day. So why did he feel like it'd been so much longer?

He sighed a bit at the idea of it all. Ilia cuddled up closer to him, her flank against his cheek. He smiled a bit.

Right, that's why he left. He'd almost forgotten.

((OOC: Soory once again for inactivity, but like I said, I had my high school friends from sweden visiting for the week-end so spending time with them was prio:1. I'm back now though :D))

Amaya had managed to find herself a good spot on the field, the sun had actually set completely as she got out and the moon was peeking out. It was still quite hot outside, but as the sun wasn't shining anymore it was a pleasant heat that was in all ways bearable. There were some stars out but not as many as she could usually see during the winter months back home at Maiden's Peak, it was still beautiful though.

She plopped herself down on the grassy field and took in the views around her; the flowers, trees, grass and skies, all taking a shade of violet and deep blue now that the sunlight had faded and only the moon remained to cast some light over the land. As she had taken the views in she put the pokéflute to her lips and started to play "Song of the Maiden" on it for her grandmother. A ritual she had had for a couple of years now following her death. It was a calm, beautiful tune that came out of the flute as Amaya played it, yet it held some mystery and sorrow to it at the same time.

Medea closed her eyes as Amaya started to play, enjoying the song that she had heard so many times before yet still didn't grow tired of. She knew that the song had some kind of importance to Amaya, she didn't know exactly what it was but she knew that Amaya had been playing it every night for as long as she could remember. Her parents, Hugin and Munin, had told her that Amaya had started to play that particular song every night following shortly after the death of her grandmother so Medea had of course figured that it was probably connected to that.

As Amaya had finished up she sat out on the field for a little while longer, praying to the spirits to keep her family safe back at home in Maiden's Peak and to watch over her tomorrow when she was going to Seafoam Islands, before she headed back to her dorm.

Upon entering the room that she shared with Regiana, something she still wasn't sure was such a good thing, she noticed her dorm mate sitting on the bed across from her own, stroking her pokémon, which was an Artix named Valena from what Amaya had gathered.

"Sorry for running of so suddenly earlier, I had something I had to do" she said, leaving her actual business a mystery for Regiana as she didn't feel like bothering her with details unless Regiana was actually interested in knowing them and asking. Not that she'd share everything with anyone that asked, but when it was something of this nature there would be no need for lies or unpleasanties. She closed the door behind her and then headed to her bed and dug through her bag which laid on top of it, pulling out a pale yellow night gown which she laid out beside the bag on the bed before starting to undoing her Kimono. Now, most girls might be uncomfortable with changing in front of another person (be it a person of the same or opposite gender) but Amaya wasn't. She didn't see the harm in someone seeing her in her udnergarments, people saw the exact same amount of her body anyways if she was wearing a bikini and that didn't offend anyone and she would still just be in her undergarments for the very brief amount of time that was needed for her to slip her night gown on.

As she had changed she folded the Kimono neatly and put it on a nearby chair, laid her bag beside her bed and then slipped herself under the sheets to her own bed.

Regiana silently watched Amaya enter the room, before she also rummaged for her nightwear. She extracted a perwinkle blue silk nightgown, and rather than change in front of Amaya, hid herself under the bedsheets. When she re-emerged, there was almost a disgruntled look upon her face.

"Could you do me a favour, and warm the sheets for me?" she asked. "I hate sleeping under cold sheets; there's always a servant who warms it for me - and my family - every night." There was a pause, and then Regiana added, "So, erm, are you religious, by any chance? I notice you quite like the feel of a kimono." As she spoke, she walked over to her wardrobe and hung her clothes inside. Until her usual outfit was cleaned, that would have to do for tomorrow. Well, maybe not the heels; she figured they would be doing quite a fair amount of walking.

Amaya had found Regianas question a bit odd and slightly amusing but she nodded in an answer and slipped down under Regianas covers to 'warm her bed for her'. It was probably the oddest favor she had ever been asked for but it was in no way straining on her part so there was no reason to refuse. Also, she'd rather try to keep herself on Regianas good side as she didn't want to make her living conditions any more strained than they needed to be.

After a short while of her lying wrapped up in Regianas bed she slid out from under her covers and headed back to her own bed, getting under the sheets before answering Regianas question. "I am a Yureist, as pretty much everyone at my village in Maiden's Peak is, but the Kimono has nothing to do with my beliefs really. Many believers, even outside of Maiden's Peak, have one just because of them often being worn during the Kimono Festival at Maiden's Peak every september. They are in no way needed to partake in the rituals or celebrations during the festival, but as most wear them it's common that those who don't own one purchases one." She explained, perhaps going into a bit too much detail but there was no way to change that now. Regiana had asked and Amaya had answered, simple as that.

((I cant help but notice that I have been kicked out of the room that I was the only one inside a while ago. >:o
Enter Micky, and someone's going to get a Shock)) ((That would be Cage))

"Not Now. I must Protect my Master's bed from Intruders." Sabelly replied, jumping onto the bed and curling up in the centre, ready to defend anyone who wished to intrude. To add to it, he grabbed Micky's bag and dragged it up onto the bed, keeping it safe.

Micky sighed as he finished the song, packing his guitar away and decided to return to his room, followed by his Loyal Mareep. He slowly crept up the stairs, entering the room swiftly, noticing that everyone seemed to be asleep, or atleast pretending. But he knew something was wrong. All three of the other beds were occupied, and yet the bathroom too was occupied, and Shifty had moved from under the bed to on top of it, and was awake, holding Micky's bag in his claws. Micky shrugged and smiled, placing his bag underneath his bed, allowing Shifty to still sleep with it, placing his Guitar against the wardrobe, which Sparky layed against, and taking off his top, before jumping onto the bed, not bothering to go under the covers. It didn't matter if someonesaw him topless, they were alll guys there. And anyway, there was nothing to be ashamed of. Surprisingly, as he knew he didn't look like it with his top on, he was muscled, his six pack standing out. He sighed and lifted his hands above his head. No point in changing either. Jeans were'nt the worst thing to sleep in, and they were coming off in the morning. He yawned and closed his eyes, unaware he was probably going to get an Interuption anytime soon.

"Oh, so you're a Yureist?" said Regiana, with genuine fascination in her voice. She slipped herself under her bedsheets; they were warm enough for her liking. She had vaguely heard of Yureism before (she even suspected her governess of being one, at one stage), and having heard that Amaya was one created a brand new interest point for her. "How fascinating. I must admit, I am surprised that you have a Murkrow - I wish no disrespect for your Pokemon, but I would have thought that you would have a Ghost-type instead."
