Username: Nightmare Zarkus Name: Orion Estentold Age: 57 Gender: Male Appearance: Unlike Saizen, Orion's hair is already gray, and also somewhat short. He wears more "disposable" clothing, fitting of an archaeologist who gets his clothing dirty often. He himself also has a tall frame, but is noticeably more muscular and looks somewhat younger in his face with few wrinkles. Has blue eyes. Zodiac Sign: Libra Personality: Somewhat of a gambler, but not to irresponsible lengths. He is not the kind of up-front person that Saizen is, and prefers telling people half-truths in order to make them happy at the expense of personal growths. Because of this, he is valued by people under him, because he allows them to take the credit for his discoveries. He's somewhat of a loner himself, not wanting to take much credit for his accomplishments. Bio: An archaeologist and childhood friend of Saizen. He found out about the twelve guiding stars when doing an archaeological dig, and did more research on them, eventually learning of the cards based on them. One thing led to another, and Orion decided that he wanted them. To add a little bit of fun to the mix, he made a friendly bet with Saizen over who could find out the truth behind them first, obtain one, and use it in a duel. If we're going on an expedition to find these cards, isn't it coincidental that one of them should just so happen to be in an expeditionist's deck? I don't need to say where they are, because it should be obvious that these cards won't be easy to find. I will admit fault on not saying they were sealed away, but them being powerful yet laying dormant should imply that. PS, I wanted the Vatican to be a surprise. Barian Warlord Posted March 12, 2011 Report Share Posted March 12, 2011 I think you need to put conditions on how people get the cards because the whole TFFs card in in the Vatican nobody would know that from what you gave, you gave very little info for the apps and you expect them to fit in perfectly for the RP, plus with what you have up it looks like only the group that's looking for them can find them so really only people in the groups can be in the RP with like a daily skirmish between them for the cards, from what I've read this would probably be a better fan fic then an rp. As I'm running this show, I have to ensure all apps are good, and above all, balanced. If someone came in with an Exodia deck, I'd have to boot their butt right outta here. Why? Because it's unfair in an RP to use Exodia as you can just 'Lolzurs, i drew all 5 pieces on my first turn. YOU LOSE N00B!'. Starting off with the Virgo card creates imbalance because I have already accepted Naimo and Obelisk; they don't have Guiding Star cards. And that's not fair on them if I accepted your original app. If I had, then everyone would have had to have a Guiding Star card to balance you out. That means about four or five cards are already found, making it that we now have to hunt six instead of eleven. That puts strain on the story as we'd then have to stretch out the other areas to allow natural story progression. *Sighs* Just make the strange card Honest by adding it to 'Deck Cards'. @Clause: You didn't read the rules, did you? Choose the colour by clicking it. Also, I still need a theme for your deck. Zark, alter your bios to what we discussed, as not to give away anything yet. His skin is tanned, he stands at 6 foot with about half of the height coming from his legs, and has a fairly slim build. He wears blue board shorts with the Australian flag on them and a plain blue swim shirt, carries around a surf board that doubles as a duel board and his duel disk is an old Obelisk Blue Disk. He also wears blue thongs (flip flops) on his feet when not surfing. Zodiac Sign: Cancer Personality: Simon has always been laid back and relaxed and is not really fussed if the Expodition finds the Zodiac Cards or not. He is proud of his own appearence to the point of being on the edge of Narcissism and enjoys the simple things in life like having fun, dueling and surfing. The only time he gets serious is if someone he loves gets threatened but if that happens he will eliminate that threat with a single minded determination. Bio: Simon grew up as an only child on the Gold Coast of Australia and learnt to surf at a young age. His parents never had much time for him so he ended up with his Aunt and Uncle most of the time, and they were the ones who taught him to surf. He started his water deck with the discovery of Ocean Dragon Lord - Neo Deadalus but couldn't decide what sort of water deck he wanted and ending up with a general one which somehow just clicks together and works. He was surfing on the pro circuit when he was aproached by Chasz Armityle about joining the Expodition and joined up but never really had his whole heart in finding them, prefering to just laze around, having enough money to live on without needing to continue Surfing Pro Circuit and having no real need of power.
