The year in 2021. After the year-long Y2K of the world, disorganized and sometimes psychotic leaders took over parts of the world, as Tribes formed. But an organized man, known only as Julien K., became King of all of the world. He came only as a sage to successfully split up the parts of the world into 7 areas: Panacia(Formed by North America, Brazil, and Chile.), Rio Muerto(Formed by all of South America with the exception of Brazil and Chile.), England(Formed by England, France, Spain, Germany, Italy, Greece, Portugal, and Poland practically all of Europe.), Ormans(Formed by Russia, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and Africa down to Somalia, Ethopia, Central African Republic, and Cameroon.), Kenya-Tanzania(All of Africa south of Somalia, Ethopia, Central African Republic, and Cameroon.), China(All of East Asia with the exception of Russia, past Iran.), and Cambodia(Every other country, from Iran to Saudi Arabia, not including Saudi Arabia.). Australia is free land to take. Once they were formed, he gave power to his six sons and one daughter, and disappeared.

3. None of the leaders will last forever; you WILL die at some point. At that point, I will give an election for the next leader.

4. There will be wars, Treaties, and Capturing of Land. This will happen on your Hostilities, and come to me for the fight decision.

5. No Giant Bazooka Cannons with 100% accuracy. I want people to have fun, but to be fair in the game.

6. If a certain Country is focused on in applications, I will close it for the time being.

7. The Children cannot be older than 13. The Kids are barely used to the power; hence the death of Raimundo.
