yvd doesn't use pics though, so it feels cheap and not like you're really playing with them. The cards aren't even color coded for monsters, traps, spells, etc.

Step 2: resize to 40x40 pixels

Why do we play this card game instead of finding high-paying jobs?

The question has been answered, there is no need to post here anymore.

How do y'all get the images to show up? I've been trying to for a month.
Step 1: Find the image file you want to use.
Step 2: Create a new folder under C:\Program Files\Xero Creative\YVD\Images that is exactly the same as the Set-ID of your card.
Step 3: Resize the image you want to exactly 40x40 pixels.
Step 4: Save as a .gif file in the folder you created.
It should work after that.

Did I do it right? Still not working for me.

Is the SET-ID for the cards XC3, XC6 etc? If so, are the files in .gif format and exactly 40 x 40 pixels? If they are, I don't know what could be wrong
Oh, and if there are any spaces in the name of the card, don't put the spaces in the name of the picture file. That stops it from working sometimes.

I was thinking, if anyone was up to it, could they create a program that allowed us to use our custom cards in duels?

Yes, I realize this is no easy feat, but it would be awesome to put our cards to use instead of having them just for show.

I'm working on a program that does just this. It's going well so far, and should be done within a few weeks. I'll be posting it when it is usable.
