Not Just Another Hack Thread

Mods, I haven't a clue where this is supposed to go, so move it as necessary, I implore you.

I have a tendency for coming up with strange crossovers when I'm bored. First was Lucky Star and Touhou. Now it's Touhou and Fire Emblem. Ladies and gentlemen of the forum, I give you:

Now, then, how is this different from any other hack ever?

Most hacks here never get off the ground 'cuz the developers are lazy and can't communicate. NOT SO with this one. And I'll tell you why:

I went to the trouble of deciphering Fire Emblem's event editing and making the first three chapters before I started offering the project here, and since Nightmare is very easy to use, the ROM/patch don't have to change hands at all. I can develop it on my own. That said, there's still some staff I'd like, as seen below.

On Christmas Eve, the usually dormant Yukari Yakumo leaves Reimu Hakurei and Marisa Kirisame with an ominous prophecy from the mouth of Byakuren Hijiri: a scorching holy light will threaten the balance of power in Gensokyo, potentially ruining the careful balance Reimu and Yukari have kept. Then, as it's already winter, Yukari returns home to sleep, leaving Reimu and Marisa pretty much on their own.
And then Alice shows up, deeply suspicious of Yukari's secretive prophesying. After a brief skirmish, she reveals a far more specific threat: the Scarlet Devil Mansion seems to be arming for war.
Are the two problems connected? Since it's Gensokyo, it's hard to say. One thing's for sure, though: we've got a hell of a game ahead of us. You up for a challenge?

[*]A LOT of custom portraits for the Touhou characters. This is probably the easier spriting job, as there are only two frames per portrait. If you do anything, PLEASE do this.
[*]I need someone to convert my MIDIs to GBA sound and insert them in. That's a late job, and it's the ONLY reason why the ROM has to change hands. I'd do it myself, but Sappy hates me.

[*]If someone is willing and able to do the nightmarishly complex sprites known as CGs, that would be AWESOME, though my hopes aren't high.
[*]Support writers. I don't actually need these, but it'd be cool to involve more people, and I'm interested to see what people do for their favourite ships.
[*]If you have a talent for arranging MIDIs, it'd be cool if you could rearrange some Touhou songs to fit the FE soundtrack. As for the support writers, I can do it myself, but it'd be neat to get some other people on board. I'll send you a list of songs if you want the job.
