DragoonArmy and TriChaos

Some names of the cards were changed because well...I jacked the names from elsewhere. The whole "Dragoon" stuff was meant to be a half-baked attempt at a Warrior/Dragon deck for a friend. The TriChaos was...I don't even know what that was.

Please though, I invite everyone and anyone to dissect the cards, make notes on balance, playability, etc.


Summoner of Dragons

While there is another face-up Warrior-type monster on your side of the field, once per turn, you can discard, from your hand to the Graveyard, a number of cards and Special Summon, from your Deck, a Dragon-type monster whose Level is equal to the number of cards discarded.

Support Dragon
|EARTH|*2|Dragon/Tuner|1200/1300|
This card can be equipped to a face-up Warrior-type monster on the field, during your Main Phase. That monster gains 600 ATK and cannot be targeted by the effects of Spell or Trap cards. When that monster is destroyed, Special Summon this in your Monster Card Zone in face-up Attack or Defense Position.

Dragoon-Maiden
|EARTH|*1|Warrior/Tuner|0/0|
When there is a Dragon-Tuner monster on your side of the field, you can increase this card’s Level equal to that monster’s Level. If you control a face-up “Dragoon-” monster, you can Special Summon this card from your hand.

Dragoon-Servant
|EARTH|*3|Warrior/Effect|700/600|
You can discard this card to negate the effect of a card that would destroy a “Dragoon-“ monster and destroy it.

Dragoon-Wyvern
|EARTH|*4|Dragon/Effect|1800/1700|
If this card declares an attack and your opponent takes no Battle Damage, Special Summon 1 Dragon-type monster from your Deck or add 1 Dragon-type monster to your hand.

Dragoon-Soldier
|EARTH|*4|Warrior/Effect|2000/1500|
This card cannot declare an attack unless there is a face-up Warrior or Dragon-type monster on your side of the field. If you control a face-up Attack Position Dragon-type monster, you can have this card attack directly this turn. The selected Dragon-type monster cannot declare an attack.

Dragoon-Warlord
|EARTH|*5|Warrior/Effect|2500/1500|
When this card is Tribute Summoned by tributing a Dragon or Warrior-type monster, add 1 “Dragoon” card from your hand to your deck. This card cannot be destroyed as a result of battle if there is a face-up Dragon-type monster on your side of the field.

D.D. Dragon Spirit
|DARK|*5|Dragon/Effect|1000/1000|
When this card is removed from play, Special Summon it.

Ustath – Dragon of Riches
|LIGHT|*8|Dragon/Ritual/Effect|2800/2600|
This card can only be Ritual Summoned using the Ritual Spell Card “Ustath’s Call.” When this card is Ritual Summoned, draw 1 card for every Dragon-type monster on the field. Once per turn, by sending a Dragon-type monster to the Graveyard, you can draw 1 card from your deck. This card is unaffected by card effects that do not target it.

Asyth – Dragon of Wisdom
|LIGHT|*8|Dragon/Ritual/Effect|2600/2800|
This card can only be Ritual Summoned using the Ritual Spell Card “Asyth’s Call.” When this card is Ritual Summoned, destroy a number of cards on the field equal to the number of face-up Dragon-type monsters. Once per turn, by sending a Dragon-type monster to the Graveyard, you can destroy 1 card on the field. This card is unaffected by effects that target it.

Dragon Soul Song
|Spell/Continuous|
You cannot activate this card if there is not a face-up Dragon and Warrior-type monster on the field. Once per turn, during your Main Phase, you must activate 1 of the following effects:
- Return a Dragon-type monster to your hand to destroy 2 Spell or Trap cards on the field.
- Return a Warrior-type monster to your hand to destroy 1 Monster on the field.
- Add 1 “Dragon-Knight Counter” to this card. (max.10)
When this card has 10 “Dragon-Knight Counter(s)” on it, you may send this card to the Graveyard to Special Summon 1 Dragon-type monster from your Deck, Graveyard, RFG, Extra Deck, or Hand, ignoring summon conditions. Each time you Special Summon a Dragon or Warrior-type monster, add 1 “Dragon-Knight Counter” to this card.


Ustathasyth Chant
|Spell/Ritual|
This card is used to Ritual Summon “Ustath – Dragon of Riches” or “Asyth – Dragon of Wisdom.” When you activate this card, activate one of the appropriate following effects:
- If “Ustath – Dragon of Riches” or “Asyth – Dragon of Wisdom” is in your hand, you must send to the Graveyard, from your hand or field, monster(s) whose total Level is equal to or greater than 8.
- If “Ustath – Dragon of Riches” or “Asyth – Dragon of Wisdom” is in your Graveyard or RFG, you must send to the Graveyard, from your Deck, “Dragoon-” monster(s) whose total Level is equal to or greater than 8.
- If “Ustath – Dragon of Riches” or “Asyth – Dragon of Wisdom” is in your Deck, you must send to the Graveyard, from your field, “Dragoon-” monster(s) whose total Level is equal to or greater than 8.

Infernal Tear Stream
|Spell/Field|
When a card is sent to the Graveyard, send it to the RFG after chain resolution. Each time a monster is removed from play due to this card’s effect, that card’s controller’s opponent takes 200 points of damage. This card cannot be removed from the field as long as at least 1 other face-up Spell or Trap card is on the field.

Offerings to Dragoon
|Spell/Quickplay|
Pay 1000 LP. Tribute 1 “Dragoon-” monster on your side of the field and Special Summon 1 “Dragoon-” monster from your hand, then you can destroy 1 card on your opponent’s side of the field.

Sacred Draconic Lance
|Spell/Equip|
If a monster equipped with this card is destroyed while there is at least 1 Warrior-type monster in your hand, Special Summon a Warrior-type monster from your hand and equip it with this card. If you activate this effect, this card’s effect becomes: “When your opponent activates a Spell or Trap card that would destroy the equipped monster, send this card to the Graveyard to negate and destroy that card.”

Respite of the Wicked
|Spell/Continuous|
Pay 500 LP during each of your Standby Phases. If you do not, destroy this card. While this card is face-up on the field, increase your Spell and Trap Card Zone by 2.

Dragoon’s March
|Trap/Continuous|
When a “Dragoon-” monster declares an attack, add 1 “March Counter” to this card (max.12). If a “Dragoon-” monster is destroyed in battle with a monster whose Level is equal to or less than the number of “March Counters” on this card, destroy that monster and remove a number of “March Counters” from this card equal to the monster’s Level.
Solemn Indignation
|Trap/Counter|
Pay half your LP. Negate the activation of a card effect that would send 2 (or more) of your cards to the Graveyard and destroy up to 3 cards on your opponent’s side of the field.

Dragoon’s Shadow
|Trap/Continuous|
As long as you have at least 1 “Dragoon-” monster in your RFG, you can select 1 monster on your opponent’s side of the field per turn. That monster is flipped face-up (Flip Effects are not activated), switched to defense mode and its DEF becomes 0. When you activate this effect, return 1 “Dragoon-” monster in your RFG to your deck and shuffle it.

Dragoon Recruitment Center
|Trap/Continuous|
You can skip your Draw Phase and select 2 “Dragoon-” cards in your deck. Your opponent then selects 1. That card is added to your hand, the other is sent to the Graveyard. If one of the cards you selected is “Dragoon-Maiden,” the other card does not have to be a “Dragoon-” card. If you have 3 or more “Dragoon-” monsters in your Graveyard or RFG, your opponent cannot select “Dragoon-Maiden.”

Ustathasyth – Dragon of Divinity
|LIGHT|*12|Dragon/Fusion/Effect|3600/2900|
“Ustath – Dragon of Riches” + “Asyth – Dragon of Wisdom”
This card can only be Special Summoned by removing from play the above Fusion Material Monsters on your side of the field (treat this as a Fusion Summon; you do not use Polymerization). This card is unaffected by the effects of your opponent’s card effects. When this card destroys a monster as a result of battle, this card’s ATK decreases equal to the Level of the monster x 100. When this card destroys a monster as a result of battle, inflict damage to your opponent equal to that monster’s Level x200. When this card is removed from the field, add 1 “Ustathasyth Chant” from your Graveyard to your hand.


Dragoon-Warrior Spirit
|EARTH|*4|Warrior/Synchro/Effect|1900/0|
1 “Dragoon-” Tuner monster + 1 (or more) non-Tuner monster(s)
When this card declares an attack, Special Summon 1 Dragon-type monster from your Deck with ATK that is equal to or less than this card’s ATK.


Dragoon, The Omega
|EARTH|*7|Warrior/Synchro/Effect|2500/2400|
1 “Dragoon-” Tuner monster + 1 (or more) non-Tuner Dragon-type monster(s)
This card is unaffected by the effects of card effects. This card inflicts piercing damage. When this card is Synchro Summoned, destroy all other monsters you control and inflict damage to your opponent equal to the number of monsters destroyed by this effect x 900. You cannot control any monsters other than this card. When this card is destroyed, send 3 “Dragoon-” monsters from your deck to the Graveyard and inflict damage to your opponent’s LP equal to the total Level of the monsters x 300. This card loses 200 ATK at the end of the Battle Phase.

Tri-Soldier, Delta

When this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, Special Summon 1 “Tri-Soldier, Kappa” from your deck.

Tri-Soldier, Kappa
|DARK|*5|Warrior/Effect|2000/1000|
This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned with the effect of “Tri-Soldier, Delta.” When this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, Special Summon 1 “Tri-Soldier, Sigma” from your deck.

Tri-Soldier, Sigma
|LIGHT|*7|Warrior/Effect|3000/2000|
This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned with the effect of “Tri-Soldier, Kappa.” When this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, Special Summon 1 “Tri-Soldier, Delta” from your deck.

Fiend Commando
|DARK|*3|Fiend/Tuner|1600/1800|
When this card is destroyed as a result of battle, add 1 “Chaos” monster from your deck to your hand. If this card is destroyed due to a card effect, Special Summon at the end of the phase it was destroyed in.

Flying Ace
|DARK|*1|Fiend/Tuner|100/100|
You can Special Summon this card from your hand or Graveyard by removing from play a DARK or LIGHT-attribute monster in your Graveyard.

Fissure Fighter
|LIGHT|*4|Warrior/Effect|0/0|
If this card declares an attack on a monster that has more ATK than this card, destroy that monster automatically with this card’s effect.

Chaos Master, Artaz
|DARK|*8|Fiend/Effect|3000/2900|
This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by removing from play 2 LIGHT and 2 DARK monsters in your Graveyard from play or if you have no monsters in your Graveyard. Once per turn, you can skip your Battle Phase to remove from play 2 cards on the field. Also, for this effect, you can activate one of the following side-effects:
- This effect targets individually.
- This effect does not target.
You can remove from play 1 LIGHT and 1 DARK monster in your Graveyard to negate the effect of a card and destroy it.
Switch-Man
LIGHT|*2|Fiend/Tuner|100/500|
You can remove this card in your Graveyard from play to select up to 2 cards in your Graveyard and have them treated as 1 LIGHT and 1 DARK monster. You can Special Summon this card when a card is removed from play.

Forgotten Deity
|DARK|*1|Fiend/Effect|0/2000|
When this face-up card is declared the target of an attack, negate the attack and end the Battle Phase, then shuffle this card back into your deck and Special Summon 1 LIGHT or DARK-attribute Tuner monster from your deck. When you draw this card, remove it from play and inflict 2000 points of damage to your opponent.

Soul of Lost Chaos
LIGHT|*4|Fiend/Effect|0/0|
This card is also treated as a LIGHT-attribute monster while in your hand, field, or Graveyard. This card cannot be destroyed in battle. (damage calculation is applied normally)

Pantheon of Shining Shadows
|Spell/Field|
Increase the ATK of all LIGHT and DARK-attribute monsters by 500. You can remove from play 1 LIGHT or DARK monster to negate the effect of a Spell or Trap card that targets a face-up card you control and destroy it. When a monster is removed from play due to a card effect, Special Summon it during your next Standby Phase. As long as there is at least 1 LIGHT or DARK-attribute monster on your side of the field, your opponent cannot Special Summon monsters.

Chaos Renewal
|Spell/Quickplay|
Add up to 2 cards in your RFG to your Graveyard. Add 1 LIGHT or DARK-attribute monster in your Graveyard to your hand.

Chaos Fissure
|Spell/Normal|
Destroy all monsters on your opponent’s side of the field. Remove from play all monsters in your Graveyard. You must have at least 3 monsters in your Graveyard to activate this card.

Shining Surge
|Spell/Quickplay|
Remove from play 1 LIGHT-attribute monster. Destroy 1 card on the field and draw 1 card.


Invokement
|Spell/Quickplay|
Pay 1000 LP. Both players shuffle all cards in their RFG into their decks or add all cards in their RFG to their Graveyard.

Backup Shadows
|Trap/Normal|
Add 1 DARK-attribute monster from your deck to your hand, then discard 1 card.

Chaos Pit
|Trap/Normal|
Activate when your opponent summons a non-LIGHT/DARK-attribute monster. Negate that monster’s summon and destroy it.

Phantom Protection
|Trap/Continuous|
You can negate the destruction of a Spell or Trap card by removing a card in your Graveyard from play.

Spiritual Defense
|Trap/Normal|
Activate when your opponent declares an attack. Special Summon a monster from their Graveyard to their side of the field and switch the attack to that monster.

Chaos Struggle
|Trap/Continuous|
When a LIGHT or DARK-attribute monster is removed from play you can either draw 1 card or send 1 card from your opponent’s hand to the Graveyard. If you activate this card’s effect, select 1 of the following effects:
- Discard 1 card.
- Destroy 1 card on your side of the field.
- Send the top card of your deck to the Graveyard.


Chaos Destroyer, Martyr
|DARK|*10|Fiend/Synchro/Effect|4000/4000|
“Chaos Master, Artaz” + 1 (or more) DARK or LIGHT-attribute Tuner monster(s)
This card gains the effects of “Chaos Master, Artaz.” This card inflicts piercing damage. This card loses 1000 ATK when it destroys a monster in battle. After this, put 1 “Loss Counter” on this card. On the third Standby Phase after this card gains a “Loss Counter,” increase this card’s ATK by 500.


Trifecta, Destiny Knight Slayer
DARK|*12|Warrior/Fusion|3000/2500|
“Tri-Knight, Delta” + “Tri-Knight, Kappa” + “Tri-Knight, Sigma”
This card can only be Special Summoned by removing from play in your Graveyard the above Fusion Material Monsters. (treat this as a Fusion Summon; you do not use Polymerization) This card is unaffected by card effects. This card cannot attack directly. If this card destroys a monster as a result of battle, it can attack again.


Chaos Acolyte
LIGHT|*5|Spellcaster/Synchro/Effect|2300/1700|
1 Tuner monster + 1 (or more) non-Tuner monster(s)
You can tribute this card to destroy one card on the field, ignoring other card effects.
