• You can use any template of Magic Set Editor.

<PRIZES>

• First person who gets 3 Valid Votes wins;
  
• Prize is 1 +Rep to the winner,given by the loser;
  
• If a person had no votes and the other won, the loser must give 5 points to the winner.
  

<VALID VOTES>

• A valid vote must be based on OCG,balance,usefulness and playability;
  
• Voting the card's name and image is allowed as long as it doesn't affect the final decision;

You can remove 2 Black Feather Counters from this card to Special Summon 1 "Blackwing" monster from your hand.

I vote for card B

Card A can reach it Ultimate (special summon part of the effect) more quickly, and it will come out alot quicker than card B

Card B got 1/3 chance of getting the effect you want to activate

Card A is more abusable yet balanced. Card B... needs work due the fact that I can almost made the same thing with Glow Moss.

To me Card A seems like it is Overpowered because you would summon many monsters with it and if you have a Backwing [which you probably would with the deck you'd be using] no tribute needed

Card B has a creative effect that can go horribly wrong [i.e. you draw Des Lacooda thinking of a crappy Zombie...]but can be really useful [i.e. you draw ...dunno a... high level] for that I think I must vote for Card B
