ThatPhantomGuy
Bats. I mean, just compare what villains they each fight, and Batman just has gadgets! Plus I hate Spiderman, TOO many puns... too... many... puns...
Shizuku Oikawa
I could put in an epic description, but I'm too lazy right now. But either way, Batman.

GraveHorizon
I thought I might be a little biased for picking Spider-man, until I saw all the "Batman's cooler, lol" responses. Batman would be unaffected by Spider-man's witty banter (which he actually uses to rile up his opponents), while Spider-man's spider sense would render Batman's stealth useless. Batman could get a win by taking Peter's friends/family hostage after easily finding out who they are, but he would never stoop that low to beat a non-criminal. Batman's physical abilities are no match for Spider-man's powers, which would be enough to match Batman's fighting ability at least. Any gadget Batman uses could be avoided by Spider-Man, and Batman would certainly find a way to escape those webs. It's commonly accepted that prep-time Batman can beat anyone, but Peter could also think something up with the same amount of time, and he operates better in pinch situations. Both of them are very smart, so it would probably come down to who would last longer, which would totally be Spider-man. If it was purely limited to a game of wits, or chess, Batman would win no-contest.
Clair
Batman is a billionaire. He could just assemble his own private forces to take out Petey and his camera.
evilhorus
Batman is the only human in the Justice League. yfw
He's that awkward guy that ends up being a super hero.
Which is pretty cheesy. A billionaire fighting crime is creative in comparison.
Chaos Dralcax
Spiderman has super powers. Batman is just a caped kung-fu detective with a delinqent teenager in tights for a sidekick. Spidey fights powerful villians like Doctor [s]Octagonapus[/s]Octopus and Green Goblin. And who is Batman's greatest foe? A deranged clown.
Doesnt batman care about robin(all versions), alfred, batgirl, and everybody in gotham
Robin: "Shut up, Robin" Alfred: He's just a butler, who cares Batgirl: Only a temporary sidekick, she's even worse off than Robin. Everybody in Gotham: Only because it's his responsibility. Also because if he wants to kick Joker's butt, he has to find Rachel first.

Yankee
Batman. He beat Superman, who has a number of advantages to Batman. How? Logic, strategy. It doesn't matter what Spidey does, if Batman can predict things, such as how Spiderman's spidey sense works, or when it would activate ect ect, he can beat him. Hostages or robberies, and maybe, MAYBE, a kill. Plus most of Batman's enemies are psychological players, the Joker could outwit Spiderman easily. White Hollow
Spiderman has superstrengh, web shooting, spider sense, acrobit mastery Batman has, peek-human condition, martial arts mastery, smarter than spidey, gadgets Outcome 1: Batman would blackmail Spiderman to forfeit the fight or hes gonna let the world know his Peter Parker Outcome 2: Spiderman has the upper hand and doges Batman's moves with his acrobatics and spider sense but can't land a hit either. (Batman can cut through web with gadgets). After getting tired of fighting Batman uses a smoke bomb, gas or just calls his Batwing and wins. Outcome 3: Spiderman wins...... Dont ask how.
