Try and settle on a theme of your cards, and stick to it. As-is, your deck is basically a random pile of cards that are related. If that's what made a good, consistent deck, anyone could be a good duelist. Here are my suggestions (bolded cards should be removed):

Spirit Reaper (This is a good card overall, so it's okay to have this in your deck. Especially since you're probably going to have a lot of empty fields otherwise with your spirits)
Future Visions (If you're using this, use it in 3's, or 2 and use a Terraforming)
[b]Spring Of Rebirth[/b] (The life gain really isn't worth it)
[b]Infinite Cards[/b] (A useless card in any deck)
Zoma The Spirit (I guess I can see the useful of this. You could actually build a strategy around this with your Spirits, but you would need to use more than 1)
Spirit's Invitation (Could use this I guess, but if you are then only 1, unless you get rid of Future Visions. Depends on your theme)
[b]Dark Mirror Force[/b] (Just don't use this card. Use a better trap)
[b]Spirit Barrier [/b](Pointless card in the deck)
Izanami (maybe use this at 2)
Izanagi (If this is one of your key cards to use, then use 2 or 3 of it)
Asura Priest (I'd suggest using 2 or even 3)
[b]Yamata Dragon[/b] (Not so sure about using this. You sort of need a dedicated deck)
[b]Exchange[/b] (Sort of difficult to use...)
Metal Reflect Slime (See Zoma)
[b]Scrap Iron Scarecrow[/b] (There are much better traps to use)
[b]Cyber Shadow Gardna[/b] (This one doesn't really need to be in here, or if you really have to use it at 1)
[b]Embodiment of Apophis [/b](This one isn't as useful...)
[b]Orb of Yasaka[/b] (Pointless card for the deck)
[b]Muka Muka[/b] (Not useful enough for the deck)
Susa Soldier (Not really sure what to say about this...)
Yaksha (I would use 2 or 3)
Bottomless Trap Hole (Use 2)
[b]Mirror of Yata[/b] (Not consistent enough if you're trying to use it with Exchange)
Yamato-No-Kami (I'd say to use 2)
[b]Fushi No Tori[/b] (A useless Spirit, in my opinion)
[b]Great Long Nose[/b] (See Fushi)
Mystical Space Typhoon (Use 2)
[b]Spiritual Energy Settle Machine[/b] (Don't recommend using this. Not useful enough)

Basically just try and decide what kind of Spirit deck this is. One that it's okay to return the monsters to your hand, one that's not? And then decide which cards are the most useful for that startegy, and use as many as necessary, not just 1.
