Activate only if at least 1 monster you control would be destroyed as a result of battle or by card effect. Discard 1 card to select 1 monster you control and remove it from play. As long as this card is face-up on your field, your opponent cannot return the selected monster that was removed from play by this card's own effect to either player's Deck or Graveyard. Once per turn, you can remove from play 1 card in your Graveyard to select and remove from play 1 Equip Spell card from your Deck. During the next Standby Phase of the turn you remove the selected monster from play, Special Summon it on your field and you can add 1 removed from play Equip Spell card to your hand. Then inflict damage equal to half the original ATK of the removed from play monster.

This card can only be equipped to a monster that has been Special Summoned from your removed from play pile. If the equipped monster destroys a monster by battle you can discard 1 card to remove from play the equipped monster. Once per turn, instead of Normal Summoning or Setting a monster, you can draw 1 card. If the drawn card is a Monster Card you can Special Summon 1 removed from play monster from either player's Graveyard, with less ATK points than the drawn monster.

If a monster on your side of the field is selected as an attack target you can discard 1 card from your hand to negate the attack and remove the attack target from play.
