Goodnight
IMO, eliminate 1 or 2+ people no matter how many people drop out. Otherwise it just feels like a waste of time from the contestants POV. Your decision of course though. That being said, I'll have my card turned in on time as well. Spirit of DMG
Here's what I came up with:

Place 1 Aqua Counter on all non-WATER monsters on the field. If a new monster is Summoned after this card is played, it gains 1 Aqua Counter. A monster with an Aqua Counter can not be tributed, except to Summon a WATER monster.

This card can be Summoned without a Tribute if a Field Spell is in play. If this card is Summoned this way, it is switched to Defense Position after it attacks, unless it attacked a monster with an Aqua Counter. If this monster destroys a monster with an Aqua Counter, increase it's DEF by an amount equal to the destroyed monster's DEF.

Squirrel Girl
Sorry for being so late My cards This card is Treated as Umi. This card cannot be destroyed and your opponent cannot activate another Field Spell Card. If you control a Field Spell Card, you can discard 1 card to destroy that card and activate this card. When this card is activated this way, you can draw cards until you have 5 cards in your hand. Once per turn, you can Special Summon 1 Level 6 or lower WATER monster from your Graveyard in face-up Defense Position. The Special Summoned monster gains 500 DEF. All face-up WATER monsters cannot be destroyed by your opponent's card effects. All face-up WATER monster you control inflicts Piercing Damage. This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by discarding 3 cards you control. This card gains 100 ATK for each WATER monster you control. Once per turn, if a WATER monster you control would be destroyed, it is not. If you control no WATER monster (except this card), you can pay 500 Life Points to destroy 1 Spell or Trap Card your opponent controls. This card is unaffected by Spell and Trap Card. Goodnight
Water-type monsters can only be attacked by monsters whose Levels are lower than their own and cannot be targeted by Spell or Trap cards. If your opponent only controls face-up Water-type monsters and you cannot select any of them as an attack target, you can attack your opponent directly. You can discard 1 Water-type monster from your hand to Special Summon this card from your hand or Graveyard. While this card is face-up on the field, reduce any battle damage you take to 0 and increase this card's attack by the amount of damage you would have taken.
