Justice Master
"I would watch what you say," Dalst responded placing a card face down, "I set a card and end. But I should tell you not to be worried about Setail, because he is probably gonna be a sacrifice. An awesome, destrutive sacrifice." He looked at the teacher, knowing how much his opponent was blowing off the duel, thinking that knowing all of his cards effects made winning easy. This might've been true, but Dalst was determained to prove him wrong. This was his redemption, and he planned to impress everyone. ♫♪GoldenBoy♪♫
"Wow, looks like the little genius decided to call after all," Ares replied to his brother's voice. "Its nice to see you little bro!" he said louder than he had meant. Ares was one of those older brothers that everyone except the little brother that was super cool. But what can you do, he thought, Tis not my fault I'm super awesome. "So how's the blimp ride lil bro?" Ares asked Corey, "Make any new friends?" "Or did you happen to meet any cute girls?" chided the winking Ares.
Zextra
"..." Corey didn't know quite know how to answer. "um...the blimp ride is fine, I guess..." he responded. "But I haven't stepped out of my room yet, so I haven't made any 'friends' yet..." he continued. "...and no girls either" he said with a mix between an uncomfortable and an annoyed tone. "All that's happened so far are a couple of loud, annoying explosions coming from outide...probably just a couple of duels" he stated. "Oh, and before I forget, I fixed up a duel disk for you...I'll get it to you when I reach the island" he muttered.
♫♪GoldenBoy♪♫
It was his turn to be the awkward as he was one of the elite duelist to receive a new duel disk from the school, it was a Proto-type and had its own remove from play card zone. He didn't want to seem stuck to his brother so he would use the one he fixed up for him. "Thanks little man," he said smiling. But then the spirit of the ring started acting up, "I'll see you when you get here man." He hung up after his brother said good by; then out of nowhere the room became a dark purple color. The Spirit manifested himself in front of Ares but instead of having purple in his hair he had green streaks and he had dark blue eyes, almost black, but aside from that he looked exactly like Ares. The spirit of the ring looked at Ares with a despicable face, "I'll take over your body soon enough young one." "Like that's gonna happen," Ares spat at him and the room turned to normal. Are began to think, what should he dub the spirit. Maybe by calling him an name. He tried to think what was the name of the Roman Aspect of Ares the War God. He got it Mars, in the myths he remembered Mars was much more devilish than Ares. "MARS!" he screamed, "THATS YOUR NEW NAME!" I like it, replied the newly dubbed Mars in Ares' head. Reinforce
It's my turn then, Draw." Ryan smiled as he drew the next card, suddenly more confident than he had been. "First, I'll remove from play my Luster Dragon to Special Summon my newly drawn Red Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon, next I activate his effect and Special Summon my Blue Eyes White Dragon to the field." Ryan's field has changed dramatically, suddenly where there was one level four dragon, now a level ten dark metalic looking dragon and a level 8 blue-white dragon had appeared. "That isn't all, because Red Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon Special Summons monsters, I still can Normal Summon this turn so I summon Baby Dragon in attack mode." a third dragon appeared, this one yellow in colour and smaller than the other two. <If no response> "Now, Red Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon attacks Justice Soldier Fin and Blue Eyes White Dragon attacks Justice Soldier Kain, go Dark Inferno and White Lightning." <If no response> "Now Baby Dragon Direct Attack, Yellow Mini Blast" <If no response> "Turn End" Hand: 2 Monsters: Red Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon lvl 8 (2800/2400), Blue Eyes White Dragon lvl 8 (3000/2500), Baby Dragon lvl 3 (1200/1700) S/T: 1 fd RFP: Luster Dragon My LP: 4000 Opponents LP: (If Succesful) 300 "You do realise that I can tribute Gellunduo and treat him as two tributes for the tribute summon of a LIGHT attribute monster, I release Gellunduo and activate his effect to Normal Summon Neo-Parshath, the Sky Paladin in attack position." A glowing, semi-machine fairy appeared and turned towards Phantom Beast Crosswing. <If no response> "Now, Neo-Parshath, the Sky Paladin, attack Phantom Beast Crosswing, Radiant Beam." <If no response> " whe Neo-Parshath inflicts battle damage, I get to draw one card, and now I will place one card facedown, Turn End" (OoC, the facedown will be placed regardless of what happens to Neo-Parshath) Hand: 4 if attack successful, 3 otherwise Monsters: Neo-Pershath, the Sky Paladin lvl 7 (2300/2000) , if attack and battle damage succesful (3300/2000) S/T: 2 fd and The Sanctury in the Sky Graveyard: Gellunduo
Justice Master
"Heh," Dlast let out as his false impending doom awaited, "I activate Waboku! With this, none of my monsters are destroyed and I take no battle damage!" Dust and slashes appeared before him and his soldiers, though no damage was dealt. He began, "is that all? Or do you want to delay my victory even farther?" He wasn't ahead, but he wasn't exactly getting cocky. He watched the teacher's moves, waiting for his next move. There was going to be a commander on the field, Alinso, to be specific.
evilfusion
Jenna smirked, but nodded. "Of course, the double tribute effect," she mused. She showed no real reaction to Neo-Parshath, merely nodded. "Before your attack, I activate my Raigeki Break Trap card," she said, a card flipping up and showing a bolt of lightning engulfing a card. "By discarding one card from my hand, specifically Phantom Beast Thunder Pegasus, I can destroy one card on the field, and I choose your Sanctuary in the Sky." (Response?) "When you attack, I activate the effect of the Thunder Pegasus in my Graveyard. When an opponent's monster attacks, I can remove it from my Graveyard and make the Battle Damage towards a Phantom Beast 0. In addition, the monster is not destroyed in battle." A ghostly form of the pegasus intercepted Neo-Parshath's attack, leaving Crosswing unharmed. (Response at all? Reinforce
"Fine Dalst, I end my turn now but whatever you are planning it won't work on me. I don't care what powerful monster you summon but you aren't the only one who can use spells and traps to protect your monsters. Turn End." even though his opponent had spared his monsters for this turn, Ryan wasn't overly worried. He had three dragons on the field and with even one fd, he figured that he could survive this turn and press his advantage next turn. Hand: 2 cards Monsters: Red Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon lvl 8 (2800/2400), Blue Eyes White Dragon lvl 8 (3000/2500), Baby Dragon lvl 3 (1200/1700) S/T: one fd RFP: Luster Dragon LP: 4000 "I activate my trap card against Raigeki Break, Spirit Barrier. Now, even with The Sanctury in the Sky gone, I am safe from battle damage as long as there is a monster on my field." With that done, she let her opponent stop the destruction of her monster. Suddenly, with a slight jump, she recognised her opponent from back when she was being trained as a spy. This Jenna was one of her targets from when she had been starting out as a spy. "Turn End." evilfusion
"It's my turn!" Jenna stated, drawing a card smoothly, a smirk tugging at her mouth. "I Tribute my Cross Wing to Summon Phantom Beast Rock-Lizard!" A large reptilian beast emerged, seemingly made from rock. (Lvl 7, 2200/2000) "Rock-Lizard can be Summoning for only one Tribute if I use Gazelle, the King of Mythical Beasts or a Phantom Beast monster," she explained. "Thanks to the Cross Wing in my Graveyard, all Phantom Beasts gain 300 ATK," she continued, her monster becoming engulfed in a slight aura. (ATK: 2500) "Now, Rock-Lizard, attack her Neo-Parshath!" Her monster charged forward, drawing back a limb to strike the fairy. "Oh, and I should mention that Rock-Lizard's effect is, whenever it defeats a monster in Battle, my opponent takes 500 points of Effect Damage," Jenna said, smirking. (Response?) Justice Master
Dalst's smile became even wider. "Great," he stated, pulling a card off of his deck. Wow, he thought, I could use this in two different ways. Who knows what could happen if this fails, who knows? Well I need to try, at least. He began to yell, "kay! I use Fin's effect to discard Setail to get Justice Soldier Kinju! So, can you to respond?" Dalst knew this next move could lose the duel for him, but he had to go on. There was no walking back for him, he had to go to the academy. It had been his dream for several years, and his only chance to enter wouldn't be another fluke. Another annoying, afull, demented, fluke. He had to make sure of it, for he wasn't gonna take no for an answer.
The White Wolf
"Attention students. We have reached the academy. Please cease all duels due to them interfering with our landing gear and radio." the pilot's voice went on the intercom. "Oh dammit. Too bad. Well, maybe next time don't you think? We'll call this a draw. Sound good?" Akarui asked as the holograms disappeared. "(I was hoping to see what the red-eyes could do. Too bad.)" Akarui thought as he reshuffled his deck and placed it in his Deck Box. "See ya." Akarui stated as he disappeared into the crowd of duelists which were walking towards the blimp's door. evilfusion
Jenna's smirk transformed to a frown at the announcement, but as she was nowhere near a conclusion, it hurt her very little to conclude the duel for safety. "You get off the hook, it seems," she said, deactivating her disk before anything could proceed, scooping her cards and returning the deck to her deck box. She gave Yami a vaguely arrogant smirk. "We must do this again some time," she added, turning and walking towards the door. She was sure she would have triumphed, one way or another. Straightening her jacket, she placed the aforementioned deck box in a pocket for safekeeping. Time to see what the Academy had for her.
Reinforce
"Fine, next time we duel until one of us wins" Yami shouted her reply at the vanishing Jenna. "We might have to pause this duel then until we have landed, after all, we don't want to be the reason that this blimp crashes. Once the blimp has landed than we shall continue this duel so leave your cards as is until it lands." Ryan deactivated his duel disk, motioning for Dalst to do the same, but leaving everything as is, in order to continue after the blimp had landed "once we do, you can go ahead and attempt to Synchro Summon Justice Commander Alinso, as you so obviously want to, in order to destroy my Red Eyes Dakness Metal Dragon, I'm guessing as he is the biggest threat on the field because of his effect." Justice Master
"Oh, I will," Dalst said deactivating his duel disk, "but I think you forgot about his secondary effect. We can't activate spell cards, but all face up spell cards don't get negated!" He waited for the blimp to stop completely before reactivating his dule disk and speaking again. "Although, that's not all I'm doing, in-fact that last move let me see if you would negate this next one! I activate Reward for Punishment! As you know, I can remove from play my Setail and Messanger to draw two cards, if you can't negate." He waited for his opponent's response. Reinforce
"Go ahead, I'm not interested in negating that one anyway." Ryan said as he powered up his own duel disk, the three dragons appearing in front of him. "while you are at it, tell me about yourself. Like where are you from, how did you get the justice soldiers and why do you want to join the academy" Yumi walked into the entrance hall of Obelisk Blue, remembering how long she had been here and thinking about what if she hadn't been assigned here and what if she hadn't gotten to Obelisk Blue in the first six months of being here.
