Alright, I'm gonna do some fixing up of these cards. Since I like them.

The 1st guys effect is worded really strange since it activates on a very specific condition, so I'm going to clear this up:

Mecha Robot War Soldier
EARTH/4/Machine/Effect

[b]This guy is pretty cool. He runs off of sweet +s. He's kind of broken though. I would tone down his effect a bit. Maybe make his effects once per turn or break him into two monsters.[/b]

Equip only to a "Mecha Robot" monster. Increase the equiped card's ATK by 500. After 5 turns, Destroy this card.

[b]No fixes on this one but why does it self destruct? It should give more ATK if that's the case.[/b]

Overpowered effect is overpowered.
Its conditions to activate it are laughably easy, lets you add [i]any[/i] Spell from your deck, and could even work in some weird-ass Dark World.dek, as the last bit of the effect isn't a cost.
You could switch the effect to something like:

So its not as overpowering, and still gives you a fair amount of advantage that is more archetype-dedicated.

this one is pretty nice,. suggest>make pay 500 LP when it's activating its searching effect :)
