i say you only need one because why do alot fo work for two accounts so if you post with one account you cant change it with the other

If you've got a current warn/ban on your account: Just your main account
If you haven't: As many as you like, but it's very highly preferred you stick to 1 without good reason.

Only one. Mods and higher mods can tell if you have other accounts by suspicious activity and will seize them both. However, people who share computers which are thought to have shared accounts can be blamed and are bias sometimes.

As said above, however visual proof of both people is enough to show they're not the same person.
