In fact, every damn time, death threats get sent out and people get arrested. Also, from the reactions from both Kato and her friend, it seems both of them completely accept that they're no competition, so doing that would make no sense. Because Reversi strikes me as something like Death Note, I don't know why they should even bother aiming the story towards children. They should try and spread their appeal towards females first. That's why I prefer Mashiro's suggestion of breather chapters. I actually kind of wanted this chapter to reflect that as soon as it was brought up. If they get the anime, does that mean Bakuman's ending soon? I feel like that would be the ultimatum since Shonen mangas tend to address the ultimate dream at the series' end. But it doesn't feel like Bakuman will end any time soon either, or maybe that's just me. Hiramaru finally got over himself, the editorial department had a change-up, Nakai's on his way to getting back on his feet, Fukuda probably won't surpass Eiji or Ashirogi, but hey... I doubt Eiji would pull out even if he knew about Mashiro's dream (or does he already know).
