Bahamut - Envoy of the End
So for Harmonizing Wavelength, baiscially you can just S.S any tuner/non-tuner to the field and instantly Synchro any monster you need (providing the requirements are no more specific than Tuner + non-Tuner)? Tuner Synchro is alrightish. Link to comment
you adjust the select monsters' levels to equal sum up to the total of the selected Synchro monster from the Extra Deck however for those that need the requirement of a monster with name, attribute or type is the player's responsibility to make sure the required monster is included for adjusting level. this card would most likely need for accel synchro and D.A.S rather than synchro summon. Bahamut - Envoy of the End
no, you adjust the select monsters' levels to equal sum up to the total of the selected Synchro monster from the Extra Deck however it doesn't erase requirement...
That's what I said.
...though the last effect will removed from play the monsters that were use for synchro summon, a bit of hefty price for readjusting levels of those monsters.
No it isn't. Especially if the tuner you use is Glow-Up Bulb or PSZ which become redudant anyway. I just really don't like the idea of "I control 2 stars worth of monsters, play spell card, now I have 8 stars worth." Too convinient card is TOO convinient. Link to comment

Mysty
meaning that all monsters that 2 stars become 8 stars? no that not how it goes, you have to sum it up to equal the level of the select synchrom monster form E.D.
I think he's saying something like "Hmm, I have PSZ and a Level 1 monster. I can't Synchro Summon anything in my Extra Deck. Oh wait! I play Harmonizing Wavelength. I can go for almost any Synchro worth running. Heck, if I have another monster I'm willing to use, I can go for Archfiend Zombie-Skull!" or "I summon Debris Dragon and bring back some random non-Tuner monster. Next, I use Harmonizing Wavelength to change Debris Dragon to Level 3 and the non-Tuner I just brought back to Level 5. Synchro Summon, Stardust Dragon!" Note that I said "something like what he said", not "exactly what he said". If generic Synchros didn't exist, then I'd think this card is rather fine. With the current Synchro situation, I'm not too convinced it's okay. It basically lets any low-level monster spam deck that can bring out a Tuner able to bring out any generic Synchro monster. At least this makes Archfiend Zombie-Skull, Road Warrior, and Chaos Goddess easier to run. Link to comment
