Azphreal
We won't have to worry about that for a while, unless one of the other E4 members or Gym Leaders goes for a visit. After all, the trainers are just starting off. But if that happens, then he's off on vacation in Hoenn, and the challengers go straight to me if I'm in. CrystalCyae
It was ELITE 4 No. 4 we were worrying about. ANYWHO, I'm just finishing of Stella, the Steel-Type Gym-Ordinator. (Geddit? Oh) I just need to pick a good YuGiMon. Maybe two. No. 7 WOULD be strong, afterall. Her City is Prime City (TRANSFORMERS REFERENCE FTW) and it has a contest hall. Think Hearthome City. CrystalCyae
Ok dokey. (Still picking a YuGiMon *groans*) Prime City A city partially hidden a mountain, Prime City is a place rarely visited, due to the tough challenge of reaching it. In order to enter the city, you must get through the gate of a massive wall made of steel. Many trainers still try to reach Prime City, due to the Grand Festival and the Star Badge, held by Stella Starlet, the steel type gym leader. Feel free to make that better. Star Badge Held by Stella Starlet, the Star Badge is kept well hidden in the gym of Prime City. The gym itself is an everchanging maze of walls, tricks and traps. The path to the Gym Leader is never the same. The Star Badge itself allows trainers to get in and out of the city without hazard. Feel free to make that better. Also, the first time you come to the city, you have to fight one of the guards. Just a quick heads up.

Yang Xiao-Long
Ryumaru City A fairly large city that houses a deep sense of tradition. It lies en route to the Pokemon League; perfect for the location of the city that houses the 8th Gym Badge in the region. Ryumaru City is home to Alistair Corallel, the Gym Leader of Ryumaru, and Number One Dragon Tamer of the Sclora Region. The city is subdivided into two sections, the Suburb Sector to the north, and the recently built Downtown Sector. On the east side of the city, and on the borderline between Suburb and Downtown, lies the the Ryumaru City Gym. A massive field lies next to the gym, and a dragon temple is on the far edge of this field. The Suburb Sector is full of traditional-style houses, while the Downtown Sector is home to the businesses and office buildings. The Pokemon Center and Mart are in the Downtown Sector as well. Body size:Well built, but rather small. Facial appearance: Nothing out of the usual Hair look and colour: Dark Black, in a spiky fashion that reaches her shoulder blades. The tips of her hair spikes are a bright silver. Eye colour: A vibrant sapphire blue, with small streaks of emerald green. Daily clothes: Stella usually wears a simple silver gown, spangled with some steel colored sparkles, a baseball cap with an elongated tip, and black riding boots. As judge (and sometimes contestant) of contests she wears a much more elaborate blck dress, spangled with the same steel sparkles. This time, and steel colored bow in around her waist, and small steel bracelets spangle her arms. She even wears a steel crown with fake diamonds. As a judge, she gets rid of the accessories. Other: See above ^^

Stella was born to a very rich family highly involoved with Pokémon. Distantly related to Johto’s 3rd Gym Leader, Whitney, her family encouraged her to follow Whitney and use cute Pokémon like Igglybuff or Milktank. Stella, however, opted for a more dare-devil approach to Pokémon, instead choosing an Onix as her starter. Her parents implored and pleaded with her to change her Pokémon, but she refused, evolving her Onix into the powerful Steel-Type Steelix. With that, her family disowned her, believing her to be a messy smear to the fine family name. Stella didn’t care, of course. She caught many Steel-Type Pokémon, before stumbling on Prime City, a high point in Pokémon Contests. It was there she became involved with Contests, showing off the power and might of her Pokémon, as well and the serene grace they possessed. Here she rose the ranks as a Co-Ordinator, and entered the Grand Festival. She defeated all her opponents with ease, and was announced top Co-Ordinator. A passing old man, the current Gym Leader of Prime City, watched her battles, then approached her, offering a spot as Gym Leader when he retired, an honour Stella took with pride.
Attitude/Personality: Stella is always crazy and highly confident. She never backs down from a promising challenge, like versing a Fire Type with her Steel team. She also likes to try something new, and do something different from the rest of the gang. If befriended, she is highly loyal, always willing to lend a hand and help others. Slowly, her favorite Steelix came out of the forest. “Now Star.” Stella began. “You know those strange Pokémon we’ve heard about? The ones near the Iron Mines?” Star nodded her head slowly. “Well, I want to catch one! The more we have, the less stress I put you under.” Star looked like frowning. “It’s for your own good.” Stella soothed. “I don’t want you getting exhausted fighting for me. C’mon, let’s go!” *later* “There’s nothing here, I suppose.” Stella sighed. “We’ll have to come back tomorrow.” Star nodded glumly. For a time they walked slowly through the mine, stopping occasionally to note gleaming gems shining on the walls, when a loud roar interrupted the calm. Being the fearless daredevil she was, Stella ran towards the sound, her hair flying backwards. When she stopped, Star nearly collided into her back. “What is that!?” Stella shrieked. There, in front of them, was a dragon. It’s scaly hide gleamed like silver, and it’s eyes shone as it surveyed the intruders. Slowly, the dragon uncoiled, stretching it’s head forward to gaze and Stella closely. In fear, she stayed frozen still. After a time, the dragon nodded it’s great head, and nudged her shoulder. A small Pokeball dropped from it’s mouth. It glanced, first at the Pokeball, then at Stella. Understanding. Stella picked up the ball, and threw it with accuracy at the great dragons head. After a moment, the Pokeball clicked. “Allright!” Stella cheered. She turned to Star. “Let’s show the others!” Picking up the Pokeball, she and her Pokémon sped away through the tunnels, heading back to Prime City.

*pant pant* Done. I might make an info thingie for the Iron Mine in Prime City, unless, of course, you wnat to do it Phoenix. @TheGenuine If I'm not mistaken, no city has been made for this Dark Gym of yours. In which case, you make one. Give the city/town/village a name, and tell us a basic description. Since it's YOUR gym leader's town/city/whatever, YOU make the city. Simple as that. Yang Xiao-Long
So I'm planning on having Alistair visit, via Salamence flight, Opelucid City in Unova, so that he can have Drayden and Iris take a look at Skyrus. Afterwards, on his way back to Sclora, he runs into an Impossible Legend. I already know the rules regarding Impossible Legends, but are encounters okay? I was planning on having Slifer the Sky Dragon talk to Alistair while he's going back to Sclora. I'll only do this encounter if it's approved. Yang Xiao-Long
No ball will be thrown during the encounter. Besides, running into Slifer while flying in its domain of the sky will scare the bejeebers out of anyone to a point where they wouldn't even move, much less throw a Pokeball.
