Being LVL 5 makes it terrible. You can lower the DEF to 2200 and make it LVL 4.

maybe you should lower the defense than to 2100 in stead of, what CCDRodrigo said, 2200.
I voted useless and underpowered because it's level 5, if level 4 with less defense it would be useful and balanced in my opinion
