If you control no Monsters, you can Special Summon this card from your hand. When this card is Special Summoned, send it to the Graveyard. Then, both players draw 1 card from their deck. During the End Phase of the turn this card is sent to the Graveyard by this effect, Special summon 1 "Agent of Chaos Token" (DARK/Fiend/Tuner/1/0/0) for every card drawn this turn. If your Monster Card Zones are full, Special Summon the tokens to your opponent's side of the field instead. The Tokens cannot be Tributed or used as Synchro Material Monsters except by paying 500 Life Points.

You can have your opponent draw 1 card to negate the activation and effect of a Spell, Trap or Monster card and destroy it. During your opponent's turn, this effect can only be used twice. This card gains 100 ATK for every card in both players' hands. Neither player can activate Spell or Trap cards in response to the Summoning of this Monster.

The Rewards of Chaos

During either player's End Phase, they can draw card(s) equal to the amount of Monsters on the field. There is no limit to the number of cards in both players' hands. When this card would be removed from the field, you can discard 3 cards to negate its removal. When this card is sent to the Graveyard, your opponent draws 3 cards from their deck.

The Penalty of Freedom

When your opponent has 5 or more cards in their hand, they must return 1 card from their Hand to their Deck to activate Spell or Trap card effects. If your opponent has 10 or more cards in their hand, the ATK of all monsters they control is halved and their Levels become 1. If your opponent has 14 or more, the effects of all cards they control are negated. If your opponent has 2 or fewer cards in their hand, this card is destroyed.
