Yokai Academy - The School for Monsters [Started/Accepting in OoC]

Today is the first day of school. A mysterious bus emerges from a tunnel. Out of it emerged a figure. That was Imanaka Hikari, a human from the human world. She was actually part angel, but not even she knew, thus no one was able to find out. "Thanks mister bus driver!" with that, the bus drove off and she looked around.

"Creepy. So creepy, I could errr..." chills went down Hikari's spine. "Well, gotta get there!" with that, she started walking.

"OK mom! OK dad! I don't wanna miss the first day of school!" Aono Tou too, was another lucky one. His height however, was... still short for his age. He waved away to his Vampire mother, Moka, and his human dad, Tsukune. Tou was then headed to school on his bicycle.

"Creepy forest, creepy graves, I'm scared..." Suddenly, Tou's bicycle bumped into Hikari. "AAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!" they shouted in unison as they landed in a kissing position of sorts. They both blushed although they have never met.
They got up, then both apologised to each other. Next, they walked to school together.
"So, my name's Aono Tou and I'm a half-vampire. Call me Tou," Tou looked up.
"Kay... those exist?" Hikari questioned.
"Well duh, they're very notable. The only most humans don't know..."
"Oh yeah! Those! So... my name is Imanaka Hikari, and yeah." Hikari pondered... [i]"OK, this is a distorted dimension. The monsters must've taken refuge here. But then again, this lil' guy's pretty cute."[/i]
[i]"Suspiciously a human. I am half human, so why did or should I fear? She is attractive..."[/i] Tou blushed.

"What were you thinking of?" they both asked each other in unison. "NOTHING!" they said together again. "Lets go!"

Kittan still had mixed feeling about this. As his bus cruised through the tunnel, he though of all the reasons why this was a bad idea. It pitifully short. One of the reasons he couldn't talk his parent s out of sending him. The bus rolled out of the tunnel and unto the academy grounds. The sky was bleaky, not that he minded that, but the place was dreary and sad looking. Leafless skeletons of trees, withered shrubs and foreboding bushes. Even the school itself appeared dead and dilapidated at first glance. Just because it was a school for monsters didn't mean it had to look like a haunted mansion.

The bus wheezed to stop and the driver let him off with a grin that would have made the joker look like a emo kid. Why were all the drivers so creepy looking? Was it a job requirement or something? He stretched and yawned as he shrugged his backpack into a more comfortable position. Might as well get the year started.

"At last," Marcus said, sipping his tea, "The school year has started anew." The room was dark, the windows blocked by heavy shades. What little light filtered in glinted off the glasses on his face, the reddish brown eyes behind them glowing softly. Across the desk, a tall man sat slumped in the chair, one arm tossed over the back and the other holding his own cup.

"Why do you do this every year?" Patric asked. Marcus had a fondness for the melodramatic. He took a sip of the tea Marcus made and coughed on it. He also had horrible tastes in tea. Patric put the cup back on the desk.

"I drain the life energy from the feeble minds or the youths who enter my domain," Marcus commented with a small smile as he sipped from his own cup. "It is something I look forward to over each break and I take great relish in the act."

"We are teachers," Patric sighed as he rose from his chair and through open the windows, letting the light pour in. Marcus hissed slightly. "It's what we are paid to do. The only ones that don't do that are those that work too hard."

"Well forgive me for taking a little pleasure in my job and having fun with it," Marcus sniffed.

Mr. Iwata stood at the window in his classroom, drinking a cup of coffee. "Ahh! It's here! The first day of school!" He said. He sipped from his mug and walked back to his desk. His first class was 1-3 Homeroom. He put some papers down by a picture of him and his wife, the school nurse. He smiled and walked to the chalk board. He wrote [i]'Mr Iwata (E-watt-ta.) Welcome to Math!'[/i] on the board and sat back down. He counted the desks in the room and then wrote something on a note pad. In the corner of the room was a wilted plant. It was a bunch of roses. He rose his hand and the roses came back to life. "Much better!"

OoC: Do note that you can have original R+V characters as staff, except 24 years older.

"It was a fun time knowin' you. I hope we get to the same class..." Tou told Hikari.
"Me too! Well, lets get to the school hall where we will finally be grouped into our classes.

They were there, but to their surprise...

"ITS EMPTY!" they both shouted in unison.
"We're obviously both too early. Lets wait..." Tou suggested. Suddenly, he noticed a mysterious dark figure near an etrance. It had three mysterious glowing eyes. "Errr... is it me or is there something following us?"

Mr. Seta Iwata sat on his desk, reading the paper. "Yokai Sighting, huh?" He read. He tossed the paper onto the floor and walked into one of the back rooms in the classroom. Mr. Iwata's classroom had two extra little room in the back behind his desk. The one by the desk was his 'Coffee Room'. In that room was a smaller desk with a Coffee maker and a microwave on it. Then there was a bin full of candy. The second room close to the windows, was the 'Dungeon'. The Dungeon door was shut tight and locked. The room was covered in darkness. A sign on the door in big red letters read: [color="#FF0000"][b][size="5"]DO NOT ENTER[/size][/b][/color]. There was a serect to that room. But what was it.......

Just then, a mysterious creature in human form approached them. She was wearing the school uniform with a hoodie over it.
"Hello there." the mysterious girl started to talk. "Your names must be Aono Tou and Imanaka Hikari." she knew their names. She pointed to Tou. "your father went to this school before. Maybe you could gimme a tour!" she had her mouth closed all this while. It was telepathy!
"Well. How didja-" Hikari questioned when she was interrupted.
"Mind reading. And telepathy." the mysterious one said.
"You're a potential student," Tou commented sarcastically.
"Of course," the mysterious one replied. "Where's everyone anyways?"

Mr. Iwata got some Coffee and walked into the hallway. "Emtpy halls. Fair." He said sipping from his coffee mug. He made a couple plants grow and walked down the halls. He came to the three children. He over heard them. "Everyone is home. No one has to be here for 2 more hours." Mr. Iwata explained. "I'm Mr. Seta Iwata. I teach 1-3 Math and Homeroom. What are you kids doing her so early?"

[Jolta]

"Greetings, my name is Aono Tou..." Tou said. "Call me Tou-kun, Iwata-sensei."
"I'm Imanaka Hikari. Call me Hikari," Hikari said.
"The name is Sadoai Bijon," the mysterious girl spoke via telepathy.
"Well, [i]Bijon[/i], you finally revealed your name..." Tou said happily. "Can we be friends?"
"Sure." Bijon then winked at Tou.

"So, anyways, we came early, to find... no one. I always came uber-early in fear of being late," Bijon said, "like they all say in the human world, earlier the bird, earlier gets the worm." She then put her hoodie on.

[Pichu]

"It's the early bird gets the worm." Mr. Iwata said. "Well Tou-kan, Hikari-san, and Bijon-kun. Would you like to come to my classroom for some before school candy?" Mr. Iwata smiled, he was always good with children.

[Jolta]

OoC: Try not to shortpost, Pichu. Well, I always have a reason for having multiple characters.

"No thanks," Bijon replied, "I have stuff to do..." with that, she left...
"Well, of course!" Hikari and Tou said. They followed Iwata-sensei.

And so the hall was empty.

[i]"Well, in fact, I brought my own candy..."[/i] Bijon thought as she started sucking a lollipop. She was wandering around just outside the school [i]"Hmmm... Hikari, as I read her mind... is pure human... but why do I feel a slight essence of a Nephilim... this is queer... And Tou is a Dhampir... They have feelings for each other... but... none of this makes sense!"[/i]

Being a Satori, she was capable of reading minds, telepathy, telekinesis and X-ray vision.

However, once they got inside of Mister Iwata's classroom, they found someone already there. She was dressed in a Gothic Lolita version of a school uniform with hair that was either black with blonde highlights or blonde with black highlights. She was sitting in a desk in the corner, silently reading the Bahgavad Gita. She briefly looked up at the students and said "Guten Tag" before setting her eyes upon Tou, causing them to widen. She got up, setting her book down, and walked up to him, reaching a hand out and stroking his cheek. "You...you are...not one of them...one of the...[i]Ungetüm[/i]...are you?" She asked the half-vampire in a quiet voice that had a German accent that wasn't stereotypical, being deep and guttural, but more soft and flowing. "You don't look like an [i]Ungetüm[/i]...a...what is the word?" She snapped her fingers, trying to remember the word she was looking for. It was obvious Japanese was not her primary language.

Tou freaked out for a while, then blushed. He was extremely timid and nervous in his human forme. "Well, you sound very... different, like a transfer student... You mean Yokai, right?"
Hikari felt jealous for a while, but she had no powers to activate. [i]"This is going to be a rough year..."[/i] she thought.

[i]"Especially with me."[/i] a mysterious, telepathic voice was heard in Hikari's head. It was from Bijon. Hikari looked out of the window and saw the mysterious being. [size="1"]"Bijon... man she must be tough."[/size]

[Premier Alexander Romanov]

The girl's face lit up as she stopped snapping her fingers once Tou said "yokai". She smiled and said. "Thank you. I do not speak Japanese good." She bowed to Tou. "I am from Bavaria, near [i]Deutscheland[/i]. It is wonderful country. I am transfer student here. [i]Mutter und Vater[/i] wanted me to come here because of my...uhh...condition..." She then turned to the other two and bowed to each of them. "[i]Guten Tag[/i], [i]Fraulein Engel[/i], [i]Herr Professor Engel-Dämon[/i]." For some reason, she apparently knew what kind of Yokai they all were, even though they were all in human form.

Tou managed to get some of what she said.
"Condition... wonder what it is..." Tou was rather curious, "oh well, seems like you don't wanna talk about it. Hello, My name is Aono Tou, call me Tou-kun."
"Imanaka Hikari... call me Hikari-san."

"I hope we can all be friends..." Tou said.

Bijon still wandered around, finding people to read minds. That [i]is[/i] what Satoris do best, after telepathy. She opened her third eye on her forehead, ready to read the mind of any passerby as she stood by a pillar.

Kittan paused by the entrance to the school to... admire(?) the architecture. Seriously, If they wanted the school to be a place for yokai and other monsters to learn to fit in to society, they shouldn't have used the haunted mansion look. Crazy people were going to cause a lot of misunderstandings. He shook his head slowly and headed to the main hall. Before he could reach, he scented another student. Female. He glanced around. She should be somewhere... there, he spotted her by the pillars. He gave her a friendly wave and wandered over. He didn't really have any pressing thing to do anyway.

"Look, Patric," Marcus commented as he sipped his tea by his office window. It wasn't easy to see them from so far; they were at the other end of the school building and his office was on the third floor. "Two students positively brimming with life energy. I can hardly wait to get my hands on them."
Patric laughed nervously. Marcus was starting to scare him again. "Marcus, you are doing that weird thing again."
"Heh," Marcus smiled, revealing his slightly sharpened fangs. Patric paled. Marcus turned away from the window and looked a Patric, his eyes lit from within with a soft red. "Only joking."
"Haha... yeah," Partic said. Marcus had some strange revenant habits, many that reminded a sane person of a ghoul. "Maybe we should head to the main hall. Many students to meet," Partic suggested.
"Yes, many students indeed."

[Jolta]

"Hello Kittan," Bijon replied via telepathy as she too waved. "hope to see you later." As a matter of fact, Bijon always said that. Well, since she could read minds, she knew who to trust and who not to. She believed this guy could be trusted.

"Now, time to welcome the new year..." a mysterious being muttered.

[Premier Alexander Romanov]

The strange girl bowed to both of them. "[i]Hallo, Herr[/i] Tou-kun. [i]Hallo, Fraulein[/i] Hikari-san. It is pleasure to make friends. I am Dietrich. Dietrich Schwarzkern. I am much sorry for much poor ability to talk Japanese. I was sent here on short notice, and did not learn language well when I studied. Do you think you two could teach me Japanese? I would be much willing to pay you for tutoring." She then heard something, and looked around for a few seconds before shrugging. "Must have been wind. Anyways, please will you?"

[Jolta]

"We're friends, you don't have to pay us. I can speak slight English, you probably can, right?" Tou smiled at Dietrich, "Nice name you've got there."
"Well, we all should hang out. Hope we all get into the same class!" Hikari felt rather jolly. "Hey Tou?"
"Hopefully you'll be sitting behind me..." Tou said to Hikari.

Meanwhile, a mysterious, umbrella-like creature floated from the skies above. Using Newton's law, he managed to glide and fly. It was a Karakasa, an umbrella which has come to life after being abandoned for a century.

"I never knew people would come to school so early," the Karakasa said. "Hmmm... that third eye, revealing it... a Satori, a humanoid species of privacy-invading monster. She's... invading privacy! Not a very good student... but then again, I'm also breaking a rule - revealing my true form!"

Mr. Iwata walked by the English Classroom. He scoffed. "Who needs to know all of these forgen langues?" he said. He cotinued to his Math class and looked out the window. Students were entering one by one. He took a sip of coffee. "Time for school."

Ryian walked though the forest down the long trail "I wonder how long until it get to this school" he stops for a moment "maybe i should just fly to the school......maybe not who knows who might see me". He pulls out his phone "at the rate i might be late " he smiles "just like other first days". He places his phone back in his pocket and begin to run moments later he saw a large school of in the distance "It seems like I am here". He races up the stairs and sees Rei standing at the entrance to the school he moves closer to her "well your here early".

Rei jumps back "....oh it's you Ryian you scared me" she moves closer to him while still keeping distance "yeah I you would be here already.....I mean the early bird get the worm right". She laughs a little "I think we should head to class we dont want to be late for the first day"

The walks into the school "It seems like we both are in the same class" Rei said with a slight smile. Ryian looked at his paper "I guess so, somethings telling me that this is going to be an interesting year".

"Lotsa minds to read, oh well, time to go..." Bijon left for the hall.

"Oh boy, we're soon gonna report to the hall for the principal's freshman speech!" Tou said.
"Well, you sure know your way around. Skilled for a Freshman," Hikari commented.
"Both my parents studied here. No surprise."

"Ah, time to make a speech," the levitating Karakasa floated away.
