Justin Bieber, Ke$ha, Lady Gaga and all those bad singers paid a lot of money to Crypton Future Media so they wouldn't bring Vocaloids all over America. Considering the vast amount of resources needed for a successful concert (holographic projectors, ACTUAL PLACE FOR CONCERT, etc.), combined with the fact that Crypton is doing a concert overseas for the first time, it's understandable that they'd take a long time in deciding on whether to do the concert in America.
