I changed Breezo to Skyo and Skya

Here are some of them
Skyo Wyvern WIND
Level 4|Dragon|Effect
ATK 1600|DEF 900
Once per turn: You can select 1 WIND Beast or WIND Beast-Warrior-type monster on the field. This card's Level becomes the selected monster's Level, or that monster becomes this monster's Level, until the opponent's End Phase.

Skyo Beast Tamer WIND
Level 3|Beast-Warrior|Effect
ATK 1300|DEF 900
Once per turn: You can target 1 Level 3 or lower monster on the field; increase its Level by 1, 2, or 3, until the opponent's End Phase.

Skyo Commander WIND
Level 4|Beast| Effect
ATK 1450|DEF 900
Once per turn while you control another "Skyo" WIND Dragon, Beast, or Beast-Warrior-Type monster: You can add 1 "Skya" monster from your deck to your hand. You can target 1 "Skya" monster you control: Its Level becomes 4, until the End Phase. You can use this effect during either player's turn.

Skyo Hydra WIND
Level 5|Dragon|Effect
ATK 2100|DEF 900
Once per turn: You can pay 800 Life Points and target 2 WIND Beast, WIND Dragon or WIND Beast-Warrior-Type monsters, their Levels becomes Level 5.

Skyo Wild Shaman WIND
Level 6|Beast-Warrior|Effect
ATK 2300|DEF 900
You can Special Summon this card in face-up Attack Position by Tributing 1 Xyz Monster you control. As long as this card is face-up on the field: Your opponent cannot activates Normal Spell Cards.

Skyo Speedy Pegasus WIND
Level 7|Beast|Effect
ATK 2600|DEF 900
When this card's level becomes 10: You can Special Summon up to 2 Level 6 or lower "Skyo" or "Skya" monsters from your Graveyard, their effects are negated. During the End Phase, this card's Level becomes 5.

Skya Rook WIND
Level 4|Rock|Effect
ATK 100|DEF 2000
When this card's Level is changed by a card effect: This card cannot be destroyed on the turn its level is changed.

Skya Knight WIND
Level 4|Warrior|Effect
ATK 1800|DEF 1000
When this card's Level is changed by a card effect: You can negate your opponent's first attack. During the End Phase: This card's level becomes 2 and its ATK and DEF becomes 200.

Skya Magician WIND
Level 2|Spellcaster|Effect
ATK 400|DEF 400
When this card's Level is changed by a card effect: You can Special Summon 1 monster from your hand with the same Level as this card. This effect can only be used once while this card is face-up on the field.

Skya Winged Tiger WIND
Level 3|Beast|Effect
ATK 1400|DEF 800

Taiga bought a used Pokemon Black that had a whole bunch of legendaries including Shamin, Jirachi, Darkrai and Celebi, with a level 100 Charizard and also a shiny Entai, with another level 100 Raikou... he's lucky :3
