Good card is good. Discuss?

King of Nothing
I think it should be limited, but it's not good enough to be banned. It's pretty easy to negate it's effect. I just think it's hilarious how most of the decks that use this aren't even scraps. Anyways, I put it in my deck and will typically summon it when I have an advantage (or can create an advantage). It's an amazing card that can be fit in many situations.
The ReBeL
should be at 3. every that uses at 1 gets him to the field and if not playing a scrap deck, when he dies you can't bring golem or a tuner back.
Thousand Eyes Restrict should be at 3 too, since if you don't run thousand eyes idol or relinquished or a card that can SS him, you can't bring him out. Zeppeli Gyro Supreme
It's a 1-for-1 effect, and since you're already using 2 cards to bring it out I think it's fine. Some idiot in one of the tournaments used TWO Dandylion tokens illegally, but nobody said anything.
Solemn Silver
Card is good. Card should be @3. If card stops bieng @3 I will stop playing for a week or two. This should require a scrap tuner. It would make the card more balanced.

Sleepy
I think a generic Level 8 2800 ATK Synchro with a 1 for 1 removal effect incorporated, which with Treeborn, Level Eater and the such becomes a + effect, and in its intended Deck pretty much lets you Synchro for it again once destroyed, is wrong. Although I don't know about list positions.

Bringerofcake
The wiki likes to point out how this is like Cyber Dragon, except this is far cooler than Cyrda.
I just think it's hilarious how most of the decks that use this aren't even scraps.
That's because fairly few people run scrap builds, and still fewer run pure scraps. *points at sig* Also, like Arm said, GENERIC 1 FOR

I personnally prefer scrapkeeper's. It gives easy access to Arcanite magician. I have rarely seen another pure scrap deck. (Im reffering to Truth's deck)

King of Nothing
Please be joking
It was a joke. The argument that the comment was directed at was that Scrap Dragon wasn't as good if you weren't running scraps, so I said Restrict isn't as good if you aren't running anything that can bring it out so it should be at 3. DARKPLANT RISING
Most Extra Decks run 1. But I've never seen someone running it at 3 outside Scraps. Scraps are far from Tier 1. Therefore it's okay at 3. Q.E.D.
Zauls
The only thing wrong with it is that it is too expensive. Apart from that, it is an excellent card, that laughs at most other cards, and can run over them while chuckling away at himself. Konami did intend for it to be like this, because they made it generic.

Jord200
This card should be a signer dragon and not BFD. Who would its signer be? http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Bashford OT- its a staple, not just in Scraps.
Solemn Silver
Quite off-topic, but. I havnt seen the anime in a long time. Does anyone use a scrap deck in the anime? (I could imagine scrap golem opening its fridge door and summoning goblin, then synchro-ing into dragon.)
