I wouldn't stay in one city. 1) It'd get boring and 2) we'd be wanted in the Starting City.

I'd say start in either Vigil or Hyapolis, and move to the other one. Then - if we get that far - go to Windy City, where there's either some organisation thing full of empowered people, which we join, or there's the base for the guys that come after us.

[b]Name:[/b] Unknown, the name of one of the personas is believed to be the real one. In any case, the real name would probably start with an R as all personas names start with an R. The being is also known as "Persona".
[b]Approximate Age:[/b] Unknow, the age of one of the personas is believed to be accurate though.
[b]Gender:[/b] Unknown, but most believe that the being is female as it has two female personas while it just has one male one. Some say that since it has just one male persona that could indeed be an indicator that is the real one as well.
[b]Personality:[/b] The beings true personality is unknown but as one of the personas is believed to be the true identity of the being the personality of that persona would be the true one as well. If it creates another personas further questions about its true identity would rise. Some would immediately dismiss it as a persona that is "fake" while others would argue that it could just as well be the true identity of the being that it has cleverly hidden before.
[b]Appearance: [/b]One of the appearances of this being, one of its personas, is believed to be the true appearance of the being.
[b]Bio:[/b] Unknown, all personas have an individual backstory making them very real. The being is believed to have multiple personality disorder however as it seems to have a need to shift between the three human personas so they all get quite an equal amount of time being out. The personas are aware of eachother and the fact that they can never be around at the same time. It is unknown if the being will develop more personas over time as some people with Multiple Personality Disorder do

[i]Shapeshifting:[/i]
The being can shapeshift into three different personas, it has somewhat control over this power but all personas (except for the dog) needs to get out an equal amount of time (unless it shifts due to danger). It has never shapeshifted into something or someone besides the personas and is thus believed to be unable to do so.. or it has shapeshifted into a dog on a couple of occations. This is very rare though and it has always een the same breed of dog. It is unknown if the dog is a persona in its own, but since it doesn't come out nearly as often as the others while don't seeming to actually have a need to come out it is doubted. The dog is the only form the being as taken that is not believed to be the true one.

[i]Telekinetic/Psychic Powers:[/i]
All of the human personas, except for Rose, have some Telekinetic Powers as well. They all seem to have different talents when it comes to them though.

Personality: Rio is quite calm and composed, the mature one and the voice of reason out of the personas. She is quite intelligent, which is expected as she has studied to become a doctor. Even though she is the strongest one of the personas she doesn't really enjoy using her powers for fighting, quite the opposite actually. She uses them for fighting if she has to, but otherwise she simply uses her powers to pick up things that are far away or as an extra set of hands.
Bio: Rio doesn't really see herself as a patient at the hospital as she is in fact a doctor herself and thus she walks around and helps out around the hospital from time to time. She even has her own set of scrubs with her name on it. As a result, she is quite content with her place at the hospital, which is lucky because they believe that she is the one of the personas that could probably manage an escape. She's the most educated of the personas and is the responsible, motherly figure of them. She claims to have grown up in New Jersey with her mom, dad and older brother David. She went to college in New York and completed her degree in medicine to be able to start working as a doctor. When she was 25 her parents and brother died in a plane crash, something she still has a hard time to cope with and she prefers not to talk about them or the incident as she becoes saddened by that.

[i]Telekinetic Powers:[/i]
Rio's talent with the psychic powers seems to be of the offensive kind. being able to throw things and people around with them and using them to soar a few feet above ground (which allows her to move faster than usually). Her psychic reach is estimated to extend to about a yard around her if things are further away than that she is unable to move them around.

[b]Personality:[/b] Rose is quite a sweet child that doesn't really seem to have much of a mean bone in her. She is quite sensetive however and if she is upset she will run away crying and hide somewhere until she calms down. If someone has upset her she avoids them and in some cases she starts sobbing just by being near them, because of them being mean to her earlier. She is quite naive and gullible, which is a bit of a weakness of hers. She believes almost everything she is told unless she knows it to be false, but even then she sometimes starts to doubt herself. She doesn't understand irony or sarcasm very well which has lead to misunderstanding quite a few times and often in her getting hurt and saddened as a result.
[b]Bio:[/b] Rose refuses to talk about her past when asked about it and will get very upset if she's continously pressured about it. She states that she has lived with Robert and Rose for the past three years (before going to the hospital) in a small apartment in downtown New York. She didn't attend school there but she somehow got tutored by the other personas. She won't go into specifics about it when asks as she doesn't really know how to explain it to someone that doesn't live with other people in their head all the time. She also stated that she read a lot of books so that's why she isn't all dumb in the head. She doesn't seem to be bothered much by being at the hospital and is often wandering around or playing by herself somewhere. The staff lets her wander around as she is no threat to herself or others and she doesn't really seem to show a real will to break out from there either. She is not allowed to wander around after dark though and she may not disturb the staff or patients when she's about.
[b]Powers:[/b]
Rose seems to be completely unable to use the Psychic powers the other personas have. It might be due to her young age but she could also be completely unable to use them. Even though she lacks any real psychic powers she seems to be quite good at reading people and emotions, which might be connected to the psychic power source dwelling in the being she is part of.[/Spoiler]

[b]Personality:[/b] Robert is a bit shallow and pays a great deal of attention to his own looks. He also seems to be quite good at making pretty much everything into something sexual or a joke in some way, which can be both hilarious and annoying. He enjoys photography and that's usually how he spends his days at the hospitals to pass his time. He is a bit depressed from being at the hospital, but it did get better after he was given the camera. He'll never be completely happy though as long as he's in there.
[b]Bio:[/b] Robert claims to have grown up in New York, in the suburbs. He states to be an only child and that his parents passed away when he was 16. He claims to have attended Juilliard for a year, doing a dance major, but then dropped out due to "psychological issues" and moved into an apartment in downtown New York. He claims it was a good thing he did, as that was when he started to shift into a woman and a young girl regularly around that time and that would've freaked everyone out. He claims to have had the psychic powers since he was a child but he made sure to hide them as well as he could and his parents never believed what they saw when he made a gesture and a fork or something similar hit the floor. He seems to be quite fond of Rose out of the other personas and acts as a big brother to her in a way. He states all of the personas have contact with eachother to some extent at all times but they have the best contact with eachother when they sleep (which is also why "persona" shapeshifts almost non-stop when in a sleeping state). Before he got a camera he hated being at the hospital as he had no way to pass his time in a productive way. he tried to escape frequently, sometimes even several times a day. When they started to allow him to roam the hospital more freely and gave him the camera he became calmer. He doesn't really like being at the hospital and would take the chance to leave or break out if it was given to him, he's not trying to break out any more though.

[i]Telekinetic Powers:[/i]
Robert's Psychic powers seems to be on the defensive side compared to Rio. He can move things around with his powers but his reach is quite short (compared to Rio's) and only extends to about two feet away from his arms if fully extended. He also has troubles to move things that are behind him. Like Rio, he can also soar a couple of feet above ground and moves around faster when doing so. He seems to be able to move around faster than Rio when doing this though. He can become "transparent", meaning you can see through him but still catch the contours of his body (especially when he's moving around). If he does it in the dark he is quite invisible though. He can also create force fields, but he grows tired when keeping them up. The larger and stronger they are, the more cocentration and energy he has to use.[/Spoiler]

[b]Bio: [/b] Loren and Lorelei are twins. The first of their power manifested early in the form of a physic connection between them. While they couldn't talk telepathically, they had a deeper link; emotional. They claimed they shared a soul. They knew how the other felt and could sometimes see out of the other's eyes if they really focused. They were always interested in cross-dressing and played pranks with it.

They were but up for adoption from birth and never knew their birth parents. They moved form family to family until they found stability in the home of the Coles at six. Of the twins, Lorelei's powers developed first, at twelve. She found she could sing prettily and break things. She also discovered the hypnotic portion of her powers. The next year, Loren found his power to shapeshift while swimming when he formed gills.

Tragically, their house burned down while they were at home practicing when they were 14. The house collapsed on them and it was over an hour before they were rescued. They only found one of the twins survived the wreckage of the house. Or so they thought. From the moment the twin regained consciousness, signs of multiple personalities. The survivor claimed to be both twins, and in on two terrifying instances, another personality emerged and threatened the doctors and nurses. After the survivor was realised to the family, they told them of their powers. It turned out that the Twinned Soul ability merged the two twins to one body. Through the shapeshifting ability, they can freely switch between man and female with ease.

They have been living this way since them; one body and two spirits. They have gotten used to it, but are rather perverted in how they use it. They have been hiding the fact that one of the twins died but those who know (aside from parents) think that the survivor development mental issues and refuses to admit the other sibling died. Since it is a convenient explanation, the play along with it.

[b]Personality:[/b] They always had similar personalities, but Lorelei is more seductive and cunning that Loren is, but Loren is more assertive and aggressive. It is sometimes difficult to tell the two apart. They are both rather... sexual and perverted. They enjoy teasing everyone they meet and love to see people squirm. The third personality speaks in third person and is cold hearted, violent and enjoys bloodshed.

[b]Powers:[/b] Shifter, Twinned Soul, Allure Song
Shifter allows them to adapt their body freely, a form of shapeshifting. When Loren is in charge, he can shift into mythological or created forms using it in different ways like forming claws or changing his skin to match the surroundings chameleon like. A scarier ability is to take weakened of dead flesh into the body to repair his own. Normally he just eats meat to use in healing wounds.
Twinned Soul is used to sustain the personality and consciousness of both twins in one body. It can also manifest as separate individual personality, nameless but referred to and ha adopted the name Zero, that can freely uses both abilities. They can imitate Zero by trying to harmonize their thinking, but the small differences between them are the largest obstacles.
Allure Song is a sound based ability that lets them mimic any sound. When Lorelei is in control, she can shatter glass and splinter stone with her scream. She can also do minor hypnosis with a song, but it can be broken with loud noise or blocking the ears.

[b]Other:[/b] Zero comes out rarely. Only when they are in danger of losing their lives (live?) or when they focus to push it out briefly. The fear Zero because they both fell like they lose a little of themself whenever it comes out. They try not to think the effect of two souls in one body, though they overheard their parents talking about the possibility that the two souls may cancel each other out. For the same reason, they try not to think of who's body survived the fire and, by extension, who's soul has rightful claim to it.

I put City for bio because this rp's members haven't decided it and I later I will make another character, his opposite. You know, if I am accepted.

[b]Bio: [/b]He was born and raised in City where he spent most of his younger years. He was part of a terrible family, from a crazy aunt to an abusive father. Aunt Clara claimed that she could see some people's auras and that they had powers. She was taken away when he was younger for screaming at a Golden Retriever for being a shapeshifter (Master Red's app). She had screamed at him occasionally, but that was the least of his troubles. He went to school was picked on and bullied in the younger grade and become reclusive. He focused on school and eventually went on to college. He then went to get his master's degree for genetic engineering. After completing that, he wanted to go onto phd, but then the accident came when he got hit by a car. The last thing he remembered is hearing a voice saying, "Oh my god!" And thinking [i]Of all the-I never got to complete my experiment.[/i]

He had been a few months in the hospital and he has only woken up a few times as a human. The car crash revealed his powers to him. He had woken up as shadow that can exist where light should. At first, he was just a shadow version of himself, but then he realized he could shape shift as a shadow too. When Destiny Vanguard came to visit the hospital, some part of him to him to latch onto Destiny's shadow. So he did.
[b]Personality: [/b]His personality matches his powers. He doesn't say much and is very dark and doesn't open up to people. He has kept a secret of a shadow on his heart, even from himself, though he doesn't know. Sometimes he can be a jerk, but other times he can be just what you need. Sometimes people need a shadow. Other times he is just there, not doing much, not bothering most people.

[b]Shadow Powers:[/b]After two months in the hospital, he found out that he can take over someone's shadow, but when he wants to leave, he has to give it back. He has learned of his shadow powers as a shadow, but isn't sure what he can do as a person. His clothes go with him when he transforms.

[b]Mind Powers:[/b]All he has figured out is that he subconsciously ether created illusions or tricked someone's mind. [i]Not much there, I know. If you want, I could expand on that.[/i] [/spoiler]
Appearance: He is smaller than average size, though not a midget. His skin color was always dark but since the accident, it has been turning more and more black (real black if you were thinking something else) and his eyes look black. He wears a black shirt and black pants. The only thing of lighter coloring he wears is a lab coat. But his outfit is supposed to look like a suit, but he wanted to also display his profession.

Haha well I loved it :D Ruffy won't have much screen time in the RP though, as it said, Ruffy is the only one of the personas that doesn't really seem to have a need to be out and about and also... he's a dog. Role Playing as a dog would probably get quite annoying after a while (at least since he can't talk or anything)

Master red, he could be used as Recon and stuff, AKA, he's cute and cuddly, little girls will be all over that.

Ba'al, I'm getting tired of people using Shadow powers(Even though I used it myself, though That's because it kind of ties into his personality) so can we say that any more people with Shadow-related powers are not accepted? Or that - from now - anyone who has the same powers as another person without good reason is not accepted?
