He holds a deep care for pokemon, hatting to see them get hurt. He would rather put himself out there to save a pokemon then watch it actually get injured for some stupid reason. With that in mind and through the facing of battle he thinks through and comes up with strategies that benefit himself and his pokemon so he can come out victorious. After receiving his first pokemon Edward vowed to become a great pokemon trainer that revolved around the use of fighting-type pokemon amongst others. [b]Biography:[/b] Edward was born into a standard, ordinary family within the confide spaces of Lavaridge Town. It was here were his family held a Pokémon Daycare center, and where he learned much about different types of Pokémon and their unique abilities. Like most trainers who would receive their first Pokémon at the age of 10; Edward was actually given his first Pokémon at 9 years of age. An egg which had hatched into a Riolu. Ed had given his riolu the nickname of Spark, because of how quick and agile he was. One of the most common appearances of this Riolu was the fact that it was a shinny pokémon - red where the blue would be held, but standard in other places. Even with the strangeness of Spark, Ed still trained and battled with it so that he may go on his journey to reach the top and become a Pokémon Master amongst fighting style pokémon along with others. It has taken him a good two to three years to prepare for this, and he can't wait now.
